Government fraud against the unemployed

It is irrespective of what the mass media informs the general populous and what the ‘official’ opinion of the unemployed is, the government’s view is that they are ‘dole bludgers’ who rort the system.

There can be no denial that this can hold true for certain individuals of certain backgrounds, certain people from certain nationalities, or people with a specific agenda of not to work.

The same holds true of corruption in government and business, where individuals or groups of individuals commit fraud. Many of these cases go unnoticed as there is great support from either the financial lobby, political cronies or with the help of the brotherhood’s lodge.

Many a mass media outlet focuses on the fraud committed by the people against the welfare system, but there are no reports on how the system cheats its recipients, therefore giving the misconception that the system is fair.

The government has embarked in a mass campaign to fraudulently accuse the unemployed of ‘breaches’ so the government does not have to pay them.

With the recent influx of migrants who are on government benefits, in an effort to balance the figures, the government has ordered its personnel to ‘make up any excuse’ to ‘breach’ the unemployed so that there will be more monies available for the new immigrants

The government provides false information to the participant, in order to penalise them. Corpau has recorded information detailing how these actions are done deliberately to defraud the government welfare recipients from their rightfully earned payments.

The very guidelines that the unemployed must abide by, are broken by the government in order to save a buck.

In recent light, the mass media has exposed the fraudulent information provided by the government via the police force on the actual crime rate figures.

The government also provides false information with regards to number of unemployed people.

When an unemployed person is on an educational course or a work for the dole program, they are not considered as unemployed at the time of statistical analysis.

Currently the figure is in the vicinity of 5% whereas industry and business financial analysts use the more realistic figure of 9%.

Many complaints against Centrelink go unnoticed or can go no further, as the matters usually require financial expense which generally most government welfare participants are unable to afford.

How Your Card Details Are Sold On Line

From the Wall Street Journal:

We have mentioned him before, but credit where it is most certainly due, Kevin Poulsen’s Threat Level blog is a real treasure trove for those wanting to understand the hacker community.

As the author of the excellent Kingpin, and himself a reformed hacker, Mr. Poulsen has a chilling transcript in his latest blogpost showing the incredibly casual way in which stolen credit cards are traded on line.

The seller in this deal is Max Butler, the subject of the book. A white hat hacker gone bad, Butler at this time was still finding his legs as a stolen credit card vendor, using the handle “Generous.”

He’d recently cracked the point-of-sale system at a pizza restaurant in Vancouver, Washington, and he was looking for someone to buy the credit card “dumps” -– magnetic stripe data, including account numbers -– that he was stealing from customers. (Note that dumps are more valuable than the credit card numbers involved in the Sony breach, which would likely sell for less than 50 cents each.)

The buyer here is Brett “Gollumfun” Johnson, a veteran fraudster who was, unbeknown to Butler, working as a Secret Service informant from the agency’s Columbia, South Carolina field office. That, of course, is why we have logs of what would normally be a very private conversation.

The shocking casualness of the conversation, these are cards belonging to ordinary people that are being hawked, shows how mundane this trade has become. It is Butler who is offering to sell fresh cards.

Butler: customers used these approval in past week (though i get these every day i’m backlogged going from oldest->new)

Johnson: thats goddamn impressive

Butler: haven’t been approved to vend anywhere so haven’t made prices, i figure whatever is fair, something below market rate and i’ll be very happy just try i guess and pay what you think is fair – i can give you another batch that includes the nicer cards too

Johnson: Thats a deal.

Butler: oh, these are ones the cardholder swiped on .. june 2nd (in case it matters

Johnson: It will take a few days to run these, but Im sure our mutual friend has told you im good for the money–heh

Later on Butler passes on tips on how to avoid detection:

Butler: i have heard keep all classics under 1k/800 per swipe dont try to get big electronics etc.. seems that credit/debit doesn’t matter as much as type

Johnson: good deal. that is my expoerience as well

Butler: so for example i’ve heard platinum debits are rocking in most cases even thouhg debit

Mobile phone radiation a possible cancer risk - WHO

RADIATION from mobile phones may cause brain cancer, the World Health Organisation has declared.

The warning is based on evidence that intensive use of mobile phones and other wireless devices might lead to an increased risk of glioma, a malignant form of brain cancer.

WHO's the International Agency for Research on Cancer concluded that the radio frequency electromagnetic fields generated by such devices was "possibly carcinogenic to humans".

WHO had previously said that there were no ill-effects from mobile phone use.

A team of 31 scientists from 14 countries made the warning after assessing hundreds of published studies into the potential cancer risks posed by electromagnetic fields.

The scientists said there was not enough evidence to conclude that radiation from mobile phones was safe, but there was enough data to show a possible connection to tumours.

Evidence of harm

Jonathan Samet, who chaired a meeting of the scientists in the French city of Lyon, said: "The conclusion means that there could be some risk, and therefore we need to keep a close watch for a link between cellphones and cancer."

The WHO has put mobile phone radiation on a par with about 240 other agents for which evidence of harm is uncertain, including talcum powder, working in a dry cleaner's, pesticide DDT, petrol engine exhaust and coffee.

