Daniel Andrews CONNED Victorians with ‘4 weeks’ lockdown?

Apparently the serfs are told that there is a separation of powers within government, especially the three tiers that being the executive, parliament and judiciary, where in actual fact there is none.

The police work closely with the other tiers through interconnected 'persons' and the media in terms of information flow and what the general population is allowed to know.

Of course there are slip ups, whistle blowers but they are the exception rather than the norm.

Victorians did not obtain any ‘real’ notice of a lock down that was apparently actioned on the 2^nd of August at 1:43pm by the premier Daniel Michael Andrews, which states that it was in force from the 2^nd of August to the 2^nd of September (or earlier) or for argument sake 4 weeks.

On the same day approximately 2 hours later the Rupert Murdoch media empire told the serfs that they are getting locked down for six weeks, despite the fact that four weeks (well, technically 4.3)  was on the paperwork.

The SMH FAILED TO REPORT that for the last 10 years her aunt had kidney problems & heart failure. She had a pacemaker to assist her heart. As well as that she suffered oedema in the legs & she couldn't see out of one eye. And she was on a myriad of pharmaceutical drugs.

In March, like every year, she religiously got the flu vaccine.

Her health was deteriorating so much that for the last month up till she died, she HAD NOT ATTENDED her church at the Lady of LEBANON CHURCH. She was isolating at home, as she RARELY went out because she couldn't walk.

So SMH has blatantly lied about her aunt catching Con-19 from attending church! Her sons are extremely upset with SMH for false reporting! She was self isolating for one month before being taken to hospital where she died, she could NOT have caught Con-19 from the Church!

Snapdragon chip flaws put >1 billion Android phones at risk of data theft

There’s no word on when Google and phone makers will incorporate fix from Qualcomm.

A billion or more Android devices are vulnerable to hacks that can turn them into spying tools by exploiting more than 400 vulnerabilities in Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chip, researchers reported this week.

The vulnerabilities can be exploited when a target downloads a video or other content that’s rendered by the chip. Targets can also be attacked by installing malicious apps that require no permissions at all.

From there, attackers can monitor locations and listen to nearby audio in real time and exfiltrate photos and videos. Exploits also make it possible to render the phone completely unresponsive. Infections can be hidden from the operating system in a way that makes disinfecting difficult.

Snapdragon is what’s known as a system on a chip that provides a host of components, such as a CPU and a graphics processor. One of the functions, known as digital signal processing, or DSP, tackles a variety of tasks, including charging abilities and video, audio, augmented reality, and other multimedia functions. Phone makers can also use DSPs to run dedicated apps that enable custom features.

New attack surface

“While DSP chips provide a relatively economical solution that allows mobile phones to provide end users with more functionality and enable innovative features—they do come with a cost,” researchers from security firm Check Point wrote in a brief report of the vulnerabilities they discovered. “These chips introduce new attack surface and weak points to these mobile devices. DSP chips are much more vulnerable to risks as they are being managed as ‘Black Boxes’ since it can be very complex for anyone other than their manufacturer to review their design, functionality or code.”

Qualcomm has released a fix for the flaws, but so far it hasn’t been incorporated into the Android OS or any Android device that uses Snapdragon, Check Point said. When I asked when Google might add the Qualcomm patches, a company spokesman said to check with Qualcomm. The chipmaker didn’t respond to an email asking.

Check Point is withholding technical details about the vulnerabilities and how they can be exploited until fixes make their way into end-user devices. Check Point has dubbed the vulnerabilities Achilles. The more than 400 distinct bugs are tracked as CVE-2020-11201, CVE-2020-11202, CVE-2020-11206, CVE-2020-11207, CVE-2020-11208 and CVE-2020-11209.

In a statement, Qualcomm officials said: “Regarding the Qualcomm Compute DSP vulnerability disclosed by Check Point, we worked diligently to validate the issue and make appropriate mitigations available to OEMs. We have no evidence it is currently being exploited. We encourage end users to update their devices as patches become available and to only install applications from trusted locations such as the Google Play Store.”

