VCAT acts beyond its power – unenforceable judicial decisions!

MANY Australian authorities act beyond the scope of what they are lawfully allowed.

What is worse is they also gaslight you during this process.

Recently, approximately one year ago, Queensland’s Supreme Court ruled that the so called COVID-19 vaccine mandate for frontline workers was unlawful.

See article:

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2024-02-28/covid19-vaccine-frontline-worker-mandate-supreme-court-ruling/103517798

SO during this mandate, the authorities did not check whether they had the lawfully enacted instrument for the ‘mandate’ to occur, they just forced the trial drug on frontline workers because that's what they wanted to do.

If you did not comply, your employment would be terminated.

Therefore those that did not comply were unlawfully terminated, where the corrupt Anglo-Masonic legal business did not offer a remedy for the victims of government abuse.

VCAT (Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal) as its name suggests is a tribunal.

VCAT is enacting one the largest legal cons on the unsuspecting Victorian public.

The current, as of 23 June 2023, president of VCAT judge Edward (Ted) Winslow Woodward, pictured left, together with every single member issuing orders are complicit in this fraud causing harm to many respondents.

Will this ever come out like in the above mentioned Supreme Court case from Queensland?

Well, it’s already out since 2018, and it’s a one up better as it’s from the High Court of Australia.

Will the media pick up on this? Did they inform the general population of this from 2018?

Let’s do a quick recap on the unlawful actions of VCAT with regards to MANY orders issued by them.

First and foremost:

  • The High Court's decision Burns v Corbett significantly narrowed the jurisdiction of commissions and tribunals.

  • The High Court held that the Australian Constitution precludes a State tribunal from exercising federal and state jurisdiction, as tribunals are not Courts and cannot exercise judicial powers and jurisdiction.

A tribunal or Commission not being a 'court of a State' cannot adjudicate disputes involving any of the matters set out in ss 75 and 76 of the Australian Constitution, (see the sections below) even when the dispute involves the application of State legislation. The decision affects all areas of law including:

- anti-discrimination disputes,

- residential tenancy disputes,

- building and construction disputes.

A State law cannot impair or detract from the operation of a Commonwealth law by impairing the Commonwealth law’s ‘conditional and universal’ application, except to the extent that it has a ‘legal operation or practical effect within the universe of the conditional legal operation of the Commonwealth law’. Impairing or detracting from s 39(2) of the Judiciary Act is to say that the Parliament has made a complete, exhaustive and exclusive statement on federal jurisdiction: ‘It is necessarily to say that the Commonwealth Parliament has not only provided positively for the conditional investiture of federal jurisdiction in State courts but has also stipulated negatively for the non-investiture of any jurisdiction with respect to any of those matters other than in State courts.’ Gageler J noted the difficulty of finding any such ‘negative penumbra’ in the text of s 39(2), and stated that the more fundamental problem lies in finding a source of Commonwealth legislative power: namely that s 77(iii) does not allow Parliament to confer judicial power on a tribunal that is not a State court.

The Industrial Relations Tribunals and tribunals of the State such as VCAT and the Fair Work Commission all fall into the same category,

- they fail to be courts and cannot provide you with an enforceable judicial decision.

Let's see the case file:

THEREFORE, ANY Order that is enforced by law enforcement, e.g. Victoria Police is done so unlawfully.

Tortfeasor is a term worth exploring.

Have you been harmed by VCAT?

Clean Hands Doctrine

Clean hands, sometimes called the clean hands doctrine, unclean hands doctrine, or dirty hands doctrine, is an equitable defence in which the defendant argues that the plaintiff is not entitled to obtain an equitable remedy because the plaintiff is acting unethically or has acted in bad faith with respect to the subject of the complaint—that is, with "unclean hands". The defendant has the burden of proof to show the plaintiff is not acting in good faith. The doctrine is often stated as "those seeking equity must do equity" or "equity must come with clean hands".

