How corporations get away with paedophilia and omit age verification

Governments are giving corporations a free pass to host material that can put the children (of the cannon fodder) in danger, contrary to their actions against the general population.

‘Age verification’ has been setup by shell corporations of Meta, in order to disassociate the onus from the ‘social media’ giants, where governments are following along with this.

The global policy to enact age verification started in the (penal) colony called Australia, under the false premise to ‘protect the children’.

In reality the action is used to hoover as much information as possible on a person that is connected to the internet, to be later used against that person.

People have too many ‘freedoms’ (e.g. of speech) on the internet and this must be kerbed by governments and corporations

An operating system (either mobile or personal computer) that may not even be connected to the internet, must now be subject to age verification and even content scanning, to allegedly keep the children ‘safe’.

Source: https://www.esafety.gov.au/about-us/industry-regulation/social-media-age-restrictions/which-platforms-are-age-restricted

Even though Facebook and Instagram are Meta’s ‘assets’ that are age-restricted social media platforms, at face value, other Meta assets Messenger and WhatApp are given free reign.

WhatApps is considered a ‘social media’ platform, yet it’s immune from ‘age-restriction’ law in Australia.

Roblox, facing over 150 child abuse cases,  needs them moved out of the courtroom, as it does not want the instances on ‘public record’.

What’s worse is that once you enter into an agreement to use Roblox, you forfeit any ability to pursue lawsuits in an open court.

How is that even allowed by the lawmakers?

Discord is also dodgy.

Keep in mind that's it's not about the safety of the children [of the serfs], but rather stifling people's alleged right to 'free speech' on the internet.

No one taking action on the Epstein Files?

No one going to prison for paedophilia?

No one releasing the FULL data cache?

In any event, the Epstein Files are a farce, as the statue of limitations has expired for many victims to obtain a so called 'remedy'.

Australians to face age checks on porn sites from March

Another (deliberately) flawed implementation of control of 'what we think is right for you', buy the Nanny State of Australia:

New adult content rules will also apply to AI bots, app stores.

Warning: This story contains references to sexual content, self-harm, and disordered eating.

Australians will need to prove they are over the age of 18 when accessing pornographic websites from 9 March 2026, under new industry codes registered Tuesday by the eSafety Commissioner.

Services hosting online porn must provide “appropriate age assurance measures” when the codes take effect in six months’ time, or face potential civil penalties from the regulator in the millions of dollars.

Similar age assurance technologies will be used by platforms to prevent under-16s from accessing social media under the government’s forthcoming ban in December, and to check a user’s age when they are logged into a search engine from later that same month.

Stricter rules on accessing online pornography have been floated by governments for several years, but age assurance technologies were not previously considered accurate enough by lawmakers and regulators.

Such technologies can include age verification systems, which typically rely on government documents or ID; age estimation systems, which use biometrics; and age inference systems, which use online activity or account data to infer a person’s age.

The federal government commissioned a trial of such technologies in 2024, which found age assurance could be done effectively in Australia despite no solution being infallible and some systems raising privacy and data retention concerns.

The new industry codes required service providers to not use or share Australians’ personal information in a way which would breach privacy laws, eSafety Commissioner Julie Inman Grant said.

“In determining appropriate age assurance measures to take under any code, services are also required to consider if those measures are compliant with privacy laws and whether the impact on user privacy is proportionate to the safety objectives,” she added.

Any company covered by the new codes “must also take appropriate steps to test and monitor the effectiveness of its age assurance and access control measures over time", according to the new rules.

Age checks to access online porn have already been implemented for sites accessed in the United Kingdom, in some European Union nations, and in many jurisdictions in the United States.

Canadian pornography giant Aylo — which runs major sites such as Pornhub and YouPorn — introduced age assurance methods in the UK in July to comply with new online safety laws in that country, including “email-based age estimation, credit card age checks, mobile network operator age checks and open banking, and, as of August 5, Google Wallet”, according to the company.

However, some UK residents have used Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) and facial recognition tricks to get around the new age checks.

eSafety goes after ‘lawful but awful’ material

The six new codes registered by Australia's eSafety Commissioner were co-developed with industry organisations and aimed to protect children from exposure to a range of “lawful but awful” content, including pornography, self-harm, and high-impact violence, Inman Grant said.

