In Australia corporations make their own legislation. WTF?

It's getting worse and worse in the colony called Australia.

Since the 1800's the people in power have been misbehaving where the imperial government had to install the Colonial Laws Validity Act in 1865, to remind those 'rascals and outlaws' (in office) how to behave.

Well that didn't deter those in power.

A bit later on they threw democracy under a bus, or at least the democratic law making process with the abolition of the upper house or the Legislative Council in Queensland, unlawfully, or beyond their power to do so, or more specifically, unconstitutionally.

Australia is part of so many treaties and organisations, that the mind boggles, where the one stands out that comes to mind, is UNIDROIT (since the 20th of March 1973), an 'International Institute for the Unification of Private Law', as stated on their website.

In Australia, there is no separation of powers contrary to official paperwork.

The 3 tiers of government are corrupt.

The MPs, the j̶u̶d̶i̶c̶i̶a̶r̶y̶ (judges), no the judicature (the administration of justice) and the executive are all corrupt.

Not only is Australia a “legal basket case” according to its motherland, we now have in force something called 'private law'.

So how does that work?

Let's take the current global health situation as an example.

The federal government states that a particular medical procedure is 'voluntary'.

Yet corporations state that it is mandatory in their worker's case to succumb to this procedure, and there's pretty much nothing the employees can do about it, otherwise they WILL lose their employment status.

The 'best' part about this is that the government does NOT step in.

In a bombshell revelation from the mainstream media it was stated that corporations make their own l̶e̶g̶i̶s̶l̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶  oops 'code of conduct', with regards to their actions, where allegedly a so called watchdog has the final veto.

Sounds legitimate, right?

Let's make the analogy of 'little Johnny' the brat child being able to conjure up his own homework rather than the teacher.

It is no secret that Australia's so called watchdog's lack any bite, where in reality they should be called puppies where YOU have to watch over them.

A second company took advantage of iPhone vulnerability that enabled Pegasus hack

It looks like NSO Group, the Israeli-based technology firm that hacked the iPhone with its Pegasus spyware, isn't the only company to exploit Apple's iMessage vulnerability in 2021 (via AppleInsider). It turns out there was a second Israeli company, called QuaDream, that also, at the same time as NSO Group, used the exact same vulnerability to hack iPhones.

In a statement, a spokesperson from NSO Group said that their company 'did not cooperate' with QuaDreamand that 'the cyber intelligence industry continues to grow rapidly globally.'

QuaDream, just like NSO Group, has its own sophisticated spyware called REIGN. Just like NSO Group's Pegasus, REIGN can take control of your phone and use its cameras and microphones to spy on you and record your calls. REIGN can also collect your personal information and see your messages, photos, and emails.

When Apple found out about the exploited vulnerability in iMessage, it released a patch that fixed the flaw, so the exploits used by both NSO Group and QuaDream shouldn't work anymore on updated iPhones.

Both NSO Group and QuaDream exploited the way iMessage accepted and interpreted GIFs. They used a PDF file, masked as a GIF, with a script of logical commands, which controlled the spyware without the need for a command-and-control server.

Government lies, hiding the fact that current 'mandates' are useless

The people in government lie.

They lie to you a lot, every single day in fact.

Do you know why?

Because they can, with impunity, after all there is no False Information Act 1901 is there?

With regards to today's current global health situation, the 'Australian Government' stated the following with regards to the use of masks:

Should I wear a surgical mask?

General public

Surgical masks in the community are only helpful in preventing people who have coronavirus disease from spreading it to others. If you are well, you do not need to wear a surgical mask as there is little evidence supporting the widespread use of surgical masks in healthy people to prevent transmission in public.

So, the foundation has been laid, as a result of medical facts right?

Wrong.

Then the beatings started, but don't get your source information from the mainstream media, as they are paid government propaganda agencies.

Go to social media platforms that do not censor information of that calibre, and see how police treated Victorians.

Police would assault Victorians for not wearing masks and would even beat up little old ladies going on protests, but the mainstream media conveniently distracts their readers.

At a later point in time, even though there was zero medical change in the situation, the government did another one of many changes that did not make sense, where people were punished.

