Home Invasion and assault supported by law

Some of the more common descriptions of one’s home should be known by most.

“King of your castle” or “your home is your sanctuary” are the more common ones.

This may be true in the United States of America, but certainly not in Australia.

In certain states of the U.S like Texas, one can shoot someone if they enter your property, or if someone breaks the law by breaking and entering into your home the perpetrator can be legally shot.

In the United States it can be said that the law is about one’s rights and freedoms, whereas in Australia which was colonised a considerable while later the policies of the lawmakers have changed.

A real example of police and the judicial system working together with criminals is when a criminal involved in the drug business has nine charges dropped by police for breaking and entering, home invasion, false imprisonment assault, aggravated assault and threats to kill among other offences.

The above incident involved police from the western suburbs of Melbourne, which is one of many.

Corrupt police work together with the criminal element in keeping the uncomfortable people (to the establishment) in check.

Police corruption in Victoria is rife, with strong links to the criminal underworld and unfortunately there is no sign of it slowing down.

A closed meeting involving some of the Victoria’s top masonic heads addressed the state of criminal activity, mentioning that it is far greater than previously thought and beyond the control of the authorities.

There is no real policy to curb the criminal activities, only government propaganda, to keep the masses subdued that something is allegedly being done.