HE WHO COMES TO COMMON LAW MUST COME WITH CLEAN HANDS:

The Law if Illegality after Nelson v Nelson:

Also:

Key Points:

A recent court decision has recognised an estoppel in favour of a plaintiff with less than clean hands. Does this open up the possibility for more cases to be argued on estoppel grounds in the future?

Business prudence ordinarily requires that commercial leases be formalised, the terms clearly outlined and agreed between the parties, and any agreement recorded in writing. However in practice, especially in relationships between friends or family where a certain level of trust exists, parties are willing to make significant commitments on the basis of an informal or unwritten agreement. The case of Construction Technologies Australia Pty Ltd v Doueihi [2014] NSWSC 1717 addresses the issue of whether principles of equity protect parties where there is an expectation on the part of one party induced by the other, but formal legal requirements have not been complied with.

In the Doueihi case, the plaintiff, a company that manufactures tile adhesives, was leasing commercial premises from the defendants. The plaintiff alleged that there was an understanding between the parties that it would have a lease for a term of five years with an option for a further five years, even though no formal lease was ever entered into between the parties.

Despite the absence of a long-term lease, the plaintiff made a significant financial investment, including constructing a manufacturing plant on the premises, on the understanding that it would be able to occupy the site for an extended period of time. The defendants subsequently served a notice to quit. As there was no written lease, the plaintiff had a mere tenancy at will, which is determinable by either party with one month's notice. While certain oral agreements may give rise to statutory legal leases, the facts in this case did not meet the statutory requirements.

Estoppel

The plaintiff submitted that the defendants were estopped from denying the existence of an equitable lease and sought an injunction to restrain the defendants from interfering with its possession of the property. The plaintiff alleged that it had been induced to rely on an assumption to its detriment that a lease would be granted in the future, relying on the judgment in Waltons Stores (Interstate) Limited v Maher (1988) 164 CLR 387.

In considering the plaintiff's claim, Justice White conducted a detailed review of the case law since Waltons Stores, including the criteria essential for the establishment of an equitable estoppel, and the distinction between promissory and proprietary estoppel. His Honour refuted the defendants' submission that "equity does not create rights but recognises and assists with the enforcement of existing rights" as a general proposition. Justice White noted a "controversial" previous decision by the NSW Court of Appeal in Saleh v Romanous (2010) 79 NSWLR 453, in which the Court held that promissory estoppel cannot act as a positive source of new rights. He concluded, however, that the same limitation has never been held to apply to proprietary estoppel, which is a broader concept. In Attorney-General of Hong Kong v Humphreys Estate [1987] AC 114, Justice Brennan described proprietary estoppel as "the equity [that] binds the owner of property who induces another to expect that an interest in the property will be conferred on him." The plaintiff's claim was based upon proprietary estoppel by encouragement, and not subject to any limitation of the kind discussed in Saleh.

Unreliable evidence

Justice White conducted an in-depth analysis of the facts and concluded that there were significant deficiencies in the evidence before him, and the credibility of key witnesses. He found that not only did the testimonies of all the parties differ significantly in respect of what was agreed, the credit of each party as witnesses was called into question. Justice White even commented that he "[did] not consider any of the witnesses to be reliable." Both the plaintiff and the defendants presented evidence which was inconsistent with either prior statements they had made or other documentary evidence. Both parties relied significantly on a recalled conversation from several years previous.

In the absence of detailed contemporaneous evidence, it was necessary for Justice White to rely principally on the parties' testimonies and a sparse string of contemporaneous emails to third parties to determine the true intentions of everyone involved. He also looked to subsequent conduct as an interpretive aid.

Does equity always require clean hands?

It is often stated that in order to enliven a claim for equitable relief, a party must come to equity with clean hands. In the ordinary course, this doctrine requires that there be a connection between the plaintiff's unclean act and the rights he or she wishes to enforce. The Doueihi case raises the question of whether a party which deposes unreliable testimony merits the protection of the courts of equity.

Despite his methodical examination of all of the evidence and identification of that which he was satisfied with as being truthful, Justice White did not expressly state that the unreliability of the parties' depositions would have any effect on the merits of the claim in equity.

