Crooked politicians in same league as worst killers, rapists and paedophiles

When dealing with objects, whether personally or state owned, it makes sense to categorise them for ease of management.

It seems that the administration of New South Wales Silverwater prison, has nailed it.

They put corrupt politicians in with the 'best' of the rest, that being the worst type of killers, bikie gang kingpins and (obviously) paedophiles.

Maybe so that the crooked pollies and paedos can exchange notes?

Corrupt MP Philip Dalidakis accepting bribes from mafia shelf companies?

A cell of the Italian mafia called "The Hounoured Society", the Ndrangheta controlled Italian-Australian ogranised crime syndicate  plays a huge influential role in Australian politics.

They obtain influence to Australia's system of governance via political donations at fund raising events, from dodgy shelf companies or legitimate businesses.

This gives the criminal syndicate access to police and judges, when needed in matters of importance pertaining alleged criminal activities of their associates.

Once the cat is out of the bag everyone involved denies all knowledge or activity of any alleged illegal, rule breaking or unlawful conduct as seen in article below:

Corrupt MP Gayle Tierney caught out lying on the real state of the prison system

This is the face of another MP for the Labor Party, concealing the truth, i.e. providing false information to the general population.

In this case it is Gayle Tierney, a Member of Parliament in the Victorian Legislative Council (or Upper House).

If you have obtained any form of communication from Tierney, you could consider this information as false or inaccurate, or according to law, 'unreliable evidence', given the fact that she has publicly falsely stated that the police cells in Victoria are full.

See article:

Did you really elect a liar to represent your will in Parliament?

Corrupt MP Khalil Eideh busted for fraud?

It seems that the Australian people are governed by criminal MPs in office where all one has to do is fish out their criminal activities, albeit from a very deep lake.

The Rupert Murdoch empire under the advertising publication called The Herald Sun today put in such an important article taking up only 1/12th of the advertising space available.

You can't say that they didn't tell ya, as that would be a 'conspiracy theory'.

These people do not see incarceration, from the criminal act of theft from tax payers / constituents,

whereas if the serf population does not pay accrued unlawful fines (from e.g. the unlawful 'Infringements Court') then one can be imprisoned for over one year.

STILL not convinced you live in a police state colony?

City Council GM Hendrik F Basson a wife basher?

City councils are the dodgy businesses that collect rates unlawfully from the general population, not in line with the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK), but don't let the mainstream media have a say on this, as one would be confined to the 'conspiracy theory' bin, where this topic is another post or seventeen.

A fair few 'city councils' have been shut down due to their business operator's dodgy behaviour.

The mainstream media had a field day with corporate criminal Salim Mehajer from Auburn City Council, but it seems that the media are laying low on the General Manager of Glen Innes Municipal and Severn Shire Councils, Mr. Hendrik F. Basson, pictured above for domestic violence, as seen in screen capture of court listing:

Will the rate payers fund Mr. Basson's defence?

Corrupt cops and the unlawful tax office to access Australian's health records

The Australian authorities are informing the general population of their slave status in the police state colony called Australia, by the action of allowing the (police) 'force' to have unchecked and unrestrained access to the general population's health records, which will later be used to fine people, i.e. guilty until proven otherwise.

People should comprehend that medical records are 'private and confidential', but this is not the case in the colony of Australia where the records will be also available to (corrupt) police personnel, used against the patient, and to another entity called the tax office (the ATO) under the new scheme called the My Health Record which is by default set to an 'open to all' information bonanza, where people MUST take action to 'opt out', despite the fact that people's records have already been accessible 'online' for six years.

The 'problem' is that the ATO (Australian Tax Office) is not a legal entity, as described in the High Court of Australia case of Moeliker v Chapman of 2000.

See document:

Please note: Despite what the official reports are on the security of the My Health Record database, it is 'hackable', where when a breach will occur, the department is under no obligation to inform the public of the truth with regards to the breach, as there are deliberately no penalties written into the law regarding the accuracy of the information released into the public domain.

See how themercury.com.au  describes this even under the headline:

Doctors outraged that police, ATO can access My Health Record

EXCLUSIVE

Police and the Australian Taxation Office could get access to your sensitive online My Health Record, a situation senior medicos have blasted as ”utterly outrageous” and undermining trust in the health system.

A leading global cybersecurity firm Centrify has warned the My Health Record is not secure and creates a huge ‘honey pot’ of sensitive information that will “attract the bad guys” of cybercrime.

