The message is quite simple here, without going into gigabytes of information, where if you really are a privacy conscious person then you would know to stay away from Google products.
In the smartphone world you are constantly (many many times a minute) being tracked by Google unlawfully, where now the same will happen to you in your automobile, even if you are not a smartphone user.
When I.T. publications are telling you to stop using Google, you should heed their advice.
ALL part of the 'nanny state' agenda.