In response to the plaintiff's claims, the defendants submitted that any equitable relief was barred because the plaintiff had unclean hands. This submission was not based on the reliability of the plaintiff's testimony. Rather, the facts showed that the plant which the plaintiff had constructed did not have the requisite statutory planning approval. Further, the Court found that the plaintiff had knowledge of false information being provided on its behalf to the Council about the output capacity of the plant, which affected the planning permission required. Nevertheless, Justice White held that these factors would not preclude a successful claim in equity, illustrating that a party's hands need only be partially clean.

Decision

What further complicates the case is that the plaintiff, who was originally content to lease the property on an informal basis, later sought to procure a written legal lease. There were various motivating factors behind the plaintiff's actions, including the fact that the person who owned the plaintiff company had familial ties with several of the defendants which had altered. When the defendants were reticent on the matter, the plaintiff continued to pursue the idea of executing a formal lease. The Court found that this demonstrated the plaintiff was very much aware that it had no legal rights and, contrary to its initial submission, had never originally expected a legal lease would be executed in the future. In response, the defendants served a notice a quit, alleging that they were within their rights to do so. If the plaintiff had no long-term legal lease and was aware of this, on what grounds does it have a claim in equity to possession of the land?

After a lengthy discussion of the authorities, Justice White relied on a principle enunciated by Justice Priestley in Austotel Pty Ltd v Franklins Self-Serve Pty Ltd (1989) 16 NSWLR 582. In that case, Justice Priestley held that a key requirement for equitable estoppel is encouragement of the innocent party to adopt an assumption that causes it to suffer detriment. Justice White looked at the facts of the case holistically and ultimately determined that the defendants had encouraged the plaintiff by allowing it to expend money and time constructing a plant on the premises with the expectation of a long term tenancy.

While the Doueihi decision does not significantly develop the law of equitable estoppel, or clarify the distinction between the various categories of equitable estoppel, it does demonstrate that its application may be construed quite broadly. Even though the plaintiff was aware that it had no legal rights, and in spite of the fact that the plaintiff had seemingly acted inconsistently in both its testimony and in its dealings with the Council, the Court still found in its favour. It was held that the plaintiff was entitled to an equitable remedy, and that the defendants were required to grant it a legal lease subject to its remedying the issue of planning permission for the plant.

What is the significance of this case?

The complex factual matrix of this case may render its application to subsequent cases somewhat difficult.

Nevertheless, although the Doueihi decision largely restates the rules of equity as they currently stand, and does not significantly expand the application of the doctrine of estoppel, it is significant in that it does appear to reflect a relaxation of the requirement that the claimant come to the Court with "clean hands". The case does suggest that parties may have available to them an estoppel argument where other claims might not succeed, and that a certain latitude may be granted to them by the courts in relation to their own conduct and its relationship to the rights that they seek to enforce.

In a construction law context, disputes where the facts could give rise to an estoppel case may also satisfy the requirements for a statutory misrepresentation case. While a misrepresentation claim brought under statute may have greater prospects of success (especially given the reversal of onus effected by clause 4 of the Australian Consumer Law), parties should keep in mind the additional protection that the doctrine of estoppel might provide.

While major construction projects will almost invariably have thorough and heavily negotiated contracts with mechanisms for changed circumstances, equity may still prove a useful aid. For example, a party might rely on a representation that liquidated damages might be waived, or a representation that formal notification obligations are not required, or an agreement to grant an extension of time in relation to a delayed project. Such reliance might take the form of not increasing resources or working extended shifts to overcome any project delay. In these situations (depending on the particular facts), if the representing party later tries to deny the waiver or the extension, and the injured party has relied on their representations to its detriment, it could seek to estop them from doing so.

Victoria's child protection services gives children to paedophiles and rapists

The mainstream media drew attention to a recent posting by Anthony Lees, under his YouTube channel 'Spanian' from the 'Into the hood' series, where this time the crime ridden outer western town of Melton was the focus of the trials and tribulation of criminals living there.

While the media focused on the 'trivial' matters of some individuals, a more serious matter was aired, which was deliberately(?) ignored, that being paedophilia.