Two studies in particular, the largest conducted over the last decade, provided evidence that mobile phone use was associated with higher rates of glioma, "particularly in those that had the most intensive use of such phones", Dr Samet said.

A number of individuals tracked in the studies had used their phones for 10 to 15 years.

"We simply don't know what might happen as people use their phones over longer time periods, possible over a lifetime," he said.

Brain cancer

There are about five billion mobile phones registered in the world. Both the number of phones in circulation, and the average time spent using them, have climbed steadily in recent years, the working group found.

The IARC cautioned that their review of scientific evidence showed only a possible link, not a proven one, between wireless devices and cancers.

"There is some evidence of increased risk of glioma" and another form of brain cancer called acoustic neuroma, said Kurt Straif, the scientist in charge of editing the IARC reports on potentially carcinogenic agents.

"But it is not at the moment clearly established that the use of mobile phones does in fact cause cancer in humans," he said in a telephone press conference.

The IARC does not issue formal recommendations, but pointed to a number of ways consumers can reduce risk.

Widely criticised

"What probably entails some of the highest exposure is using your mobile for voice calls," Dr Straif said.

"If you use it for texting, or as a hands-free set for voice calls, this is clearly lowering the exposure by at least an order of magnitude," or by ten fold, he said.

A year ago the IARC concluded in a major report that there was no link between mobile phones and brain cancer, but the review was widely criticised as based on out-of-date data that did not correspond to current usage levels.

The new review, conducted by a panel of 31 scientists from 14 countries, was based on a "full consensus," said Robert Baan, in charge of the written report, yet to be released.

Exposure data, studies of cancer in humans, experiments on animals and other data were all evaluated in establishing the new classification.

The IARC ranks potentially cancer-causing elements as either carcinogenic, probably carcinogenic, possibly carcinogenic or "probably not carcinogenic." It can also determine that a material is "not classifiable".

Cigarettes and sunbeds, for examples, are rated as "group 1", the top threat category.

Another lie initially perpetuated by an authority.

Australian scientists have known for quite some time the ill effects of mobile phone usage and the links to cancer and tumors.

The mobile phone industry is a multi billion dollar annual industry, and corruption and the changing of 'facts' or rather reports can be altered.

Results regarding research have been tampered in the multi billion dollar cigarette industry.

Prior to litigation by an individual in the United States, Philip Morris shredded thousands of documents regarding the cancerous effects of smoking.

Equal Opportunity voted out by parliament

In Australia there is an institution called the Equal Opportunity Commission, which is funded by the government in order to ascertain complaints of abuse by employers of employees.

In theory the office is there for the general populous, to lodge complaints against organisations. Whilst results may not be always of benefit to the complainant, as it is usually not a matter of who’s right but rather who has the greater financial backing, as well as when the matter is infront of a judge who is to win is determined at the (masonic) lodge level.

Amongst complaints there are also complaints against government departments and institutions. This is not a favourable scenario for the government as it is paying its own department in order to implicate itself.

Since many politicians are also high profile business people, together with their cronies, they implemented policies to restrict the Equal Opportunity Commission in its powers.

The government had recently proposed voting in order to weaken the authority of the Equal Opportunity Commission, so that employers will have more powers, including the ability to discriminate against employees based on race, gender, sexual preference, family status and many other areas.

As of the new financial year (1st July) the government has shut down its Victorian branch of Jobwatch, as the policies of the New World Order are being accelerated into our everyday lives one being that of slavery and the lack of any place to go to in order to lodge complaints.

The government is preparing (Melbourne) for a population of 8 million (currently 4 million) in order to create slave labour (via low wages) and prohibitively high housing prices, which will only benefit the high end business community and government.

The foundations of Slave Labour are being laid right before the masses eyes without any resistance.

'Cashless Society' government using fear

The government has embarked on a campaign to speed up the masses into total control via the cashless society model outlined by businesses and governments alike.

Ever since the invention of the credit card there has been a mass data collection on the purchases made by people. Since the advent of computers this information has slowly been making its way into the archives.

Governments and businesses have figured out that there can be greater control of the masses through the monitoring of their financial flow.

In order to entice the masses ‘reward programs’ are offered that reward the masses for putting all of their transactions through the credit card system, with poultry sums or items of little value, compared to the financial gain obtained from the information given via the credit cards.

One of the main objectives of government is to control and monitor the masses. This is done via many methods and is cross referenced via different forms.

The current rate of going ‘cashless’ is quite painfully slow, so the government via the mass media is using scare tactics as the weapon of choice.

In current Australian television advertisements the government is enticing people not to use cash as disease is spread by touching money, and has given a fictitious example.

The alternative is for people to use EFTPOS, whereby each customer touches a keypad, which in effect is the same as handling money when it come to spreading the said bacteria.

The government is appealing to the public’s emotion of fear, as this results in a reaction usually not thought out logically.

The government is providing false information to push through an agenda.

