Former NT police officer Jared Porch pleads guilty to child abuse material offences

A former Northern Territory Police officer who offered money, alcohol and phone credit to men in exchange for sexually explicit videos, including of children, has pleaded guilty to a string of child abuse material charges.

Jared Kane Porch appeared before the Alice Springs Supreme Court on Wednesday, pleading guilty to 12 charges, including transmitting, soliciting, possessing or controlling child abuse material.

Other charges included six counts of using a carriage service to groom another person to make it easier to procure persons under 16 years of age to engage in sexual activity with themselves.

There were also two counts of using a carriage service to groom another person to make it easier to procure persons under 16 years of age to engage in sexual activity with another person.

The court heard the offending took place over a 16-month period, beginning on July 31, 2020, while Porch was a serving member of the Northern Territory Police Force.

Prosecutor Mary Chalmers SC said "a number" of the victims were Aboriginal children.

Porch offered to provide money, alcohol and mobile phone credit to men in exchange for explicit content, the court heard.

Details of offending revealed

After a tip-off from the United States National Centre of Missing and Exploited children, AFP officers raided Porch's Alice Springs home in November 2021, finding "a large number" of Facebook messenger chats on his devices.

According to the agreed facts of the case, Porch spoke to Aboriginal, Fijian and Papua New Guinean men via social media, either using his own name, the pseudonym "Whitie Whitie" or a fake female persona of "Paige Oakes" and sent and received child abuse material.

The court heard during some of the chats, he would request the other person to bring a child into video chats or otherwise involve them in sexual acts.

He also asked the men to meet up with "Paige" for sex, at times asking them to find or arrange children to also be present.

Court documents show Porch offered to provide money, alcohol and mobile telephone credit to the men in exchange for sexually explicit videos and photographs, or engaging in sexual acts via video chat or in person.

Porch pleaded guilty to a raft of child abuse material offences

The court heard "a number" of the men became dependent on his payments, which Porch would withhold if he was "not satisfied" with the pornographic or abusive material he had been provided.

Six-year-old child among victims

Prosecutors said 40 different people were involved in Porch's grooming and procuring offences.

On three separate occasions, following what Ms Chalmers described as "persistent efforts", Porch convinced another man to perform sexually explicit acts in the presence of his six-year-old son, in exchange for sums of money.

The court heard during a video call to Porch, the same man filmed the child while the six-year-old was naked in the shower.

Ms Chalmers asked that two images from videos of this incident be submitted as evidence, but Justice Judith Kelly declined.

"It will tend to distort the sentencing exercise ... by producing an inappropriately emotional response," Justice Kelly said.

According to the agreed facts, Porch kept a large collection of pornographic material involving Aboriginal people on a data cloud, and often traded pornography of local men and women with others.

Porch committed the offences while working as a police officer in Alice Springs and surrounding remote communities

Former police officer charged

The court heard Porch had worked as a police officer in Alice Springs and surrounding remote communities for more than 12 years.

He received several promotions during his time in the force, working at times as an Acting Senior Sergeant.

Porch resigned from the NT Police Force following his arrest in late 2021.

After he pleaded guilty to the offences, Porch's lawyers urged Justice Kelly to take into account his "excellent" work history when she ultimately hands down her sentence.

Each of his 12 charges carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.

The defence argued Porch's time in prison would be "more arduous" than most prisoners, as a former police officer and a sex offender.

His lawyers urged Justice Kelly to take into account his cooperation with police during their investigation and said Porch had shown a “willingness to seek assistance” for his mental health.

The court heard he sought psychological support in 2016, suffering from anxiety and depression, which his lawyers argued were a result of Porch’s "frustration at not being able to express his sexuality", and feelings of loneliness while working remotely.

Porch worked as a police officer in Alice Springs and surrounding communities for more than 12 years.

Claims no real action to rehabilitate

Prosecutors argued despite Porch’s attempts to seek help for his anxiety and depression, he had yet to take action to address the drivers behind his offending.

"Yes, there's expressions of guilt and shame that are reasonably common expressions in these types of matters," Ms Chalmers said.

"But there is no discussion in [his letter] that advances the situation in terms of rehabilitative prospects.

"For example, there's no engagement with the motivation behind the offending, or evidence that there's been significant efforts undertaken to address what's behind the offending."

Porch has been remanded in custody to appear in the Alice Springs Supreme Court on Friday for sentencing.

Watch how these 'penal colony policies' (deliberately) fail their victims as they so many time in the past.

This person should be strung up as an example for others in the force to behave.

MANY police 'officers' think they are above the law as a result of their 'magic' blue suit.