The boy whose face was blurred recounts how paedophiles within the department pass on children to paedophiles masquerading as carers or foster parents within the community.

An agenda on a high priority list of those in positions of government/power is a little taboo called paedophilia. E.g. ‘alleged’ ( – you know ‘cause it was never proven in court) paedophile Lionel Murphy was given the task (by his mates) to look after Family Law, you know taking away children from families, then putting them in foster care, so they can have their pickings…

It seems that the Victorian department for child protection services (DFFH Services) is knowingly(?) supplying children to paedophiles, as seen by the testament of this child:

Another concerning element coming from the judicature, is that the system releases known to re-offend criminals, who then once released continue their crime spree, terrorising the general population.

Would the system react differently of a judge's, magistrates' or police officer's home was invaded an a family member shot or stabbed.

After all the first job of government is to look after its people.

See post:

What is the first job of a government?

The system is not broken, but rather functions exactly, as the law makers, judiciary and MPs intend it to.

Why did Melb tower lockdown class action lawyer really lose her livelihood?

According to its motherland, the colony we call Australia is a legal ‘basket case’.

From instances like the ‘Queen of Australia’, the Australia Act 1986 (yeah, which one), Constitution Act 1975 (Vic), Citizenship Act 1948, ‘Ch. III courts’ and other occurrences in Australia’s timeline, they're all done beyond the powers granted to the colony.

Contrary to popular belief and ‘false advertising’ by those in government, there is no separation of powers.

Separation of powers is supposed to exist within the tree tiers of government, that being;

1). The Executive, Governors, Governor General, the Queen,

2). Parliament, MPs bureaucrats,

3). The judicature, i.e. the people involved in the administration of justice, including the police.

The separation of powers do not exist when people from the above 3 tiers belong to the ‘brotherhood’, whether it be Freemasons, Fabians or even the cult called Hillsong Church.

Whatever oath of office is taken it’s subverted by the brotherhood’s oath, which is technically illegal, but as we know ‘everything is legal, until you get caught’, well that saying applies to some.

Headlines were made when a Melbourne lawyer (i.e. an officer of the court), lodged a class action lawsuit against the unlawful lockdown of residents in housing commission accommodation, i.e. the ‘vulnerable’.

The moment it was lodged within the courts, her ability to earn a living was taken from her by the VLSB (Victorian Legal Services Board), where the legal enforceability is in question.

See: https://lsbc.vic.gov.au/about-us/board-and-commissioner/record

As usual this topic gained traction on social media, by people who are referred to as Facebook lawyers, meaning a derogatory term for people who have an incorrect opinion on law, irrespective of their legal qualifications.

So, a person, let’s call him Greyham drew attention to this lawyer’s case being in the Family Court that being “Kocak & Fahri [2020] FamCA 652 (10 August 2020)”, where he stated that the lawyer “started to grift to vulnerable potential clients”.

To make it even more absurd, good ol’ Grey’s mentality is that the Austlii document is the court’s (i.e. the FCA's) document, which it is not.

In any event we pity anyone trying to obtain some legal advice from good ol’ ‘Greyham’.

So back to the brotherhood, they struck with a premeditated vengeance against the Melbourne based lawyer from AdvocateMe, in order to teach others not to go against the system.

Some other mildly retarded people on social media will say that the lawyers in the Lawyer X, Informer 3838 matter exposed corruption and nothing happened to them.

Sure, but what also Ms. Serene Teffaha exposed was that with regards to that matter, was the support of paedophiles by the Family Court.

With reference to the matter that was in the spotlight on social media by ol’ Grey, ‘judge’ Nora Hartnett facilitated children to be in the hands of an [accused] paedophile.

The matter also navigates through international borders, which is an embarrassment to the Australian Government.

Paedophiles protected in Australia

As the years go by the law gets more and more stacked up against you*.

Bureaucrats are protected by the law from being sued.

You CANNOT question the so called (Victorian) 'sheriff'' on the stand for his illegal actions, as he is protected by a barrage of lawyers.

The courts IGNORE the failed subpoenas for the sheriff's office to produce warrants.

