Telstra Customer Fraud - Phone Billing

Under the directorship of Solomon Trujillo, Telstra has implemented a 'new' billing system called Sibel.

In this billing system there is LESS information given to the customer, and it is designed NOT to be easy referenced by the customer as was the previous billing system.

Telstra has also included 'errors' that appear on the customers bills for phone calls that have NEVER been made. Telstra has deliberately committed FRAUD against its customers.

Under Solomon's leadership Telstra has cut services and 8000 jobs, together with an increase in complaints by 240%. Telstra's share value under Solomon's rampage has dropped 40%.

It is general politics NOT to pursue theft by companies against the people. These laws favour corporate crime.

Telstra holds a monolpoly in the Australian communications industry, which is plumeting Australia into the Telecommunications Dark Ages.

Australian Internet services are amongst the dearest in the civilised world.