Development of the codes began in July 2024 and involved several industry groups: the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association (AMTA), the Communications Alliance, the Consumer Electronic Suppliers Association, Digital Industry Group Inc. (DIGI), and the Interactive Games and Entertainment Association (IGEA).

Inman Grant said her office would be responsible for enforcing the codes “to protect children from accidental exposure to content they are not cognitively ready to process and certainly cannot ‘unsee’”.

“We know this is already happening to kids from our own research, with one in three young people telling us that their first encounter with pornography was before the age of 13,” she said.

“And this exposure was ‘frequent, accidental, unavoidable and unwelcome’, with many describing this exposure as being disturbing and ‘in your face’."

Age checks have already been implemented for pornographic sites accessed in the UK, some EU countries, and many US states. Image: Shutterstock

DIGI, which counts the likes of Google, Microsoft, Meta, Apple, TikTok, and Twitch among its members, said the new codes were “a major milestone in creating a safer online environment for all Australians”.

"The registration of the codes shows what can be achieved when industry and government work together on safeguarding the community against online harms,” said Dr Jennifer Duxbury, DIGI’s director of policy, regulatory affairs, and research.

"It's vital the rules that apply to the online world keep pace with changes in the threat landscape.”

Australia's adult entertainment association Eros was contacted for comment.

AI chatbots, app stores told to protect kids

To prevent children from accessing adult content on other platforms, the new codes would also apply to AI chatbots, app stores, hardware manufacturers, social media services, and other designated internet services, Inman Grant said.

“Under these new codes, app stores will have to make sure that apps are appropriately rated and that there are appropriate age assurance measures before permitting users to download or purchase apps rated as 18+,” she said.

The commissioner said she was concerned by “a recent proliferation” of unregulated AI companion chatbots — some of which have allegedly engaged in sexually explicit conversations with minors, or encouraged self-harm or disordered eating.

“As with other forms of online pornography, there is a danger that excessive, sexualised engagement with AI companions could interfere with children’s social and emotional development, setting up misguided or harmful beliefs and patterns that are damaging to individuals or relationships in real life,” Inman Grant said.

“We’ve also seen recent reports of where AI chatbots have allegedly encouraged suicidal ideation and self-harm in conversations with kids with tragic consequences.”

US company OpenAI recently pledged to make further improvements to its ChatGPT service following the death of a teenager who discussed much of his life with the popular AI chatbot.

No limiting AI chatbots for ‘child safety’ in Australia?

The people in the Australian government have ‘advertised’ that they’re implementing measures for ‘child safety’, regarding ‘social media’, knowing full well that their actions will not protect the children of the corporate (nee cannon) fodder.

BUT, they have (deliberately) overlooked one prevalent technology that is used by minors, that being Artificial Intelligence chat-bots.

A ‘failure of government’?

It doesn’t seem like it but rather a deliberate inaction.

It seems that corporations, via their products (AI chat-bots) will be able to abuse children for some time.

See a 7 minute clip from a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing from 16 September 2025:

The (penal) colony called Australia, is very quick to implement dubious speed restrictions on road for the purpose of purely raising revenue, but very slow to action on child safety concerns, like the child care centres abuse that has recently make it into the public eye but has been going on for quite a while.

The government also admitted that during the recent pandemic mental health of the general population was not under consideration, where unlawfully issued fines were a priority to cash in on the unsuspecting masses.

Victoria Police paedophilia, family violence and rape culture hidden from the public

Some should have heard the line "We've investiged ourselves and found we did nothing wrong"

Well that applies to all the colony’s police forces, but only one is in the spotlight at the moment.

The people in the Victorian government, together with their private militia that being Victoria Police have been on a propaganda drive called Towards Zero, where the (unachievable) target of zero road toll deaths is being advertised, where in the propaganda piece, the fundamental question is asked:

"So now what do you think would be a more acceptable number?"

So let's apply the same reasoning to Victoria Police.

  • What this the number of paedophiles 'we' (as a society) should accept in Victoria Police?

  • What is the number of rapists we should accept in Victoria Police?
  • What is the number of 'wife bashers' we should accept in Victoria Police?

Victoria Police have allegedly invesigated 683 employees only in the past five years, 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2024, which realistically is not good enough, irrespective of how they are divided, where this only applies to reported matters, where realistically 1 in 10 are only reported.