If you* do not produce a document under subpoena, you're screwed.

Despite false ‘advertising’ by the Victorian government, the courts were never ‘yours’.

(See article: https://corpau.blogspot.com/2017/05/magistrates-court-of-victoria-peoples.html)

At law, road traffic (alleged) offences are criminal in nature and not civil.

Why? Because that’s the way they designed it.

The ‘innocent until proven guilty’ legal maxim is thrown under a bus, where first and foremost you are guilty, applied under the strict liability and absolute liability banners.

The burden of proof in criminal law is on the accuser, where this is also thrown under a bus under owner onus put in by the law makers within this colony.

Now the serfs obtain information that new law will give more protection to paedophiles.

Paedophiles were always protected by the system in Australia, where the proof is in the results

Why would a system protect paedophiles, unless of course the system needs to protect paedophiles, because a lot of highly placed persons that are in the system are of such calibre.

Victims of a known paedopile within the system, justice Lionel Murphy do exist, where they have not come forward, and as a result of the newly placed law they never will.

Unfortunately for his victims, they will never see ‘justice’ or rather a court issued ‘order’ as their abuser has taken his secrets to his grave, untouched the law that he was part of, i.e. setting up an institution that abuses children, known as ‘family’ law.

If a so called 'judge' in a family court matter gives custody to a documented paedophile and as a result the child is harmed, who is held accountable?

Will the other parent obtain a 'remedy' from a system that protects paedophiles?

* you -  the serf, not the bureaucrat, politician or so called Victorian ‘sheriff’.

Crooked politicians in same league as worst killers, rapists and paedophiles

When dealing with objects, whether personally or state owned, it makes sense to categorise them for ease of management.

It seems that the administration of New South Wales Silverwater prison, has nailed it.

They put corrupt politicians in with the 'best' of the rest, that being the worst type of killers, bikie gang kingpins and (obviously) paedophiles.

Maybe so that the crooked pollies and paedos can exchange notes?

Police employee suicide v single fathers committing suicide

So, here's something for the herd population of Australia to ponder over.

Let's have a look at what the 'executive' is up to:

Apparently Australia's police force has a very stressful job.

For starters;

  • Maybe if they were not a 'force' upon the people, then some of this stress could be alleviated.

  • Maybe if they did not issue fines unlawfully, then they would not have the burden hanging over their head of going to prison at some point later in time.

  • Maybe if they did not serve invalid court orders upon the people which bring harm to the people, the police would not be so stressed out.

  • Maybe they realise that their oath to the 'Queen' is fraudulent.

But don't let the mainstream media sort those 'technicalities' out for you.

On the 6th of February 2017 the mainstream media reported that there was a shooting at the police headquarters in La Trobe St Melbourne.

Details at first were very minimal and the police were as usual very tight lipped.

The following day details emerged that a female police officer was shot where the police stated that:
“Our colleague’s death is not believed to be suspicious,”

The AFP also confirmed that the death was ‘not accidental’.

So at the end of the day the female police officer committed suicide as a result of the pressures of her job?

So now watch how the executive acts as a result of the officer's suicide, with support and safety measures to be put in place.

Let's flip the coin and see what's going on in Peasant Land:

The wise men which forced laws onto the people of this land, made it a requirement that a man has to beg an 'honour' (whatever that means) behind a bench in a court to see his son / daughter.

This man has to hire an interloper who can suck the man's life savings out of him so that the man can have an extra hour per week with his son / daughter.

It does not take long for someone to have enough of a fraudulent legal system and deal with it the only way they know how to.

Lionel Murphy, was pretty dodgy, in closed circles known as a paedophile, was also responsible for an unlawfully enacted Act called the Family Law Act, but don't let the mainstream media tell you this.

So how many fathers are driven to despair and ultimately suicide, per week in 2016, by a corrupt legal system that takes their son / daughter away from them, under the label of a 'child'?

Surely you do not see the executive scrambling to protect their tax slave fathers?

The government will just import more expendable flesh at the rate of 1000 per week into Melbourne.

