Crime gangs stealing iPhones in Melbourne

A crime spree well known to police and metropolitan transport operators is being kept out of the public eye.

In refugee strong holds in the suburbs of Melbourne, there is an alarming rate of brazen thefts in broad daylight particularly iPhones from unsuspecting victims, and easy prey, i.e. children or teenagers.

Refugees from the African nations of Sudan and Somalia are targeting the easy prey, eyeing out their smartphones. Once the person is either near an exit or close to a door the phone is then snatched out of their hands, and the common criminal then sprints away from the vehicle.

This type of crime is carried out mostly on bus and tram lines near Maribyrnong, towards Melbourne’s western suburbs, where the refugees are housed.

Other suburbs of Melbourne where similar crime patterns occur are again where the refugees are housed being the areas of Dandenong, Noble Park, to name a couple.

The government has created ghettos where it is not only dangerous for white people to venture into after dark, failing to protect the community, but also keeping this information away from the public eye via the mass media. Residents of these areas and the surrounding suburbs are all to aware of the severity of the situation.

Rather than alerting the population, the authorities are sweeping this under the carpet, in essence not only supporting the criminals but also encouraging them to continue this crime spree.

The excuse of racism can no longer be used as a defense, but rather a criminal act must be punishable with the full extent of the law.

Corrupt police may be leaking to bikie gangs

CORRUPT police may be leaking highly sensitive intelligence to outlaw bikie gangs in Victoria and NSW.

The Age says the leaks have undermined organised-crime probes and potentially endangered the lives of informers.

It said Victoria’s Office of Police Integrity (OPI) and the Police Integrity Commission in NSW are conducting separate investigations into allegations of serious security breaches involving bikie gangs.

A small number of police officers in both states are believed to be under scrutiny, although none have yet been charged.

Among several recent alleged cases of security breaches, The Age has learnt that a bikie gang was tipped off about a major police raid and the contents of a secret police targeting list were leaked.

In NSW, bikies or their associates on two occasions have shown police the reports leaked to them, claiming to have paid several thousand dollars for them.

In a statement to The Age, OPI director Michael Strong confirmed his agency had concerns about suspected ongoing leaking from police officers to criminals.

But he declined to comment on, or confirm the existence of, specific investigations.

This is a well known fact to operatives within the police force and the bikie gangs that they always have someone 'on the inside'.

Rather than saying that they are, the report suggests that they 'may be', another 'inaccuracy' posted by the tabloid.

What is worse is how the governments and the so called authorities overseeing any investigations cover up the true extent of the crimes committed.

What usually happens under these circumstances is that the corrupt police are supported by the tax payers on leave for indefinite periods, with no jail time for the criminal police involved.

Another way of showing the masses that a certain group of people are 'above the law'.

Australian kids are living in climate of fear

PRIMARY school children are being terrified by lessons claiming climate change will bring "death, injury and destruction" to the world unless they take action.

On the eve of Prime Minister Julia Gillard's carbon tax package announcement, psychologists and scientists said the lessons were alarmist, created unneeded anxiety among school children and endangered their mental health.

Climate change as a "Doomsday scenario" is being taught in classrooms across Australia.

Resource material produced by the Gillard government for primary school teachers and students states climate change will cause "devastating disasters".

"As well as their terrible impact on people, animals and ecosystems they cause billions of dollars worth of damage to homes and other buildings," the material says.

Australian National University's Centre for the Public Awareness of Science director Dr Sue Stocklmayer said climate change had been portrayed as "Doomsday scenarios with no way out".

Here is another example of false information fed to children in order to instill fear, to push a political agenda through.

The government is using this tactic on the children of (what it considers) canon fodder, or the working class who have little intellectual value to the community.

This 'curriculum' is not taught in the private schools for the business leader's children.

No factual or even skeptical scientific information is given to these children, but rather fear mongering.

The government does not let this children be children, but rather brain washes them for its political purposes.

JULIA Gillard last night admitted she had disappointed some voters by introducing a carbon tax, but said she was convinced it was the right plan for Australia’s future.

The Prime Minister also warned consumers to beware of shonky shops that may try to rip them off by already increasing prices and blaming the carbon tax, the Herald Sun reported.

Speaking at the Sky News people’s forum in Brisbane, Ms Gillard said when she promised during the election campaign there would be no carbon tax, she meant those words but circumstances had changed.

“I get I’ve disappointed you,” she told an audience of undecided voters.

“A lot of people don’t like the carbon tax decision, but I’m absolutely convinced it’s right.”

The PM said instead of taking the easy path, she had made the tougher political choice to give Australia a clean-energy future.