A reality is that Victoria Police lie every single day, where they lie or rather provide false information and tamper with evidence in the courts, they provide false information in traffic stops and a whole range of other scenarios.

Corruption in Victoria Police, the government of Victoria and the legal businesses called the courts is rife.

A classic example of this is the violent (unlawful) assault of  Corinna Horath then 21 years old in 1996, where thugs in Victoria Police beat her to an inch of her life.

No wonder Victoria Police has 'issues' with wife bashers, as this stems back decades if not generations and not just from 2019-2024.

The corrupt courts then aquit Victoria Police, where realistically no real remedy was offered domestically, and the matter was taken to The United Nations in 2014 where the Victorian government and its private milita breached the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) after failing to compensate a woman viciously bashed by police.

So, the government's corrupt wheels of justice did not offer the victim a remedy, where it took The United Nations and 20 years for Ms. Horvath to obtain this remedy, where in reality one can die in the process before a remedy is obtained, where those in govenrment hope for this, hence the deliberately slow 'wheels of justice' turn.

Victoia Police gets sued a lot, where this fact is deliberately kept out of the view of the public eye with NDAs (Non Disclosure Agreements) victims of police/govenrment MUST sign in order to receive financial compensation.

The problem with Victoria Police getting sued is that taxpayers foot the bill and not the actual officers commiting the crimes, protectionism at its finest.

After all, the first job of a government is to look after its people, and not the serfs, plebs, general population.

From a few years ago, the figure was $12 million per annum, where now it's more.

Also keep in mind, that Victoria Police are a thug force, where this was confirmed during the so called pandemic, where Victoria Police 'officers' or rather thugs had no legally issues powers to violently assault people in the streets, but they did anyway.

In reality to the latest publicly accessible information, the Victorian govenrmernt and police are concealing the real numbers from the public.

This is the beginning of a monumental cover-up.

Victorians live under a secretive police regime period where the general population are fine with this as their silence is acquiescence.

The system is not broken it is set up this way deliberately.

Report into disgraced cop Paul Reynolds highlights how he was able to groom dozens of young boys for decades

Australia, being one of the members of the FiveEyes surveillance network is among the most surveilled places on the planet.

Why?

Because they tell the people that it’s for their protection.

So with all this surveillance, in many many cases it fails victims of crime, like over 50 victims, boys that have been groomed by homosexual paedophile Senior Sergeant Paul Reynolds.

Is this a ‘failure of government’ or a factual cover up for decades, that is officially denied?

MANY criminal actions of police are protected by the state's corrupt government and legal system.

What's worse is that the scum in government gave him a state funeral.

See article:

A shocking report into former Tasmanian Senior Sergeant Paul Reynolds has highlighted what he did to gain the trust of an entire community.()

In short:

A report handed down into disgraced former Senior Sergeant Paul Reynolds has highlighted the way his standing in the community was used as a tool to groom more than 50 boys over three decades.

Report author Regina Weiss described Reynolds' conduct as the 'most prolific grooming' by one person she'd seen in nearly 20 years of work in the field.

What's next?

Ms Weiss says recognising grooming red flags is vital, with keeping children safe a responsibility of the whole community.

After Senior Sergeant Paul Reynolds took his own life in 2018, hundreds of people lined Launceston's Elizabeth Street to pay their respects.

WARNING: This story contains details of sexual abuse which may cause distress.

But the majority of the crowd didn't know he'd been using his standing in the community to groom more than 50 boys over three decades.

Former war crimes prosecutor Regina Weiss, the author of an independent review into Reynolds' conduct, said Reynolds perpetrated the "most prolific grooming" by one individual that she'd seen in nearly 20 years working on sexual and gender-based violence.

"He was a master at it. He groomed victims, he groomed their parents, he groomed the communities, the sporting clubs," she said.

"He groomed his own colleagues, some of whom are devastated … they worked alongside someone and didn't see it."

The report paints a horrifying picture of how Reynolds used his position of respect in the football community and as a police officer again and again to earn and then betray the trust of young people and those who cared about them.

And, how he cast a spell on his fellow police officers to avoid detection.

Ms Weiss argues that understanding how Reynolds groomed victims is crucial to ensuring it doesn't happen again.

"If there's one key takeaway from this report and the report we've done it's that it's a community responsibility to look after our children," she said.

"It's the responsibility of parents and guardians and grandparents and bystanders to recognise what grooming looks like and to report it and to safeguard our children."