Victoria Police recruitment

Victoria Police are on a recruitment drive in 2023 for 500 new officers in 2 years...

A percentage of officers resigned during the pandemic, as they were not comfortable in assaulting the general population based on unlawful policies.

To obtain training of the calibre shown in the illustration above, being a wife basher helps tremendously.

Some officers think that it is acceptable to assault their wife because they are police officers, where they can and do get away with this heinous crime.

Two cops are charged after a naked and mentally ill woman was hit, stomped on & had her genitals pepper sprayed

Abuser cop: Senior Constable Nathan Black

Abuser cop: Timothy Trautsch

  • Two western Sydney pigs charged with assaulting naked woman
  • The pigs, Nathan Black and Timothy Trautsch have been stood down
  • Both pigs will face Penrith Court next month
The two lowlifes have been charged with allegedly assaulting a naked and mentally ill woman in western Sydney.

The incident occurred after cops were called out to Smith Street, in Emu Plains to conduct a welfare check.

However, Senior Constable Nathan Black, 26, and Constable Timothy Trautsch, 27, are then alleged to have assaulted a 49-year-old woman who they found naked in the street.

The cops are accused of beating and stomping on the unnamed woman before pepper-spraying her exposed genitals.

Senior Constable Black is also accused to have shared the bodycam vision of the naked woman after the alleged assault.

Following an investigation into the incident, NSW Police charged the officers on Friday.

Senior Constable Black was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm in the company of other(s), possess or use a prohibited weapon without permit, intentionally publish protected information, intentionally record intimate image without consent, and intentionally distribute intimate image without consent.

While Constable Trautsch was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm in the company of other(s).

Both men were working as part of the Nepean Police Area Command.

Acting Assistant Commissioner David Waddell said the officers have (allegedly) been stood down and suspended without pay.

They will both face Penrith Local Court on May 1.

A quality police force in the colony called Australia.

Remembering that the colony's first police force in New South Wales was made up entirely of criminals, just (allegedly) better behaved ones, instead of honourable men.

Victoria Police covering up child abuse in Mildura?

Victoria Police have been covering up crimes of people in positions of authority, especially their 'bosses' you know those in government, since their inception in 1853.

NEVER forget that the colony’s criminals (albeit better behaved ones), instead of 'honourable' people, were recruited by the government to become police officers, where they have evolved into a more formidable (criminal) force.

Today it’s very difficult to get an ‘officer’ charged by our corrupt legal system.

Even if the police get caught by the serfs committing criminal offences, their brethren in the judicature will exonerate them of any alleged wrong-doing.

Those who aren’t are the scapegoats, only for ‘display’ purposes to give the serfs the illusion that ‘justice’ exists.

It seems that police have been covering for Monseigneur Day from Mildura with regards to child abuse.

As the saying goes: “We investigated ourselves and found we did nothing wrong”.

Here’s Deputy Commissioner of the day, Neil O’Loughlin to the rescue.

Mainstream media's lies on Putin's so called 'arrest warrant'

Lies come in all shapes and forms, where some are blatant and others are 'white' ones.

Also a common lie is one of omission, where this is the case with regards to a so called 'arrest' warrant against USSR President Vladimir Putin.

Rupert Murdoch's 'investigative' journalists stated that there has been an arrest warrant issued for Vladimir Putin from the ICC (International Criminal Court).

BUT, those so called 'investigative' journalists' (deliberately) forgot to mention how invalid this so called 'warrant' really is.

The ICC is not a 'real' court but rather an organisation or tribunal with very limited jurisdiction.

IT is based on consent from its signatories only where those who have not signed up the court cannot issued with any lawful instruments to make executable warrant valid.

Currently, Russia, illustrated in orange was a signatory that withdrew its signature consent.

Ukraine depicted in yellow, indicates that it is a signatory, where there is no formal ratification, keeping in mind that Crimea is an (allegedly) autonomous republic in the south.

In any event the so called warrant does not have any lawful effect on 'uncle' Vlad.

On the topic of warrants:

Please note: Warrants do not exist, arising from unpaid Infringement Notices arising from the so called 'Infringements Court' in Victoria, Australia.

How Much Australian Tax Dollars Went Into C-19 Social Media Advertising?

The Australian Government sponsored 'social media' corporations, e.g. Facebook millions of dollars to promote a propaganda campaign with regards a certain global health scenario.

Just how much did Aussie 'mums & dads' taxpayers pay for this?

An FOI request that was actually answered, showed the figure of $9,816,821.56 for the period of March 2020 to September 2022.

Since we are aware that the government lies, whether that figure is factually accurate or not is another story.