ABC staying silent over salaries

AUSTRALIA'S taxpayer-funded national broadcaster has refused to release details of how much it pays its radio and television personalities.

The ABC has rejected Herald Sun applications for access to details of salaries and other payments made in the 2009-10 financial year.

Two separate Freedom of Information applications lodged by the Herald Sun have been refused by the ABC on the grounds it is not in the public interest.

The ABC also claimed it would place the corporation at a competitive disadvantage because it was not paying its on-air staff the full private sector rate.

In correspondence between lawyers for the corporation and for the Herald Sun, it was argued: "The ABC has consistently argued that disclosure of the remuneration details of on-air presenters would disadvantage the ABC in the marketplace ... particularly in relation to its commercial competitors."

The Herald Sun has turned to the independent arbiter, the recently established Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, for an external review. A decision is expected within two months.

The Herald Sun argued that the ABC is publicly-financed, and as such its operations should be open to scrutiny. This year, the corporation received about $1 billion in funding.

The ABC's stance has also come under fire in Canberra, particularly in Senate estimates committee hearings.

Liberal Senator Ian Macdonald has criticised the secrecy.

The Herald Sun's application comes at a time when the ABC's news and current affairs departments are battling cost blowouts and severe budget strains.

Media analyst Peter Cox told the Herald Sun this week: "You have to question why the ABC is fighting against the release of this information."

He says there is "chaos" within the ABC news and current affairs departments.

"I don't have a problem with them having to pay commercial rates for their presenters" he said.

However, you could argue about how fat the management is at the ABC, he said.

Senator Macdonald this week hit out at the ABC's secrecy, particularly during official hearings.

He said: "I've been told by managing director Mark Scott the ABC doesn't pay them much and 'if we publish the amounts then they'll be made offers by the commercial networks that we won't be able to match. So we'll lose them'."

The Institute of Public Affairs also believes taxpayers have the right to know how their dollars are spent.

"Last time I checked, the ABC salaries weren't national security," an IPR director, Tim Wilson, said.

This is another example of how the government is NOT accountable to anyone even the to people who provide the funds for its existence.

The government is flaunting its muscles in demonstrating to the masses that it can whatever it likes without any consequences or repercussions.

A financial statement MUST be provided, otherwise prosecution can occur under the tax evasion laws.

In a detailed analysis of financial payments to 'personalities' will reveal that a considerably more amount of money is given to brethren than they deserve or the position description allows.

The Anglo-Masonic influence is to keep the matter under wraps is too great to let the masses know of the financial details.

Prime Minister Julia Gillard kept tax squeeze under wraps

SECRET proposals to freeze family tax payments to millions of Australian parents were developed by the Gillard Government before the last election.

But voters were kept in the dark about the changes until the May Budget, confidential government emails seen by the Sunday Herald Sun reveal.

And more plans to cut middle-class welfare could be looming, with government lawyers blocking the release of further "options under possible consideration" on the grounds it is not in the public interest.

One of the most controversial elements of the May Budget, the plan to freeze the indexation of the annual supplement will hit 2.1 million families eligible for Family Tax benefit A & B.

The freeze will strip families with two children of up to $147 in benefits and will save the Government $800 million.

Confidential emails seen by the Sunday Herald Sun reveal the Government was in a race against time to seek information on the plan to freeze family payments before caretaker provisions kicked in after Julia Gillard called the election in July.

At 4.59pm on July 19, just one minute before caretaker provisions that would have banned such correspondence, Families Minister Jenny Macklin's adviser, Ryan Batchelor, was sent an email outlining "Supplement Pause" marked "security in confidence BUDGET".

The email was from the Department of Families family payments branch manager Andrew Whitecross and noted: "We have created a new version of the spreadsheet with updated numbers for the pause supplements option."

The email was also sent to another public servant in the department, Michael Lye, a former Labor staffer who was social policy director in the Rudd government and a former adviser to Wayne Swan.

Mr Batchelor is now Ms Macklin's chief of staff.

She told the Sunday Herald Sun: "The Government had to take the necessary steps to return the Budget to surplus in 2012-13, despite significant challenges such as the recent natural disasters.

"The Prime Minister and the Treasurer made it clear it would be a tough Budget."

Ms Gillard never hinted at the plan during the election campaign, instead announcing plans to boost family payments for teenagers.

By coincidence, the Budget cost of her pledge to deliver families with teenagers extra family payments will be a similar amount to the $800 million savings generated by the secret plan to freeze the indexation of the supplement.

The Department of Families sought taxpayer-funded legal advice to prevent the Sunday Herald Sun obtaining further details of the proposals to freeze family tax benefits or apply a new means test, which claims it is "contrary to the public interest" for the newspaper to inform readers of the Government's plans.

The government is financially assaulting the middle class citizens in order to make up the balance of government failed projects.

Another side to the story is that it puts the middle class quickly into the lower classes distancing them from the ability to fight the government in court.

The government is clearly indicating its role as a dictatorship, and there is no stopping them.

Any resistance is met with fierce retaliation in the form of social security 'breaches' by the government against the recipient.

This is just another form of controlling the masses.