Regina Weiss says Reynolds' pattern of abuse was 'considered and targeted'.(ABC News: Ebony ten Broeke)

Reynolds met most of his victims through basketball and football, where he was a coach and briefly president of the Northern Tasmanian Football Association.

Widely renowned as an excellent football coach, Reynolds used his standing and his position as a senior police officer to befriend, groom and abuse young boys.

Ms Weiss went through thousands of text messages Reynolds sent boys and young men in the years before his death, finding his pattern of grooming and abuse was "considered and targeted", often directed at boys without male role models.

In the years before his death he went to almost all the Deloraine Football Club's games and was always in the change rooms, often giving pre-game rub-downs to young players, despite having no links to the club.

One man, who was 15 when he met Reynolds through football, told the review the police officer was "always around, always friendly to us young guys".

"He was also at basketball and that, everyone knew who he was. He was so very funny, the funniest bloke I've ever met. I was drawn to him straightaway," he said.

The report found Reynolds often directed his attention at boys without male role models.

Another man who Reynolds coerced to send a picture of his penis when he was 15 and often received explicit messages, told the review Reynolds did "so much good for me. He helped with football. He took me to footy training."

At the heart of it all was "banter".

He used a teenage-like communication style, slapped boys in their genital region, and told them graphic stories about his sex life.

He won boys over. One victim-survivor described Reynolds as "my best friend".

"He was always crude and sexual in the way he spoke but he was the funniest man I knew. I trusted him — I thought he was the best bloke ever," he told the review.

The graphic below illustrates how Reynolds went about grooming boys and young men.

Families, community also targeted

He also groomed the families of the teenage boys he was targeting.

He told them he had experience in sports massage, offering to massage their children or give them special coaching.

he parents felt their children were safe with Reynolds, given his position as a police officer and in the sporting community, often expressing gratitude for his assistance.

The broader community was also under Reynolds' spell.

"He would shake everyone's hand, he would know everyone. People at the football wanted to be around Paul," someone who knew him from football administration told the review.

One police officer said Reynolds made "an overwhelming first impression".

"He could tell jokes like no other — three-minute monologues followed by a punchline. I thought this guy was incredible," he said.

Ms Weiss said he ingratiated himself so convincingly as an upstanding member of the policing and sporting communities that some members of the small communities he lived in "to this day do not accept or believe that Reynolds had been capable of grooming and sexually abusing children."

For years, Reynolds was consistently at the Deloraine Football Club's games, despite having no link to the club.

Reynolds leveraged police position as grooming tool

Reynolds didn't just use his charisma and reputation. He told people, particularly young men he was grooming, that he had lots of influence in the police force.

He bragged that he could help the father of one of the teenage boys in his company to get out of jail on parole.

Ms Weiss highlighted a particularly horrific example that occurred sometime between 2011 and 2015, when he visited the house of a man who considered him to be a friend and mentor.

Reynolds was holding what looked like a police report or complaint about him, and told the young man he "can make it go away" if the man performed a sexual act on him.

The complainant told Ms Weiss he was "shocked and scared".

"I had never been in trouble with the law. I had kept myself clean and tidy and had always kept my nose clean. I didn't want to be in trouble or on the wrong side of the law," the man told the review.

But when Ms Weiss searched police records for a copy of that complaint or report, she didn't find anything.

Instead she came to the conclusion that it never existed, and that Reynolds had made it up in a bid to procure sexual favours.

Regina Weiss said Reynolds sold himself so convincingly as an upstanding community member that some still have difficulty accepting the truth.

Escaping detection

Despite the web of secrecy he created, Reynolds' offending didn't escape the attention of his colleagues.

In 2008, interstate police officers at the police academy bar overheard senior members of Tasmania Police call Reynolds a paedophile, and discussed two specific examples of alleged inappropriate conduct.

One of them related to Reynolds being seen giving a teenage boy a massage in his home, while the boy sat between his legs.

The interstate officers reported what they'd overheard to a Tasmania Police divisional inspector, who reported it to the commander of the internal investigations unit.

Ms Weiss found no internal cover ups but concluded police were too concerned about the risk of reputational damage to Reynolds during a 2008 investigation to take further action.

But both senior police officers said their conversation had been misinterpreted and they had not called Reynolds a paedophile.

