Australia’s internet speed plummeting

Every year the story is the same, where Australia’s internet speed is falling.

The buffoons in charge of the colony have no clue what they’re on about where the results speak for themselves, year after year.

From the survey conducted by speedtest.net in January 2023, Australia’s Fixed Broadband is rated at No. 76 globally.

According to some online project, Australia belongs to the “First World” list of countries, in essence meaning those who are aligned with the US’s financial (debt based) fiat currency system.

According to nationsonline.org a new category has emerged that being the "Fourth World".

India has being categorised as being part of the 4th world.

Australia’s internet speed at 52.88Mbps is only a few steps above the 4th world nation of India which has the speed of 50.02.

Why even a nation of traditional nomads, Mongolia has a 'home' internet speed just one placing below Australia that being with 51.95Mbps.

War torn places like Kosovo or Palestine have better internet quality than this so called ‘First World’ colony.

What a pathetic joke Australia is.

Australia has fibre to the node/premises yet other nations that may be associated with poor economics have better quality of (internet) life

Australia is the pinnacle of a corrupt ‘money for mates’ corporate criminal’s paradise.

Australian taxpayers have been rorted by those who are in charge of the internet infrastructure, yet no action has been taken, where realistically a (farcical) Royal Commission won't make any difference.

King of Australia. No legal instrument to create one. Questions deliberately unanswered!

Proclamation of the King

The author of this request to the Prime Minister and Cabinets Office sought to discover the legal instrument to create the new title for the King of Australia distinct from the King of the United Kingdom. In 1973 the Queen of Australia was created by statute within the Royal Style and Titles Act, this was the statutory creation of Australian Queen allbeit beyond the power within the Constitution to do so.

The Act provided a mechanism of general acceptance for the Queen to adopt a new title to be used in relation to Australia and its Territories. The author of the request below attempted to discover the legal instrument that created the new title for the King to adopt for the same purpose 'so as to be used in relation to Australia and its Territiories.'

The first 3 question have failed to be satisfied and it is only the last question below...

  4.  The legal instrument or mechanism which authorises the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, on advice from the Prime Minister, to proclaim the succession of the British Crown.

... Thats has been satisfied. That of the legal instrument to proclaim the succession of the British Monarch. But what of the new Royal Style and titles Act to create the new title for the King to adopt for use in relation to Australia and its Territories? It is still wanting to this day. Where in this constitutional monarchy of Australia can we look to for the valid legal creation of a new title to be used in relation to Australia and its Territories that the King can adopt?

The proclamation is merely a description and not a legal title and the first three questions of the below request remain unanswered.

Tesla recalls 362,758 vehicles over Full Self-Driving software safety concerns

Tesla has issued a recall of its Full Self-Driving software, an advanced driver-assistance system that federal safety regulators say could allow vehicles to act unsafe around intersections and cause crashes.

Tesla said it is recalling certain 2016–2023 Model S, Model X; 2017–2023 Model 3; and 2020–2023 Model Y vehicles equipped with Full Self-Driving Beta (FSD Beta) software or those pending installation. The recall, which was posted on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s website, affects as many as 362,758 vehicles equipped with the software, according to the notice.

Tesla will release an over-the-air software update, free of charge, to fix the issue.

Tesla vehicles come standard with a driver-assistance system branded as Autopilot. For an additional $15,000, owners can buy “full self-driving,” or FSD — a feature that CEO Elon Musk has promised for years will one day deliver full autonomous driving capabilities. Tesla vehicles are not self-driving.

Instead, FSD includes a number of automated driving features that still require the driver to be ready to take control at all times. It includes the parking feature Summon, as well as Navigate on Autopilot, an active guidance system that navigates a car from a highway on-ramp to off-ramp, including interchanges and making lane changes. The system is also supposed to handle steering on city streets and recognize and react to traffic lights and stop signs.

According to the notice, the FSD Beta system may allow the vehicle to act unsafe around intersections, such as traveling straight through an intersection while in a turn-only lane, entering a stop sign–controlled intersection without coming to a complete stop, or proceeding into an intersection during a steady yellow traffic signal without due caution. In addition, the system may respond insufficiently to changes in posted speed limits or not adequately account for the driver’s adjustment of the vehicle’s speed to exceed posted speed limits, the notice said.

The issue was discovered during the NHTSA’s engineering analysis and testing of the system. The NHTSA said it found that in certain situations, Tesla’s Autosteer on City Streets feature led to an unreasonable risk to motor vehicle safety based on insufficient adherence to traffic safety laws. As required by law and after discussions with the NHTSA, Tesla launched a recall to repair those defects, the agency said in an emailed statement.

The NHTSA reached out to Tesla on January 25 as part of “regular ongoing communications” between Tesla and the agency relating to Autopilot and FSD Beta, according to the Defect Information Report, which includes a chronology of events leading up to the recall. At that time, the NHTSA advised Tesla that it had identified potential concerns related to certain operational characteristics of FSD Beta in four specific roadway environments.

Tesla met with the NHTSA “numerous times” over the next several days to discuss the agency’s concerns and Tesla’s proposed over-the-air improvements in response, according to the report.

“NHTSA will continue to monitor the recall remedies for effectiveness,” the agency said. “This recall seeks to address a specific set of concerns identified by the agency.”

The agency added that the recall does not address the full scope of the NHTSA’s EA22-002 investigation into Tesla’s Autopilot and associated vehicle systems. That investigation remains open and active.

FSD beta software — from its name and Musk’s promises around its capabilities to its rollout and safety concerns — has been controversial. It’s also attracted scrutiny from regulators.

In January, Tesla disclosed that the U.S. Department of Justice asked for documents related to its branded Full Self-Driving and Autopilot advanced driver-assistance system.

Government allows Real Estate fraud to STILL flourish: False Advertising

An advertised look of the house

The government (deliberately) allows fraud to occur in the real estate industry, where in fact it actually supports it.

Why would it not?

After all it’s a huge cash cow for the government, so why would anyone want to take an action to shoot one in the foot?

Quite simply put the higher the prices the more tax the government reaps from the serfs.

One way to achieve overinflated prices is falsely advertise the property, in this case ‘Photoshop’ it or modify the lacklustre original  photo.

The real look of the house

MANY other industries are penalised, where the fines are ‘advertise’ to the general population, but there’s crickets on the real estate front.

You could not ‘play’, but then that would mean you would not live in a house/flat/apartment or even in a rental property.