It comes as Singapore’s General and Children’s Hospitals were hacked and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s health records were stolen along with the records of about 1.5 million other patients.

Every Australian will get an online My Health Record that will reveal medical secrets such as if they have had an abortion, a drug or alcohol addiction, a sexually transmitted disease or mental illness, unless they opt out by October 15.

Former Australian Medical Association president Professor Kerryn Phelps says allowing police access to My Health Record information will undermine trust in the medical profession and the health system.

Under section 70 of the My Health Records Act police are allowed to access your record without a warrant for “the prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution or punishment of criminal offences, breaches of a law imposing a penalty or sanction or breaches of a prescribed law”.

“If someone has a cocaine problem, will they want to tell their doctor and seek help if they think it has any possibility of being uploaded to a site that can be accessed by police?” Prof Phelps asks.

Section 70 of the My Health Records Act also allows the System Operator (Australian Digital Health Agency) to disclose health information included in a healthcare recipient’s My Health Record for the “protection of the public revenue”.

“What in earth has that got to do with your health record?” Dr Phelps asks.

International public health consultant Bill Bowtell, one of the architects of Australia’s world leading 1980s AIDS campaign supports the principle of a centralised health record but says police should not be allowed to access it and the legislation should be changed to reflect this.

Australians with HIVshould consider opting out of the new system because of the risk of return of stigma and discrimination and risk prosecution for reckless endangerment if police can access records, he says.

Women who have an abortion in states where it is illegal could also face also prosecution and jail terms of up to 10 years if police can get access their medical records without a warrant.

Around 65,000 to 80,000 abortions take place every year in Australia and one in four women is estimated to have terminated a pregnancy at some stage in their life.

Mr Hunt claimed this week that it was “incorrect” to say law enforcement bodies could access the My Health Record and that a court order would be needed.

However, the My Health Record legislation says the Australian Digital Health Agency can release the information to law enforcement bodies as long it “reasonably believes that the use or disclosure is reasonably necessary “.

“The Digital Health Agency is clear and categorical — no documents have been released in more than six years and no documents will be released without a court order,” Mr Hunt told News Corp.

The Australia Digital Health Agency chief Tim Kelsey says the agency has not and will not release any documents without a court/coronial or similar order.

Professor Phelps and Mr Bowtell said the legislation should be amended by Parliament to reflect this position.

During the midst of the Centrelink robodebt crisis last year Human Services Minister Alan Tudge released to a journalist internal departmental briefings about an internet blogger’s personal circumstances, which included detail on her relationship and tax history.

In May this year the acting Privacy and Information Commissioner, Angelene Falk, determined that the Department of Human Services was justified in releasing the personal information of the blogger Andie Fox to the media.

Meanwhile global cybersecurity firm Centrify has warned your most sensitive health secrets will be vulnerable to hackers and may be seen by unauthorised health employees if doctors fail to log off the system.

Cybersecurity specialist Centrify operates in Australia, the US and Europe and delivers security to more than 5000 worldwide organisations, including over half the Fortune 100 companies.

“The challenge for My Health Record is that putting vast amounts of confidential health data into a single online database creates a huge ‘honey pot’ to attract the bad guys, so security needs to be at the heart of the entire system,” Centrify senior director Niall King said.

“Even putting aside the danger of cyber attacks, data breaches can arise from unauthorised employees accessing the system or a doctor leaving the surgery without logging off the system,” he said.

Indigenous genocide still an Australian Government agenda?

It really does seem like it's a step back in time for the administration of this colony now called Australia, where genocide of the Indigenous population was a reality.

In the 1980's Langley Frederick George "Lang" Hancock had the audacity to state publicly his support of the act of genocide against the Indigenous people, as spoken by his very own words in a video clip of the title of the 'Aboriginal problem':

Lang Hancock is survived by his daughter, Georgina Hope Rinehart, whose actions would seem to support her father's 'solution'.

Note: The land mass that we now call Australia, was taken from the Indigenous people under firearms, where the crown proclaimed ownership of it, where this hostile act is still supported today by the people in this corporation aggregate called the Australian Government.

How can the people in government, MPs the judiciary,  really be called "Your 'Honour', or honourable if they have taken no action to rectify this hostile actions of their ancestors?

Does a 'sorry' really cut it? As its context was very shady.