The case was closed, with an assistant commissioner at the time noting the allegations could have "potentially very damaging consequences for a person wrongfully accused".

It took another decade before Reynolds was again investigated by police, with that probe ceasing when he took his own life.

But it wasn't until a coronial inquest was released in 2023 that Tasmanians learnt Reynolds was a sexual predator.

And that community members and his colleagues hadn't known his true nature when they went to his funeral five years earlier.

Victoria Police officer allegedly searched for vile child abuse videos

A senior Victoria Police officer who allegedly sought out horrific online videos depicting drugged and unconscious girls being sexually abused has fronted court.

A senior Victoria Police officer has fronted court on child abuse material charges.

A senior police officer allegedly sought out horrific online videos depicting drugged and unconscious girls being raped.

Sergeant John Sherriff faced the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Monday charged with 30 child abuse material (CAM) offences.

The court heard the allegations against Sherriff – a suspended member of Victoria Police – relate to multiple child victims, including one who was captured on an explicit video on his phone.

The video depicted the upskirting of the child as she was jumping up and down directly above the camera.

The court heard on multiple occasions the sergeant searched videos of young drugged or unconscious girls being raped by adult men.

Prosecutor Olivia Sparrow described the disturbing acts done to the girls, who remained motionless in each video.

The sergeant, who worked in Transit and Public Safety Command, is charged with offences including possessing, producing and using a carriage service to access child abuse material.

The offending allegedly occurred in Irymple and Caroline Springs in 2021 and 2022.

Sherriff was previously facing 90 charges but 60 charges were withdrawn by the prosecution on Monday, including counts of rape and sexual assault.

The court heard some CAM production charges were withdrawn as further police investigation established illicit material allegedly on the sergeant’s phone was not made by him but through the encrypted messaging app Viber.

Sherriff was charged in August 2023 while living in Queensland.

A subsequent search on his second phone resulted in further charges.

The sergeant was extradited to Melbourne from Townsville to face court and later bailed to live in Tasmania.

Sherriff’s lawyer Christopher Wareham on Monday successfully fought for the police officer’s bail conditions to be relaxed to reenable his access to the internet for restricted activities.

Mr Wareham told the court prohibiting the officer’s use of any device with internet capabilities was “over and above what is needed for the protection of the community” and bordered on punishment.

Ms Sparrow said “the risk of further offending in relation to CAM offending is still very real and cannot be emolliated to a reasonable level” with relaxed bail conditions.

Magistrate Andrew McKenna granted Sherriff access to a mobile phone and computer for specified internet usage related to health appointments and consulting on his criminal case.

He will be required to surrender his devices to Victoria Police or Tasmania Police upon request.

The officer will return to court on April 24.

Victoria's child protection services gives children to paedophiles and rapists

The mainstream media drew attention to a recent posting by Anthony Lees, under his YouTube channel 'Spanian' from the 'Into the hood' series, where this time the crime ridden outer western town of Melton was the focus of the trials and tribulation of criminals living there.

While the media focused on the 'trivial' matters of some individuals, a more serious matter was aired, which was deliberately(?) ignored, that being paedophilia.

The boy whose face was blurred recounts how paedophiles within the department pass on children to paedophiles masquerading as carers or foster parents within the community.

An agenda on a high priority list of those in positions of government/power is a little taboo called paedophilia. E.g. ‘alleged’ ( – you know ‘cause it was never proven in court) paedophile Lionel Murphy was given the task (by his mates) to look after Family Law, you know taking away children from families, then putting them in foster care, so they can have their pickings…

It seems that the Victorian department for child protection services (DFFH Services) is knowingly(?) supplying children to paedophiles, as seen by the testament of this child:

Another concerning element coming from the judicature, is that the system releases known to re-offend criminals, who then once released continue their crime spree, terrorising the general population.

Would the system react differently of a judge's, magistrates' or police officer's home was invaded an a family member shot or stabbed.

After all the first job of government is to look after its people.

See post:

What is the first job of a government?

The system is not broken, but rather functions exactly, as the law makers, judiciary and MPs intend it to.

Child Abuse Royal Commission - Police (deliberately) fail abuse victims?

Corrupt police are the bane of society from something as innocuous as a traffic stop to the reporting of child sexual abuse.

Across the colony there is no shortage of corrupt police, where their numbers are swelling as they obtain more and more recruits.

