Mainstream media falsely report deaths
10 September 2021
Australians now 'forced' to take the j@b
This is what's happening in Australia at the moment.
It does not matter what law you may be able to quote, whether it be a state or federal one, on voluntary actions without any force or coercion.
You may want to claim 'human rights' or even discrimination?
Victorian premier, Daniel Michael Andrews told you where you can stick your human rights, well not 'exactly' in those words.
You may want to even quote the constitution, in particular part xxiiiA of Section 51.
That's nice on paper, but the REALITY is different,
Currently children in many schools are not able to sit their exams until they take the jab, therefore their education is dependent upon a medical 'procedure'.
Hospitals have stated to patients that if they do not take the jab they are not going to be treated.
Did a hospital ever refuse you treatment for not taking the flu jab?
Qantas have stated the if their workers do not take the jab, they will no longer be able to work.
No one really cares until YOU take it to court, remembering that the judiciary is fully subservient to government whims in this corrupt colony.
The REALITY is if 'they' want you to be vaxxed you WILL be, no choices, no options.
If you live in Australia, at law you live in a colony, and geographically you live in a prison isle, and you ain't getting out of there until you get vaxxed:
No one is really 'forcing' you where they are just the corporation's 'rules' and if you don't abide by them you will not be able to function in society with any sort of quality of life to the extent that a hospital will let you die.
'Vaxxers' can now rejoice.
The lies of the mainstream media on 'anti-v@xxers'
Today, the mainstream media propagates its lie beyond the comprehension of mere mortals.
One mainstream media lie article will be sent out to many social media accounts and to other news outlets, then spread by the masses, resulting in a few hundred occurrences of this lie article.
In Australia, the mainstream media (msm) has falsified reports that Melbourne protests were by anti-va--ers, where in reality it was in relation to closed down businesses.
The people that do get the attention of the msm where an article is written on them are falsely labelled as anti-va--ers in order to make their government bosses happy with regards to the false narrative.
The msm even lies with regards to persons reportedly dying from a particular disease in order to shock people into taking an injection of a particular trial drug, in order to support the business directive of those in government.
"If you don't listen to us, we'll raid your offices like we did with the ABC."
The msm will even lie you with regards to the status of the trial drugs that are currently in circulation.
The drugs from the various manufacturers have something called Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA), where during the development of the trial drug a lot of safety protocols are omitted, and the first test pool of guinea pigs is not indicative of the general population.
In an official Australian Government health website, from the 21st of February 2021, the current minister for health and aged care, Greg Hunt stated in an interview with David Speers the following:
"The world is engaged in the largest clinical trial, the largest global vaccination trial ever, and we will have enormous amounts of data."
What this means is that when you are getting injected with whatever substance is in the vile, you are part of the trial, you are part of the data pool.
Was this DISCLOSED to you PRIOR to you accepting this injection?
The pathetic state of 'journalism' has been with us, ever since the media businesses realised that they could make a boat load of cash from selling 'news', or rather corporate sponsored propaganda.
At the end of the day you (the 'consumer') are being defrauded and ripped off by the msm.
Did the mainstream media tell you about this: 100 Ontario youth sent to hospital
Did the mainstream media, including the SBS tell the Australian people about a HUGE health problem overseas or did they conceal it from you?
On the 3rd of September the Toronto Sun reported that more than 100 Ontario youth were sent to hospital for heart related problems after receiving an injection for a specific purpose.
Even in the five eyes British colony called Canada, the health authorities released the report 'quietly',

Do the police have the lawful right to check your medical status?
As mentioned before, investigative journalism is dead in Australia.
Now what the people have is something called government sponsored propaganda 'news' outlets.
In Australia's original penal colony state, New South Wales, the media is stating that the police are going to check people's medical records or more specifically their 'vax' status, while people are picnicking.
But what the media are not telling you or asking is:
- Do the police state officers have the lawful capacity to do so?
- Is this new power granted within an emergency Act?
- Does it exist within a previously enacted Act?
So, a formulated question could be like this:
"What lawfully enacted instrument gives the police the right to see my medical history"?
The answer is none.
