Jaymes Todd the rapist and murderer of Eurydice Dixon

Is it acceptable according to 'community standards' to hide the identity of rapists and murderers?

There is a slight risk of damaging the court hearing and the jury by the image being spread. It's most likely an open and shut case of the actions of the crime, but the guy arrested is autistic which may complicate the trial. Not one mention of rise of autism in the community since the vaccine regime started in the 1980's. The generations from the 1980's onward are now in their thirties and younger. Full grown desperate and brutish men in some cases.