"I told the detective that if they had done his job properly and charged these arseholes that raped us, meaning myself he wouldn't have to paperwork and chase abscondees."

"...he told me he had better things to do"

"The detective grabbed a big black bakelite phone and smashed me across the right cheek and jaw"

This is what happened to Norman Edward LATHAM, as filed within the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse:

Former NT police officer Jared Porch pleads guilty to child abuse material offences

A former Northern Territory Police officer who offered money, alcohol and phone credit to men in exchange for sexually explicit videos, including of children, has pleaded guilty to a string of child abuse material charges.

Jared Kane Porch appeared before the Alice Springs Supreme Court on Wednesday, pleading guilty to 12 charges, including transmitting, soliciting, possessing or controlling child abuse material.

Other charges included six counts of using a carriage service to groom another person to make it easier to procure persons under 16 years of age to engage in sexual activity with themselves.

There were also two counts of using a carriage service to groom another person to make it easier to procure persons under 16 years of age to engage in sexual activity with another person.

The court heard the offending took place over a 16-month period, beginning on July 31, 2020, while Porch was a serving member of the Northern Territory Police Force.

Prosecutor Mary Chalmers SC said "a number" of the victims were Aboriginal children.

Porch offered to provide money, alcohol and mobile phone credit to men in exchange for explicit content, the court heard.

Details of offending revealed

After a tip-off from the United States National Centre of Missing and Exploited children, AFP officers raided Porch's Alice Springs home in November 2021, finding "a large number" of Facebook messenger chats on his devices.

According to the agreed facts of the case, Porch spoke to Aboriginal, Fijian and Papua New Guinean men via social media, either using his own name, the pseudonym "Whitie Whitie" or a fake female persona of "Paige Oakes" and sent and received child abuse material.

The court heard during some of the chats, he would request the other person to bring a child into video chats or otherwise involve them in sexual acts.

He also asked the men to meet up with "Paige" for sex, at times asking them to find or arrange children to also be present.

Court documents show Porch offered to provide money, alcohol and mobile telephone credit to the men in exchange for sexually explicit videos and photographs, or engaging in sexual acts via video chat or in person.

Porch pleaded guilty to a raft of child abuse material offences

The court heard "a number" of the men became dependent on his payments, which Porch would withhold if he was "not satisfied" with the pornographic or abusive material he had been provided.

Six-year-old child among victims

Prosecutors said 40 different people were involved in Porch's grooming and procuring offences.

On three separate occasions, following what Ms Chalmers described as "persistent efforts", Porch convinced another man to perform sexually explicit acts in the presence of his six-year-old son, in exchange for sums of money.

The court heard during a video call to Porch, the same man filmed the child while the six-year-old was naked in the shower.

Ms Chalmers asked that two images from videos of this incident be submitted as evidence, but Justice Judith Kelly declined.

"It will tend to distort the sentencing exercise ... by producing an inappropriately emotional response," Justice Kelly said.

According to the agreed facts, Porch kept a large collection of pornographic material involving Aboriginal people on a data cloud, and often traded pornography of local men and women with others.

Porch committed the offences while working as a police officer in Alice Springs and surrounding remote communities

Former police officer charged

The court heard Porch had worked as a police officer in Alice Springs and surrounding remote communities for more than 12 years.

He received several promotions during his time in the force, working at times as an Acting Senior Sergeant.

Porch resigned from the NT Police Force following his arrest in late 2021.

After he pleaded guilty to the offences, Porch's lawyers urged Justice Kelly to take into account his "excellent" work history when she ultimately hands down her sentence.

Each of his 12 charges carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison.

The defence argued Porch's time in prison would be "more arduous" than most prisoners, as a former police officer and a sex offender.

His lawyers urged Justice Kelly to take into account his cooperation with police during their investigation and said Porch had shown a “willingness to seek assistance” for his mental health.

The court heard he sought psychological support in 2016, suffering from anxiety and depression, which his lawyers argued were a result of Porch’s "frustration at not being able to express his sexuality", and feelings of loneliness while working remotely.

Porch worked as a police officer in Alice Springs and surrounding communities for more than 12 years.

Claims no real action to rehabilitate

Prosecutors argued despite Porch’s attempts to seek help for his anxiety and depression, he had yet to take action to address the drivers behind his offending.

"Yes, there's expressions of guilt and shame that are reasonably common expressions in these types of matters," Ms Chalmers said.