In short, there is no lawfully enacted instrument that gives the authority for the New South Wales police to ask for a person's medical history, under any circumstances, be it either picnicking or travelling.
Does a lawfully enacted law exist that you MUST be vaxxed in order to be outside 'picnicking'?
Well, that's another day in the life of someone on a prison isle.

Helicopters no longer visible in the police state
Previously, i.e. prior to the lock ups and curfews, in the police state of Victoria, helicopters operated by Victoria Police, were visible to the general public via flightradar24.com.
The helicopters POL31 & POL32 were most visible.
In many instances Victoria Police would turn off the transponder, where there would be either a ‘no callsign’ message on flightradar.com, or even no appearance of the helicopter at all, even though it was physically in the air.
A few weeks ago a grey coloured AgustaWestland AW139 helicopter hit the air, with no callsign.
It also appeared many times in the air but not on flightradar.com
At one point in time for a split second it did appear on flightradar.com, with the following specifications:
It is operated by Victoria Police with the registration VH-PVR.
When the 9pm curfew occurred in Melbourne, the helicopter could be in the air by 8:30pm and under the cover of darkness it would also not be visible on flightradar.com.
Victoria Police have also operated their helicopters without the position and anti-collision lights being on, i.e. in full stealth mode.
That’s life in a real police state.
Masks useless? See paper from 2001 with Brett Sutton's name on it
Brett Sutton a fraud?
Has he been lying to you all this time during this so called global health situation?
Do (surgical) masks make a difference, or are they useless?

EXPOSED: Aussies being locked up because they’re taking the jab
Australians in a perpetual state of lock up?
While the rest of the world is out and about with unrestricted travel between European borders, Australians face a different fate within the (penal) colony they reside in.
They could be in a perpetual state of being locked up through no fault of their own but rather as a result of a (deliberate) ‘failure of government’.
Australian state leaders are unlawfully shutting down businesses, restricting people’s movements, putting people under ‘house arrest’ (curfew) based on something called ‘cases’.
They are aiming for ZERO ‘cases’? Really?
There is a business (as opposed to health) directive for whatever pharmaceutical that is being imported into the country to be used up prior to its expiry date.
As a result the government has stated that a minimum of 70% uptake rate must be achieved where 80% is the desired result, where the secret goal is for (an unachievable) 100% of the population to be jabbed.
There is one HUGE problem with this that the authorities are aware of, as stated by the Chief Health Officer Dr. Kerry Chant in a public news conference.
Dr Chant stated that as more and more people get the jab more and more cases will occur, as no jab is perfect.
So, people are being unlawfully locked up because of the ‘cases’, BUT the cases are caused because of the jab.
The government is knowingly locking people up because of its own health ‘mandate’.
That’s life on a prison island.
Hear Chant’s words in the video:
Mainstream media lies sensationalism and fear mongering
During this global so called health crisis, the government’s mouthpiece is the mainstream media.
There can be no discussions, questioning or even something that the people allegedly have called ‘freedom of speech’ with regards to stories on certain topics.
The mainstream media, moderates certain comments, and even disallows comments altogether on platforms with regards to those topics.
The TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) has been caught out falsifying deaths.
Now, the mainstream media is also giving inaccurate or rather deceptive information with regards to people’s deaths.
Take the headline from the above screen capture:
“Mum in 30s dies one day after test”
SO any ‘normal’ person would comprehend that the woman died one day after doing a health test for a specific reason.
Let’s make up a headline:
“Teen dies one day after driving test”
While the headline can make way to all sorts of connotations, let’s state in the body of this fictitious article that the teenage driver died behind the wheel from an undetected heart condition, dispelling any preconceived idea that the teen was an inexperienced driver and died as a result of that person’s own fault.
From the article within the screen capture above, nowhere in the body of the article, was it stated that the mother factually died from a health condition that was alluded to.
More ‘fake news’, fear mongering and falsified statistics that support a corporate agenda, i.e. medical apartheid.
The fundamental question that MUST be answered is:
- What was the Cycle threshold used to determine her status.
NOTE:
The Chief Health Officer of New South Wales, Dr. Kerry Chant stated that as more people get the jab the 'cases' will go up as a result of the jab, as it's not perfect.
