Football drugs farce

In the world of sport in the corporate media, the current 'controversial' news is that of drugs in the football code of AFL (Australian Football League, previously VFL - Victorian Football League), which is not only a farce, but a huge cover up and also raises not only questions regarding 'performance enhancing' drugs, but also the use of other illegal drugs like cocaine, heroin and other substances.

The football code of 'Aussie Rules' originated in the working class suburbs of Melbourne, to keep the herd population amused and entertained on the weekends and so that the uneducated masses will have a focus on sport and NOT politics.

Currently the football code is worth hundreds of millions of dollars annually, and only a matter of tens of millions away from being a billion dollar industry.

In order so that the sport will not crumble, corruption at all levels is rife in order for the club and others to continue to operate.
Football clubs are businesses which have lucrative deal in sponsorship from major corporations, which also include secret deals and 'cash money' or as referred to in the industry 'drug money', i.e. huge amount of cash from the sales / proceeds of drugs.
Corrupt police are also involved with these dealings, but it is doubtful that the names of theones involved will EVER surface.

Another HUGE coverup involved, with full support of government and 'authorities'.
