Victoria Police has failed in embarrassing public relations stunt that has gone wrong, even though the mainstream media has tried to cover it up.
Victoria Police want the people of Australia, (and the world) to 'forget' that they abused Victorians.
The had no lawfully enacted instrument to carry out any 'health related' fines.
Over 1200 officers have not been sworn in, therefore having no legal authority whatsoever.
The police commissioner then lied on 'public record' that the legislation was 'fixed' retrospectively, which it cannot be.
Police personnel have been even been caught out inciting violence in public.
They have acted unlawfully under dictation (of the Chief Health Officer, Brett Sutton and Daniel Andrews).
Nonthreatening grandmothers pepper sprayed.
Pregnant mothers abused.
Women silenced for 'reporting' government corruption.
Are these the actions of 'honourable' persons?
It seems that they have thrown their Policy manual and Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct under a bus.
