The colony's police forces are corrupt, period!
Plain and simple, there are no 'ifs or buts', that's just how it is in this (penal) colony.
IF and that's a HUGE 'if' they get caught, their 'brethren' in the Anglo-masonic run legal system will get them out.
For the very few that are caught out, there are no real repercussions, meaning loss of position or pension for their corruption.
Everything may look good on paper, but at the end of the business day, it is all about action.