The system by not allowing full access of an underage son /daughter to their mother and father is actually supporting 'child' abuse.

Supreme Court restricts mother’s access to newborn

The child is the fourth to be removed from the mother.
A MOTHER has lost a fight for the right to breastfeed her baby after the 10-day old was removed from her care because of concerns about her parenting.

The child is the fourth to be removed from the mother who today took her desperate fight for access to her child to the Supreme Court.

The baby was taken into emergency care three days after its birth last month and placed with a maternal aunt.

In that time the mother lived with the child but a children’s court ordered the baby be placed in the custody of a third carer.

Under the order the mother can now only see the child between 10am and 4pm.

The case is due back before the children’s court on Monday, but the baby’s parents today asked the Supreme Court to overturn the decision.

They hoped the baby could be placed in their care for the weekend, including Mother’s Day on Sunday.

Lawyers for the baby’s parents raised concerns about the unstable start to the child’s life, saying the baby should be with its parents.

“Three carers in 10 days does not bode well,” the lawyer for the baby’s mum said.

A lawyer for the child’s father said he was able and willing to care for the child and had hoped for the baby’s mother to move in with him.

The couple have been together for 12 months, and at the time of the baby’s birth the mother was living in motels and at friends houses.

It is understood she had no pram, cot, car capsule or other baby related items.

The Department of Human Services successfully had the baby removed from the mother because of her “chaotic lifestyle” and history of substance abuse.

She also has a significant criminal record.

Authorities say it is unclear who the child’s father is, but the man purporting to be so is a known wife-beater with convictions for domestic violence offences.

Supreme Court judge Justice Andrew Keogh dismissed the application.

He said the matter could be more fully explored when it returns to the children’s court on Monday.

US intelligence chief: Snowden and ‘accomplices’ should return stolen info

Director of National Intelligence James Clapper (Alex Wong / Getty Images / AFP)
Director of National Intelligence James Clapper (Alex Wong / Getty Images / AFP)

The most powerful intelligence official in the United States told a Senate committee Wednesday that National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden is a hypocrite and that he and his supposed accomplices should return any classified documents he still has.

Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper Jr. said in an unusually contentious Senate Intelligence Committee hearing that Snowden’s decision to leak a trove of classified NSA documents to the press has hurt US security and tipped off suspected terrorists on potentially safer ways to communicate. Clapper, who told the same committee the NSA did not collect information on millions of Americans months before being proven wrong, also insinuated that Snowden had help.

“Snowden claims that he has won and that his mission is accomplished,” Clapper said during his opening remarks to the committee, as quoted by a transcript published by the Washington Post. “If that is so, I call on him and accomplices to facilitate the return of the remaining stolen documents that have not yet been exposed to prevent even more damage to US security.”

The director did not elaborate on what he meant by “accomplices,” but a spokesman insisted he was “referring to anyone who is assisting Edward Snowden to further threaten our national security through the unauthorized disclosure of stolen documents related to lawful foreign intelligence collection programs.”

A number of journalists on Twitter interpreted that as a threat to Glenn Greenwald, Barton Gellman, Laura Poitras, and the number of other reporters who have published information based on the Snowden documents.

Aside from his introductory outburst Clapper spent most of the remainder of the hearing deflecting questions.
Senator Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) was among the visibly frustrated. Wyden is the same lawmaker who asked Clapper in March about massive data collection programs and scolded Clapper Wednesday, accusing top intelligence officials or partaking in a “culture of misinformation” when questioned about the programs Snowden revealed.

“This committee can’t do oversight if we can’t get direct answers,” Wyden said, adding that international trust in the FBI, CIA, and NSA “has been seriously undermined by senior officials’ reckless reliance on secret interpretations of the law and battered by years of misleading and deceptive statements.”

Wyden pressed Clapper to provide details on whether any searches have ever been conducted on information US citizens “sent over the web or in the cloud” and whether the NSA had conducted or is continuing to conduct “warrantless searches” on individual Americans.

