As mentioned before, investigative journalism is dead in Australia.
Now what the people have is something called government sponsored propaganda 'news' outlets.
In Australia's original penal colony state, New South Wales, the media is stating that the police are going to check people's medical records or more specifically their 'vax' status, while people are picnicking.
But what the media are not telling you or asking is:
- Do the police state officers have the lawful capacity to do so?
- Is this new power granted within an emergency Act?
- Does it exist within a previously enacted Act?
So, a formulated question could be like this:
"What lawfully enacted instrument gives the police the right to see my medical history"?
The answer is none.
In short, there is no lawfully enacted instrument that gives the authority for the New South Wales police to ask for a person's medical history, under any circumstances, be it either picnicking or travelling.
Does a lawfully enacted law exist that you MUST be vaxxed in order to be outside 'picnicking'?
Well, that's another day in the life of someone on a prison isle.