Check Point said that Snapdragon is included in about 40 percent of phones worldwide. With an estimated 3 billion Android devices, that amounts to more than a billion phones. In the US market, Snapdragons are embedded in around 90 percent of devices.

There’s not much helpful guidance to provide users for protecting themselves against these exploits. Downloading apps only from Play can help, but Google’s track record of vetting apps shows that advice has limited efficacy. There’s also no way to effectively identify booby-trapped multimedia content.

Class action lawsuit looming against government

Just one of a few class action lawsuits is being prepared as you read this post.

From the first allegedly recorded case of the virus in Victoria on the 25^th of January 2020 to the newly actioned stage 4 restrictions, where a so called (discriminatory) directive where ‘workers’ (whatever that means) can only purchase products to repair homes, etc from their local hardware store, the government of Victoria has committed many unlawful actions and failures with regards to the reaction to the matter at hand.

The people in government were even so blazé to state that it's not a matter of human rights, where in reality every action at law must be consistent or subservient to human rights law, period.

The legal community (as opposed to ‘conspiracy theorists') has taken notice, that the law has not been followed, nor the lawful procedure for enacting Acts, where various class action lawsuits are in motion.

The Victorian government has a lot to answer for, where a royal commission will not suffice or rather be next to useless, as seen in the banking sector royal commission, so a class action is one of the ways.

We encourage all Victorians to join in the class action, where once the infrastructure has been put in place, we will point you to it.

Six weeks lock down but Andrews signed Victorians up for four

There are a lot of inconsistencies with regards to alleged case numbers, what's happening and what's going to happen.

As seen in screen capture below, the Victorian premier Mr. Daniel Michael Andrews signed up Victorians to Stage 4 restrictions from the 2nd day of August 2020 to the 2nd day of September 2020, which is one month or just over 4 weeks.

The mainstream media have been 'advertising' for quite some time that Victorians will be locked down for six weeks with this new restriction.

No power to suspend Acts of Parliament by Daniel Andrews?

The premier of Victoria Mr. Daniel Michael Andrews has run amock with regards to law in an unprecedented move.

Well, the above sentence is not entirely true.

There has been a precedent set and it was in the 1800's.

The people in government were in a lawless state, i.e. at a level where the law did not apply to them.

The imperial government had enough and reigned them in reminding them they must follow the law, e,g. Bill of Rights 1688 (UK), etc and put in an Act called the Colonial Laws Validity Act 1865.

The same holds true today, where the law applies and the entire law making process must be followed prior to making an announcement that an Act is in force.

During Victoria's alleged notification of the 'State of Emergency/Disaster' the authorities have stated that Acts of Parliament can be suspended, also giving the ability to take (people's) possessions.

Is there a need to remind the general population that taking people's possessions unlawfully is theft, and depending under which circumstances can also be classified as armed robbery.

There is no lawfully enacted legislation in Victoria that allows the Acts of Parliament to be suspended.

While the imperial government had enough of the 'shenanigans' of those in government, it seems that Victorians will gladly accept their possessions being taken unlawfully.

Government mandates vaccine unlawfully then withdraws quietly

MANY persons in government commit illegal and/or criminal activities where they do not get caught.

A saying that has been around for a while is that “Everything’s legal until you get caught” .

While we cannot speak with regards to legislation in other states, the Victorian Government has been acting ‘illegally’ with regards to mandating (i.e. forcing you into medical treatment),  that people involved in aged care be vaccinated for the flu, which as we know will have zero effect against the novel Coronavirus.

The illegal actions of the Victorian government with regards to the 'mandatory' vaccinating was pointed out, where correspondence was made by the Victorian government, resulting in a withdrawal of the mandate which was made public on the 22nd of July 2020.

One would think that this is ‘big news’, news that should be covered by the mainstream media, but has not been.

All we are able to say at this point in time is that the Victorian Government has been caught out by a team headed by a legal professional  and not ‘conspiracy theorists’.

In response to the virus, the Government of Victoria has committed to actions / mandates / directions etc unlawfully, but that is another post for each action concerned.

We will state unequivocally that the up and coming ‘Stage 4’ restrictions for Victorians by the Daniel Michael Andrews government will be an unlawful action.

As to how, once again more on that later.