See video:
Please note, that Jamila Yaghi, was morbidly obese and died from a heart attack.
Her brother Mustafa Yaghi, however, rejects her diagnosis even though his mother and other sister are also infected.
“It is completely false, they’re accusations,” he told 7NEWS, “she died from a heart attack, she had a cardiac arrest, it had nothing to do with COVID.”
Read the text from the article taken at the time of it being published:
The headline within the article:
Sydney mum Jamila Yaghi tragically dies in home one day after testing positive to Covid-19
A Sydney woman who died in her home just a day after getting tested for Covid-19 has been identified as a mother of four with ‘the most amazing heart’.
A mother-of-four has tragically died just one day after testing positive to Covid-19.
Sydney woman Jamila Yaghi, aged in her 30s, died in her home on September 1, just a day after getting tested.
She was unvaccinated and among 12 deaths announced on Friday as case numbers continued to climb.
Local MP Julia Finn posted a tribute to the former Guildford local who she described as “deeply engaged” in the community.
“She leaves behind four children, an extended family and many, many friends who loved her dearly,” she said.
“Our area remains the area of greatest concern with Merrylands and Guildford named again.
“I’ve repeatedly requested more local health resources so we know as soon as possible who needs a test and the test results.”
It was unclear how Ms Yaghi caught the virus.
One friend said she was “shattered and heartbroken”.
“(She was) a human who had the most amazing heart and soul, who would run for others and bring laughter and joy in their lives and would forget her own grief,” they wrote.
“You were one of a kind, most loyal friend ever.”
“Still in shock. You were an absolutely amazing friend,” another said.
The other deaths included a man aged in his 70s from southeastern Sydney who died at St George Hospital.
He was a resident at the aged care facility in Bexley and caught the disease there.
Several people from southwestern Sydney also died — a woman aged in her 80s, a man in his 80s, two men aged in their 70s, a woman in her 60s, and two women in their 70s.
A man in his 70s from Sydney’s north died at Hornsby Hospital, while a woman in her 70s from southwestern Sydney died at Westmead Hospital, where she had acquired her infection.
A man in his 90s from the Blue Mountains died at the Hawkesbury living aged care facility.
“We extend our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones for those who have lost their lives,” Premier Gladys Berejiklian told reporters.
“As I have said previously, the best health advice I have is that we anticipate a peak in cases in the next fortnight.
“The next fortnight is likely to be our worst in terms of the number of cases, but as I have said it is not the number of cases we need to be focusing on but how many of those cases and up in our intensive care wards and hospitals, and how many people we have vaccinated as quickly as possible.”
Therapeutic Goods Administration a fraudulent and dishonest business
If you’re a multinational you can easily bribe the people within Australia’s TGA to approve your product WITHOUT it even being tested.
With that in mind how can ANYONE trust the TGA?
Would you trust an airbag that hasn’t been tested or more importantly given ‘approval’ according to some sort of lax Australian ‘standard’?
Would you trust the brakes in your automobile if they have not been tested or even approved for use?
And you’re supposed to trust the TGA, especially now when some sort of self-testing kit is going to be available regarding the current global ‘health’ situation?
This is specially concerning given the fact that from the beginning Australia has been using a flawed or rather inaccurate test method to determine so called ‘cases’ that all governments go on about.
See the story the government would rather you forget from November 2017 by smh.com.au of the headline:
Australia's health watchdog accused of 'too close' relationship with industry
Australia's drug and medical device watchdog, the Therapeutic Goods Administration, needs a complete overhaul to distance it from the health industry and allow consumers to sue it for negligence, say academics and consumer advocates after the regulator quietly announced moves to classify all pelvic mesh devices high risk after years of controversy.
"The current regulatory framework is a complete bypass of the interests of consumers. They don't have a stake at the table," said University of Canberra academic Wendy Bonython, after the TGA said the new classification would mean "higher evidentiary requirements" before new devices are approved for use in Australia, and for existing approved devices.
Illustration above: Australian Pelvic Mesh Support Group members fought for a Senate inquiry into how pelvic mesh devices were cleared for use in Australia.
