The ‘inquiry’ into Covid a farce before it even began

There apparently is going to be an 'inquiry' into the response to Covid where there is a push for a Royal Commission.

Let's look at the past history of Royal Commissions and how they have helped those persons who needed them.

Out of the approximate 10,000 'persons' who have registered with the Royal Commission into banking, how many have actually received a remedy? 

From the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, how many victims like Norman Edward Latham or Fiona Barnett obtained remedies?

These so called Royal Commissions are nothing more than ‘money for mates’ jobs for fossils that should be retired or even charged criminally for not doing their piece earlier.

They’re also an ‘intel’ gathering source to see who has got what on whoever.

Australia’s government, meaning the Executive, Parliament and Judiciary is corrupt to the core, where all they’re interested in is to see how much they can get away with.

Ex prime minister Scott Morrison stated that Australia’s response was the best in the world, where in reality it was a systemic abuse of Human Rights, as seen in the Melbourne hi-rise residential (‘ghetto’) towers case.

People's lives got ruined, no impact atatement there either?

Suicides were committed. Not going to mention that in the inquiry?

Those in power, love to extort the vulnerable, as they're easy targets and realistically do not have any means of retaliation.

So, it’s already been stated that the inquiry will have a narrowed scope.

No mention of Human Rights abuse, e.g in Victoria, either in the inquiry?

Where it’s also like the ago old saying that the police investigated themselves and have found that there was no wrongdoing.

The governments, both state and federal have also interfered with the doctor-patient relationship.

Would the inquiry or Royal Commission go into this?

This so called inquiry is a deliberate 'failure of government'.

This is another farce an action to defraud hard working Australian’s tax dollars on an action with zero teeth, actually a quite common modus operandi in this colony. 

Irrespective of how corrupt the legal system is a class action lawsuit might be another way to go that exposes the judicature, as this (Anglo-Masonic/Fabian) brotherhood has harmed many via their judgements.

Let's also never forget that the nations police forces violently terrorised the citiziens where 'covid fines' were issued, only to be withdrawn once people caught on and started to challenge them in court that they were issued unlawfully.

Police even assaulted little old ladies execrising their right to 'freedom of speech'.

Three or four onto one? How cowardly!

WILL the inquiry mention the deliberate lack of information to patients that have succumbed to the world's "largest clinical trial", as stated by then federal minister for health Mr. Gregory Andrew Hunt, as seen on the federal government's website:

Or maybe the inquiry might find that the government did not force any person to get the jab.

It's very clear that this inquiry is corrupt, but as usual people accept these sorts of actions from the those who are supposed to represent the people.

MANY Australians were forced/coerced/conned and deliberately ill-informed with regards to succumbing to a medical procedure.

People were told that if they did not take the injection they were unable to earn a living at their place of employment.

Persons including minors, where told that if they do not succumb to this injection they cannot go to school to teach, or sit exams in order to finish their education.

So called medical professionals told people that if they do not succumb to this injection, they would not get health care.

Persons today are still told that if they do not succumb to this particular injection they cannot have a life saving operation.

So what is this injection?

As the former federal minister for health Mr. Gregory Andrew Hunt stated on national television, which was documented on the 21st of February 2021 that:

“The world is engaged in the largest clinical trial, the largest global vaccination trial ever, and we will have enormous amounts of data.”

Therefore any person who takes the ‘jab’ is partaking in the world’s largest clinical trial, where your reaction to the drug, will be documented and put into government databases in relation to this trial.

• Were you informed of this when you went to a roadside tent or a stall at your local shopping centre to get this jab?

• Were you informed of the manufacturer’s documentation pertaining to the drug that entered your body when you got jabbed by your local GP?

• Did you take this drug of your own free will, with all the information presented to you, or given to you prior to taking the injection so that you could take this to your own medical professional who has your file, where then it can be determined if this trial drug is safe for you to take?

Governments state and federal, corporations, employers, businesses, schools, medical professionals et al, have forced persons that they had control over to take this trial drug, period.

Not only is this wrong on so many levels, most importantly this action is illegal.

It’s against Human Rights, at both international, federal and state level.

Victorian premier Daniel Andrews was very vocal about all the government’s actions being above human rights.