"But there is no discussion in [his letter] that advances the situation in terms of rehabilitative prospects.

"For example, there's no engagement with the motivation behind the offending, or evidence that there's been significant efforts undertaken to address what's behind the offending."

Porch has been remanded in custody to appear in the Alice Springs Supreme Court on Friday for sentencing.

Watch how these 'penal colony policies' (deliberately) fail their victims as they so many time in the past.

This person should be strung up as an example for others in the force to behave.

MANY police 'officers' think they are above the law as a result of their 'magic' blue suit.

Victoria Police covering up child abuse in Mildura?

Victoria Police have been covering up crimes of people in positions of authority, especially their 'bosses' you know those in government, since their inception in 1853.

NEVER forget that the colony’s criminals (albeit better behaved ones), instead of 'honourable' people, were recruited by the government to become police officers, where they have evolved into a more formidable (criminal) force.

Today it’s very difficult to get an ‘officer’ charged by our corrupt legal system.

Even if the police get caught by the serfs committing criminal offences, their brethren in the judicature will exonerate them of any alleged wrong-doing.

Those who aren’t are the scapegoats, only for ‘display’ purposes to give the serfs the illusion that ‘justice’ exists.

It seems that police have been covering for Monseigneur Day from Mildura with regards to child abuse.

As the saying goes: “We investigated ourselves and found we did nothing wrong”.

Here’s Deputy Commissioner of the day, Neil O’Loughlin to the rescue.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution - Klaus Schwab

See the manifesto that George Orwell (Eric Arthur Blair) would be proud of, with regards to a corrupt globalised surveillance totalitarian state, they are building for the serfs and their children's children.

See 172 pages, written in 2016:

Australia's judicature, human rights abusers!

Just because you don't know you were raped, doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Australia's legal system is a farce, from its very inception.

There are no Chapter III courts, as defined within the Constitution.

As stated by then Prime Minister Tony Abbott, Australia was colonised as an economic project of the British Empire, and as of 1901, it still is a colony albeit a self governing one.

The 'Queen of Australia' is one of Australia's greatest legal farces that is not only supported by the courts but also the executive and parliament.

The High Court ruling in 1999 of Sue v Hill, which in essence states that the Queen of the United Kingdom is a foreign power for the purposes of Section 44 of the Constitution.

If this is factually accurate, how can any person in office swear an oath of allegiance to a foreign Queen, acting under an alternate title dormant of constitutional validity?

By the same token the Queen of Denmark should also be afforded the same.

The fact that paedophiles exist within the judicature and other positions of power in Australia, where there is a suppression order in place to not only keep them in office but also conceal their identities should not only ring alarm bells within the legal community but also should be front page news within the mainstream media until they are exposed, but this is not the case.

Not only is the general population being lied to every single day by those in government, but those who seek 'justice' (who are now technically referred to as 'customers' of the court) are having their human rights abused by the system without them even being aware.

In 2015 the 'State Government' has revealed Tasmanian magistrates have not been sworn in correctly for 30 years.

See article: https://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-04-03/tasmanian-magistrates-not-sworn-in-correctly-for-30-years/6369774

Therefore any orders made are not made lawfully, period.

So, that means in 2015 people were 'notified'.

Was a class action registered by any law firm against the business called the 'State Government'?

Courts Australia wide commit human rights abuse against 'persons' seeking justice or rather defendants/ respondents/customers, where those persons involved are totally oblivious to this.

During the current so called global health situation, Victorian premier did not want you (the serfs) to know about 'human rights'.

Were human rights lawfully extinguished in a newly enacted law, within Victoria or even Australia?

In order for people to 'wake up', they should first familiarise themselves with state and federal human rights Acts, so that the authorities cannot deceive them out of a rightful claim or remedy with regards to their matters.

Since the above is a call for the people to do something, it will no doubt fall on MANY deaf ears, with much joy to those in government.

Paedophiles accessing department of health & human services data?

- How many paedophiles have access to Victoria's DHHS data?

- Can the police really prosecute them?

- Was this data breach made public?

This is the story of only one being caught:

Vic privacy breach of vulnerable youth data

A youth case worker stood down from a Victorian health department service provider on suspicion of accessing child pornography continued to access sensitive information about clients for months afterwards, according to a data breach inquiry into the incident.

