Grecko, 26, who married disgraced millionaire medical magnate Geoffrey Edelsten earlier this month, told The Daily Telegraph she was left bleeding and by herself for almost half an hour after slipping down a staircase on Friday.
"I was unconscious, I have bruises everywhere, I broke two ribs," she told The Daily Telegraph.
"There was a lot of blood and a lot of pelvic pain.
"I can’t say right now but it’s not looking real good…it’s really going towards (a miscarriage).
"It’s horrible, my parents are not doing well at all...they said I could have been paralysed."

Grecko and Edelsten announced the pregnancy earlier this week, with Grecko saying she was hoping for a boy, which she would name Geoffrey.
She denied reports her and her 72-year-old husband were seen fighting in public earlier in the day.
Grecko, who is originally from Miami, Florida, posted on Instagram she will remain in The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne "for at least a week".
"Pray for me and my family to be. I'll try to keep you updated all of my friends on here who really are there for me," she posted.

We have been informed by a person close to the source that would rather remain anonymous that Grecko obtained a 'shotgun wedding' in order to overstay her VISA, an act that is fraudulent.
In order to make it sound a bit more plausible, the 'lost baby' is a publicity stunt, according to the source.
Another criminal action by Grecko now, supported by the Australian authorities.
She should be deported back to the U.S.A.
Edelsten is a criminal and a thug that should be behind bars, but that would be no doubt classified as 'anti-Semitic'?