Fast forward to today or even half a year ago, where if you want to find 'government approved' information it becomes unavailable, or rather it's deleted from the government websites.

So, just say you're in court as an alleged perpetrator of some government rule and not law, where you say the government told me this, and the response is from the prosecution is for you to prove this, you cannot as the government deleted this information.

With reference to the above quote if you try to obtain it from the government website that stated it within a pdf, then your search will be fruitless as government deleted that file, as seen in the above screen capture.

Apparently the internet does not forget and in this case it didn't.

What you have to do is go to something called a 'web archive' and search there.

With the correct search terms in mind with the approximate date of the missing document it was found:

Journalists from El Salvador are the latest victims of Pegasus, the spyware that hacked the iPhone

At least 35 journalists and members of civil society have been infected with the NSO's Pegasus spyware in El Salvador (via 9To5Mac). If you recall, exactly Pegasus was the spyware that was used to hack iPhones without leaving any traces of its existence in the system.

According to a report made by the University of Toronto's Citizen Lab, Pegasus was found on 37 devices. Most of the victims were journalists working for several media known for covering stories on potential corruption in El Salvador's government. Pegasus is sophisticated spyware that may gather sensitive information and access the phone's camera and microphone.

El Faro, an online news site, was apparently the primary target of the attack. According to the report, 22 of the hacked phones belonged to journalists working in El Faro.

In a statement to Reuters, El Faro's editor-in-chief, Oscar Martínez, said, "It is hard for me to think or conclude something other than the government of El Salvador was behind the alleged hacks. It's evident that there is a radical interest in understanding what El Faro is doing."

In response to the accusations, El Salvador's government said that it's not a client of NSO Group Technologies, which is the company behind Pegasus, and stated that it also has an ongoing investigation into the phone hacking. El Salvador's government also said that it has information that the phones of some high administration officials have also been infiltrated.

The Pegasus spyware in El Salvador was found after two journalists reached Citizen Lab. The journalists contacted Citizen Lab because they feared their phones had been hacked. After that, Citizen Lab launched an investigation and discovered that the phone hacks took place between July 2020 and November 2021.

What happened in El Salvador is another case where Pegasus was used to spy on journalists. As we previously reported, the Pegasus spyware was used on a journalist working for the New York Times. During his work around the Middle East, Ben Hubbard discovered that his iPhone had been hacked twice with Pegasus by Saudi Arabia.

Veteran Victoria Police officer hit with 87 corruption charges

A veteran Victoria Police officer has been slapped with almost 90 criminal charges after an internal anti-corruption investigation.

A veteran Victoria Police officer has been slapped with almost 90 criminal charges after an internal anti-corruption investigation uncovered potential wrongdoing.

The alleged corruption involved officers lying under oath to obtain search warrants for police raids were which were carried out on contrived information.

At least 15 Victorians may have been unlawfully arrested due to the alleged offences, including two juveniles and a man who was jailed.

Victoria Police charged Calum McCann, 49, with a 87 offences including misconduct in public office, inciting a person to access police information, inciting a person to commit misconduct in public office, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, attempt to pervert the course of justice and perjury.

Victoria Police said in a statement the force’s legal services department and professional standards command have launched an investigation following the initial probe.

“Investigators have identified seven affidavits relating to 12 addresses alleged to contain some false information that were used to obtain search warrants between June 2018 and August 2020,” the statement said.

“As a result a 49-year-old male sergeant from the western region was charged on 28 October 2021 with 87 offences including misconduct in public office, incite a person to access police information, incite a person to commit misconduct in public office, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, attempt to pervert the course of justice, perjury, intimidation or reprisals relating to witnesses and create false document.

“A detective sergeant from professional standards command was also charged on 28 October 2021 with four offences including conspiracy to access police information, conspiracy to commit misconduct in public office, attempting to access police information and attempting to commit misconduct in public office.”

Victoria Police also said the investigation was initially launched following a tip off from a fellow officer.

“This is an isolated issue involving a very small number of officers,” the statement said.

“While any allegation of falsified affidavits is completely unacceptable, it is pleasing to see the issue was raised internally for investigation. It shows the vast majority of officers are doing the right thing and will not stand by idly if they see potential employee misconduct.”