Failings in the department’s privacy protections meant the man – who was also subject to a separate investigation into an alleged child sex offence – had unauthorised access to the personal information of dozens of vulnerable people for more than a year, according to the report which found “serious” contraventions of Victorian privacy principals by the department.

Details of the incident, which occurred between 2017 and 2018, have been revealed in a report into the data breach by the Victorian Information Commissioner, which held back the report due to separate police investigations and a trial of the former case worker.

Spring Street: Melbourne rocked by privacy breach of vulnerable youth data

The man, named as ‘XYZ’ in the report, was employed by a service provider contracted by Victoria’s Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), now known as Department of Fairness, Families and Housing.

XYZ worked for over a year for the service provider, which was administering the DHHS’s Finding Solutions program, a Victorian government early intervention initiative to keep young people and families out of the child protection and out-of-home care systems.

In that role XYZ had access to the DHHS maintained Client Relationship Information System for Service Providers (CRISSP). Records held in CRISSP include names, addresses, DOBs, relationships, case notes, and any history of sexual abuse or exploitation.

The man ceased working for the service provider around September 2017 but his access to CRISSP was not revoked despite formal procedures requiring so.

About five months later police found child pornography on a laptop owned by XYZ but could not prove it belong to him because of multiple user accounts on the computer. Police told the DHHS that they had “serious concerns about B’s access to vulnerable and at-risk children”, according to the report into the data breach.

By then XYZ was working for another youth service provider, also managed by the DHHS but via a separate division. The DHHS notified the provider of XYZ’s suspected access to child pornography and he was stood down.

However, the DHHS did not discuss XYZ’s access to the CRISSP system as he had not required it in the new role. He was able to continue accessing the records until October 2018 when a staff members from two service providers noticed XYZ had accessed their clients’ files.

When notified, the DHHS revoked XYZ’s access, more than a year after it should have been when he left the original service provider. By then, though, XYZ had had accessed CRISSP 260 times involving 27 clients. XYZ also conducted 150 searches of the client record system, on each occasion accessing the personal and sometimes sensitive information of vulnerable people.

On Thursday Victoria’s information commissioner released his report into the data breach, finding both the DHHS and the service provider that initially provided XYZ access to the CRISSP had failed to take reasonable steps to protect personal information in the records system.

“The [Privacy and Data] Deputy Commissioner found that both DHHS and the [contracted service provider] contravened the [Information Privacy Principles] and issued a compliance notice against DHHS,” Victorian Information Commissioner Sven Bluemmel wrote in the report.

The service provider has already implemented the privacy watchdog’s recommendations while the DHHS is on schedule to complete all the specified actions required by the compliance notice.

Under the compliance notice the DHHS must:
• Implement a risk tiering framework for contracted service providers delivering the Finding Solutions program
• Update and simplify its contractual framework and guidance material for CRISSP
• develop training that is specifically directed at the information security and privacy obligations of systems administrators and organisation authorities
• implement a procedure to periodically check the currency of user lists for CRISSP

Commissioner Bluemmel said the finding shows public sector organisations can’t outsource their privacy responsibilities.

“Outsourcing arrangements cannot be ‘set and forget’.”

“When a government agency shares personal information and system access with its contractors, the agency retains both a legal and a moral duty to protect the personal information it collects, uses, holds, and discloses. Government organisations can outsource the management of a program, but they cannot outsource this responsibility.”

The LIES that minors will give 'informed' consent

“They're coming for your children”

Conspiracy theorist!

They came for your children.

And many allowed that with silence afoot.

Now so called 'medical experts' are saying that minors, you know children between between 5-12 years old do NOT require an adult present in order to make a medical decision that can effect the rest of their lives.

Those in power are stating that your child WILL be 'informed' (whatever that means) before making a decision in order to succumb to a medical procedure.

In reality it seems that many parents are not allowing their children to be part of the world's largest trial, as stated by health minister Greg Hunt, but those in power want to con your children.

So, YOUR child is going to be 'informed', right?

The child will be told about myocarditis and pericarditis, yes?

The child will be informed about the difference between mRNA, i.e gene therapy, and an actual virus?

The child will receive ALL the relevant documentation from each manufacturer in order to make a decision which is best for him/her?

This 'child consent' looks like a precursor to legalising paedophilia, but that would be a 'conspiracy theory', right?

SO many more questions can be asked, yet so little amount of bytes left for this post.
