Telstra's outage due to low quality cheap labour

Many stories by the mainstream media are (deliberately?) misreported or with regards to certain topics are designed to evoke an emotional reaction in the masses that suits a political agenda.

Telstra, like many other telecommunications companies and other multi-nationals rely heavily on cheap (as a result low quality) labour in order to keep profits high.

In many instances the customers are unaware of internal failures the low quality cheap labour brings, where the rectification costs are 4 to 10 times higher than if the job was done properly by skilled labour in the first place.

At the end of the day, these corporations do NOT wear the costs, where the customer pays for this in higher costs for the services.

Quite simply put, in this case Telstra sent out monkeys to do a man's job.

In some circumstances the general population are aware of the poor decisions corporations make with regards to to keeping profits high.

All part of the 'globalisation' agenda.