So was there a lawfully enacted Act that overrode, for example in Victoria, the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006?

We are not aware of this being the case, but to any person who knows to the contrary, please post the Act in the comments.

Quite simply put Andrews lied, that there is no basis at law.

From the above mentioned Act the following is stated from Section 10

Protection from torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment

 A person must not be-

(c) subjected to medical or scientific experimentation or treatment without his or her full, free and informed consent.

Did the above occur with ever single person that was jabbed?

Australian governments have corrupted the medical profession.

There must be a class action lawsuit against every single alleged ‘medical professional’ that refused persons being given healthcare based on their status that they did not partake in the trial drug.

The mainstream media along with the world’s tech giants played a role in misinforming the general population.

Let's wait and see what the (corrupt) 'inquiry' has to say.

Largest attack on scammers thus far

Can a coalition of citizens make more of an impact than what governments with much greater resources, have tried to do over the years with regards to computer based fraud?

Whatever the medium, persons with criminal intent will always try to find ways to extort cash from their victims.

Computer related criminal activity has been around since the beginning, and as time has gone on, the methods have become more sophisticated.

If the law was structured in such a manner to deter this type of criminal activity, as opposed to a person receiving a fine of $3873.70 for travelling an alleged 6km/h over the posted speed limit, in Victoria which was recently changed giving the possibility of entrapment, then maybe there would be less criminal activity over the ether.

While Israel may have the world's best hacking/cracking technologies, it seems that India is the world's scamming capital.

Australia despite being considered a 'First World' nation is falling every year in Internet speed ratings, where third world nations have a higher rating.

Child Abuse Royal Commission - Police (deliberately) fail abuse victims?

Corrupt police are the bane of society from something as innocuous as a traffic stop to the reporting of child sexual abuse.

Across the colony there is no shortage of corrupt police, where their numbers are swelling as they obtain more and more recruits.

$10m penalty for Dell Australia for misleading representations about discount prices of computer monitors

The Federal Court (on 14 Aug 2023) ordered that Dell Australia Pty Ltd pay $10 million for making false and misleading representations on its website about discount prices for add-on computer monitors.

In enforcement proceedings brought by the ACCC, Dell Australia admitted that it had misled customers about the price of a selection of monitors available to ‘bundle’ with a purchase of a desktop, laptop or notebook. The add-on monitors were often advertised with a higher ‘strikethrough’ price, indicating a significant saving if purchased with other computer products.

Dell Australia admitted that it overstated the discounts customers received as monitors were not sold for the strikethrough price for most of the relevant time. In many cases, consumers paid more than if they had purchased the monitor as a standalone product. More than 5,300 monitors were sold to consumers with overstated discounts.

Dell Australia also admitted that it misled customers about the discounted price of the add-on monitors with various statements including “Total Savings”, “Includes x% off”, “Discounted Price” and “Get the best price for popular accessories when purchased with this product”.

“This outcome sends a strong message to businesses that making false representations about prices or inflating discounts is a serious breach of consumer law and will attract substantial penalties,” ACCC Commissioner Liza Carver said.

“We took this action against Dell Australia because consumers rely on accurate information about prices and discounts to make purchasing decisions.”

“It is important that businesses are careful when advertising discount pricing to ensure they do not mislead consumers about the savings on offer,” Ms Carver said. 

Earlier this year, the Court ordered Dell Australia to offer refunds and issue corrective notices to every affected consumer, and review its compliance program.  Dell Australia was also ordered to pay a contribution to the ACCC’s costs.

Dell Australia co-operated during the proceedings by admitting that it had contravened the Australian Consumer Law and made joint submissions with the ACCC in respect of penalty and other orders. It also commenced offering refunds to some consumers prior to the Court making orders.

Background

The ACCC instituted Federal Court proceedings against Dell Australia on 4 November 2022.

In June 2023, the Federal Court declared by consent that Dell Australia made false and misleading representations on its website about the prices of add-on monitors and in ‘strikethrough’ prices shown on the website.

Dell Technologies Inc is a US-based technology company that operates globally primarily through its website, and develops, sells, repairs, and supports computers and related products.

Dell Australia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dell Technologies, with headquarters in New South Wales.
