AN off-duty police woman has been busted for drink driving through a Melbourne suburb at more than three times the legal limit.
The Victoria Police senior constable who works in Victoria’s western region returned a positive reading after being pulled over in North Rd in the southeastern suburb of Ormond at 11.50pm last night.
A subsequent evidentiary breath test returned a reading of 0.179 per cent.
The officer’s driver’s licence was immediately suspended and she is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving offences.
The force’s internal investigators at Professional Standards Command have been briefed and the officer faces internal disciplinary action.

It's 'amazing' how the corporate media publish the names of people who commit similar offences but not the name of people in public office, in this case the police officer.
Are they working in collusion to suppress criminals in the police force which are a danger to the general populous?
It's all part of the 'nanny state' agenda.
