'Cashless Society' government using fear

The government has embarked on a campaign to speed up the masses into total control via the cashless society model outlined by businesses and governments alike.

Ever since the invention of the credit card there has been a mass data collection on the purchases made by people. Since the advent of computers this information has slowly been making its way into the archives.

Governments and businesses have figured out that there can be greater control of the masses through the monitoring of their financial flow.

In order to entice the masses ‘reward programs’ are offered that reward the masses for putting all of their transactions through the credit card system, with poultry sums or items of little value, compared to the financial gain obtained from the information given via the credit cards.

One of the main objectives of government is to control and monitor the masses. This is done via many methods and is cross referenced via different forms.

The current rate of going ‘cashless’ is quite painfully slow, so the government via the mass media is using scare tactics as the weapon of choice.

In current Australian television advertisements the government is enticing people not to use cash as disease is spread by touching money, and has given a fictitious example.

The alternative is for people to use EFTPOS, whereby each customer touches a keypad, which in effect is the same as handling money when it come to spreading the said bacteria.

The government is appealing to the public’s emotion of fear, as this results in a reaction usually not thought out logically.

The government is providing false information to push through an agenda.