“Senator Wyden, I think, at a threat hearing, this would…I would prefer not to discuss this and have this as a separate subject,” Clapper responded. “There are very complex legal issues here, I just don’t think this is the appropriate time or place.”

US President Obama has not only kept Clapper as part of the administration but effectively endorsed the director earlier this month when Obama announced that the polarizing data collection programs employed by the NSA would not be eliminated. Still, six lawmakers led by California congressman Darrell Issa signed a letter to Obama Monday seeking Clapper’s dismissal.

“The continued role of James Clapper as director of national intelligence is incompatible with the goal of restoring trust in our security programs and ensuring the highest level of transparency,” they wrote.

The White House announced Clapper would not be fired by end of the same day.

Clapper was more specific about the ongoing turmoil in the Middle East, where he claimed that Al-Qaeda has found strength in the uncertain political situation in Syria, Iraq, Egypt, and elsewhere.

He said counterterrorism officials now estimate that 7,000 fighters have streamed into Syria from 50 other countries, creating the fear that extremists will use Syrian passports to enter and attack the US. The war-torn country is “in some respects a new FATA,” a reference to the Pakistani tribal region that Al-Qaeda leadership has made its home. Al-Nusra, an Al-Qaeda-backed rebel group that has become one of the most feared rebel factions in Syria “does have aspirations for attacks on the homeland,” Clapper said.

Every White country on the planet is forced to become multicultural and multiracial.
EVE RY white country is told to end its own race and culture.
No one asks that of ANY non-White country. Immigration and forced-assimilation is for ALL & ONLY White countries.
Anti-Whites call themselves "anti-racist&qu ot;, but their words & actions lead to the genocide of only one group: White people.
The true goal of anti-racism is to genocide my people.
Anti-rac ist is a codeword for anti-White.

Clapper is a bad joke. Why he is not under arrest for lying to congress shows only how corrupt the entire government has become.

It has already been stated the surveillance is 'unconstitutional'.

The authorities do not with the 'plebs' to understand, know, refer to or read the 'Constitution'.

This is especially true of the Australian 'corporatocracy'.

Federal Circuit Court of Australia is a Toothless Tiger

The FEDERAL CIRCUIT CIRCUS COURT OF AUSTRALIA is referred to internally as a toothless tiger, or circus by those who are a bit more cynical.

Court cases where matrimonial disputes cannot be solved earlier are referred to by the 'lower' businesses, known to the general population as 'courts' to the next phase (read more money for the system), the higher (costing) court known as the 'Federal Circuit Court of Australia' with the ABN of 60 265 617 271.

Stating the bleeding obvious, a solicitor is one who solicits, or by one of many definitions as per thefreedictionary/solicit - to entice or incite to evil or illegal action.

The 'Federal Circuit Court of Australia' is a business and NOT part of any lawful government jurisdiction, a fact that the people in the 'business' are fully aware of.

A person involved in the business describes them (the court) as a 'toothless tiger', as there seems to be no action taken against those who do not wish to participate in 'mediation' or do not produce information pertaining to the finalisation of one's matrimonial estate.

Solicitors are aware that they are scamming their customers into a false reality that they 'have to' obey the 'system', a so called 'Federal Circuit Court of Australia', factually a business.

Factually they are NOT obliged if they choose not to.

Solicitor's, lawyer's scam tens of thousands of dollars per day, from the uneducated general public, to feed their morbidly obese bodies, so that they can support their bored wives at home, that eventually have affairs with their personal trainers or whatever come in to do he lawns.

Another fact kept under their flea infested wigs is that the 'court' system is understaffed, as the 'out of touch with reality',  outdated dinosaur Anglo-Masonic 'judge' population, is going in for heart surgeries, hip replacements.

Families who wish to have their matters resolved as soon as possible, to their own financial benefit, are literally robbed by the 'system', and have to wait up to 2015 to have their matters heard.

A system designed to " incite to evil or illegal action", as defined by the above mentioned dictionary.

Another definition of to solicit is " To approach or accost someone with an offer of sexual services in return for payment".

Maybe one's hard earned dollars would be better spent elsewhere than in the 'circus'?