The move comes more than a decade after many pelvic mesh devices were cleared for use by the TGA with little or no independent evidence of safety and efficacy.
The announcement on the TGA's website on October 26 also follows evidence at a Senate inquiry about the devastating and permanent consequences of mesh surgery for thousands of Australian women, and a class action by women against mesh manufacturer Johnson & Johnson.
A selection of pelvic mesh devices cleared for release in Australia and overseas for use in women.Dr Bonython and University of Canberra associate professor Bruce Arnold told the Senate inquiry the TGA's "industry-funded model of regulation" raises questions about the regulator's independence in the wake of a string of device scandals, including pelvic mesh, joint prostheses, breast and contraceptive implants, cardiac stents and pacemakers.
The failures indicate "systemic weaknesses in the prevention of and response to foreseeable harms", with the "enormous" cost borne by individuals and the broader community, they said.
"Trying to run a regulator on a shoestring, particularly a medical device regulator, is a bit of a false economy because if we're not investing in the regulator, chances are we're going to be subsidising its failures through things like the National Disability Insurance Scheme or Medicare, or lack of productivity," Dr Bonython said.
"There needs to be a clear break between the regulator and the parties they're trying to regulate."
The two academics called on the Senate inquiry to investigate legislated indemnity provisions that protect the TGA from being sued for negligent performance of its regulatory functions.
"The TGA can't be sued for negligence. It doesn't matter how negligent the regulator, it can get away with it, which is problematic because it removes any incentive towards carefulness," Dr Bonython said.
There was a "lack of political will" to make hard decisions to protect consumers, she said.
"We've been writing about this since 2010. In that time we've seen a number of device scandals, inquiries, class actions, but we haven't actually seen much in the way of meaningful action on the floor of parliament. This is looking like a recurring pattern. Why are we getting so many dodgy implants?"
The medical profession's "fair degree of lobbying power" and pharmaceutical companies as "big ticket players in the economy" were issues when it came to consumer protections, she said.
In evidence to the Senate inquiry, Dr Bonython said the TGA's approval of some devices, including pelvic mesh devices, on the basis of post-market monitoring was "problematic".
"At the very least it needs to be flagged as an experimental device until such time as there is a sufficient body of evidence indicating that it's safe to use," Dr Bonython said.
Gynaecologist Professor Christopher Maher, who first raised concerns about a pelvic mesh device in a paper in 2003, told a Senate inquiry hearing that the TGA was "the first level of oversight" for new devices and drugs, but pelvic mesh devices were approved without independent evidence of safety and efficacy.
Professor Maher told the inquiry he had "sort of a frosty relationship" with the TGA after raising serious questions about pelvic mesh devices during internal reviews by the regulator over a number of years.
"With hindsight, I think, everyone in the TGA would say they wished that they didn't allow these products through when there wasn't much evidence supporting those products," Professor Maher said.
The Federal Government-funded Consumers Health Forum of Australia, representing state consumer health groups, told the Senate inquiry the approval and marketing of pelvic mesh devices for more than a decade represented a "catastrophic system-wide failure", that included the TGA and its processes.
The TGA's adverse events reporting system to detect serious drug and device problems was described by women as "something of a black hole, with lots of information going into it but nothing visible coming out", the forum said.
Forum member and Victorian Health Issues Centre chief executive Danny Vadasz said the nexus between companies, the medical profession and the TGA was "insidious and undermines the integrity of our regulatory system".
"What quality of guardianship can you expect when the poacher is paying the wages of the gamekeeper?" Mr Vadasz said.
"The government must act to give the TGA financial independence from big pharma, to raise the evidentiary bar on safety and quality and to be held accountable for its singular purpose, to protect the safety of the public.
"Until we have such legislative reform public health will remain hostage to the sales and marketing targets of medical device manufacturers."
Forum member and Western Australian Health Consumers Council executive director Pip Brennan said the "appalling outcomes some women had experienced from TGA-approved pelvic mesh implants highlights a fundamental flaw in how our regulatory system is working".
"The recent quiet announcement of the up-classification of mesh devices still does not reassure as there is no guarantee consumers will be provided with relevant consent documentation and there is still no commitment to create a register to track the devices being implanted," Ms Brennan said.
"There must be a separation between income for our regulatory body, and the approval of devices. No one has a higher stake in a medical device than the patient who is having something permanently implanted, and yet consumers are not at the decision-making table of the TGA. This needs to change."
Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt's office referred questions to the TGA, which "totally rejected" claims it had a too-close relationship with industry because of its funding model.
"Industry has no say whatsoever in how TGA spends the revenue it receives from other industry charges. This system has been in place for more than 20 years and there has been no evidence of any sort of 'regulatory capture'," a spokesperson said.
"Other medicines and device regulators internationally also are fully or significantly funded by industry fees and charges and operate in the same way. This takes the burden off the taxpayer for such time-consuming scrutiny.
"It is accepted as best regulatory practice for regulators to have a good understanding of and working relationship with the regulated entities. So, while the TGA meets frequently with industry and other stakeholders, including consumer and healthcare groups, it maintains a professional but arm's length relationship and does not include them in any final decision-making once consultations are completed."
The TGA said it accepted evidence from an expert committee in 2008 that recommended it continue to monitor meshes, but the reported rate of complications was low. By 2013 an internal TGA report acknowledged its adverse event reporting system only received 10-20 per cent of all adverse events because it relied on manufacturers to report complications.
The TGA has not prosecuted one mesh manufacturer for failing to report complications, despite it being a criminal offence carrying a jail term and substantial fine.
In 2014 the regulator cancelled the first of more than 40 pelvic mesh devices and increased monitoring and reporting requirements for remaining devices.
In its statement the TGA said "it must be emphasised that the TGA does not regulate clinical practice and decisions by doctors to use these devices".

TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) falsifies deaths
In a gross breach of trust, Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration has been caught out falsifying deaths in relation to the current health situation.
Pay attention to the language used from a report to the 23rd of May 2021:
as opposed to the language used in a report until the 29th of August 2021:
The government can no longer be trusted with the information it reports to the people.
Just as a matter of interest how much are these 'wordsmiths' being paid?
WARNING Corrupt Police, Do NOT use QR codes
The message is quite simple, do not use QR codes to ‘check in’, as ‘suggested’ by those in government.
Despite what the people in government ‘advertise’, there is no legal or lawful obligation for you as a ‘customer’ to use a QR code in the premises you choose to do business with.
It is strictly voluntary.
While there may be a 'suggestion' (with no lawful Act in circulation to support this) for a business to display a QR code, once that is fulfilled there is no legal or lawful mandate for the business owner to police any customer to use the QR code.
The mainstream media has informed the public for the second(?) time that police have made a ‘fundamental breach of trust’, where in reality police have committed a criminal offence with regards to illegally accessing a database, but police have been doing this since the beginning of the implementation of QR codes.
The problem there is the police do this with impunity.
So, who are you going to call?
The (corrupt) police to report that their ‘brethren’ are committing a criminal offence?
This is where the meme regarding police action “We investigated ourselves and found we did nothing wrong” comes into effect.
Note:
The Australian Signals Directorate has warned people NOT to use QR codes.

Government to stop Aussies leaving overseas
The Australian government wants to stop people leaving its (penal) colony, amidst this current global situation.
We obtained many reports from people who wanted to return home safely during this global situation, that their communications with the government were totally useless in helping them get back.
MANY people have fled oppressive authoritarian states e.g. Victoria, and also many have left the continent for greener pastures.
These actions have got the ‘Australian Government’ pissed off and it wants to do something about it.
The way the government is going to screw people over is that those leaving this country who also have another country’s passport, the government will cancel their Aussie passport in effect not allowing them back into the country.
What happens if you have real estate or other items under your name?
Does the government take possession of that too?
P.S. Note that the word Australian ‘citizen’ or citizenship was not used as it’s a fallacy, even though it is defined under a law called the Australian Citizenship Act 1948, which in reality is ultra vires.
Note that the Australian Passport does not define your person as a Australian citizen, but rather an Australian national.
Australia is (still) a colony as defined in the constitution.