She said her package was “a better plan” than her predecessor Kevin Rudd’s, because it had a more ambitious target to cut emissions by 80 per cent by 2050, there was more for clean-energy schemes, and it included tax reform as part of the household assistance.

Ms Gillard said any shops already claiming prices would have to rise by 10-15 per cent were “just simply ripping people off”, because overall price rises would rise less than 1 per cent and not before next July.

The Competition and Consumer Commission has been given $12.8 million to monitor prices. It will employ an extra 20 carbon cops, and consumers who suspect a shop of price-gouging have been urged to call the ACCC hotline, 1300 302 502.

It is the same job the ACCC did for the Howard government when it introduced the GST 11 years ago.

Treasurer Wayne Swan said companies making misleading claims or gouging customers could face fines up to $1.1 million.

“The vast majority of businesses will do the right thing, but those businesses that don’t will face the full force of the law and heavy fines,” he said.

Opposition Leader Tony Abbott said the ACCC should investigate Ms Gillard.

“The Prime Minister herself was misleading and deceptive before the election and the deception continues,” he said.

Senior Liberal Malcolm Turnbull told ABC radio Mr Abbott “had been a supporter of a carbon tax at one point” but changed his position.

“I’ve given Tony Abbott a consistency and a loyalty that, frankly, I didn’t receive consistently from all of my colleagues while I was leader,” he said.

Gillard said that she will not implement any carbon tax whilst in office as Prime Minister, a fact that she went back on.

Fraud in governance commonly goes unpunished, and now more than ever the strength of the government is flaunted in front of the general population by showing the masses that they can do as they please.

Security firm says iPhone, iPad, iPod can be infected by single PDF file

GERMANY'S IT security agency says the software running Apple's iPhones, iPads and the iPod Touch has "critical weaknesses".

The Federal Office for Information Security said yesterday that clicking on an infected PDF file "is sufficient to infect the mobile device with malware without the user's knowledge" on several versions of Apple's iOS operating system.

It says the same could occur when opening a website that carries an infected PDF file, possibly opening the device to criminals spying on passwords, planners, photos, text messages, emails and even listen in on phone conversations.

The agency says Apple has not yet offered a patch to fix the problem.

Apple Germany spokesman Georg Albrecht said he was aware of the warning, adding that Apple would not comment on it.

To the technologically unaware, this information posted by ninemsn.com.au may seem quite alarming, and distressful, but withing the technology circles, this is not only not news but also old news that is a few years old.

There is a community of 'hackers' that exploit the well know loopholes in Apple's operating system, that enables them to open up the locked down operating system.

This is known as 'jailbreaking'.

Apple is aware that if it does not plug the exploits in its operating system, sales revenue will increase, as people are aware that they can jailbreak their iPhone/iPod/iPad, if they desire so.

Contrary to any official statement, Apple unofficially supports its products being jailbroken, as their primary concern is revenue raised from the products sold.

Apple is in no hurry to 'patch' the exploits in its operating system.

This can be seen by Apple's actions rather that corpau's 'opinion'.

Six arrested over stabbing death in Vic

Police have arrested a sixth person as they appeal for help from a suburban Sudanese community in Melbourne over the fatal stabbing of a man.

Four men and a woman taken into custody on Friday have been released pending further inquiries.

Another man was arrested in the southeastern suburb of Dandenong on Saturday morning and was being interviewed by police.

The 26-year-old man was found dead at a Dandenong home just after 4pm (AEST) on Friday, suffering multiple stab wounds.

Ambulance officers tried CPR to save the man but were unsuccessful.

Victoria Police say the man was of Sudanese origin and have appealed for help from members of the Sudanese community.

"Detectives are appealing for members of the local Sudanese community to come forward and assist police with their investigation," a police statement said.

Jude Law sues The Sun for phone-hacking

British actor Jude Law is suing The Sun for allegedly hacking his phone in what is thought to be the first such legal action against Rupert Murdoch's best-selling daily tabloid.

The paper's parent company, News International, dismissed it as a "deeply cynical" attempt to draw The Sun into the scandal which has engulfed Murdoch's media empire and forced the closure of its sister paper, the News of the World.

Law was already suing the News of the World over phone hacking, and his former girlfriend, actress Sienna Miller, won an apology and STG100,000 in damages and legal costs from the Sunday tabloid.

News International said Law, the Oscar-nominated star of Cold Mountain and Sherlock Holmes, had launched action alleging four Sun articles in 2005 and 2006 were based on information taken from his voicemails.

"We believe this is a deeply cynical and deliberately mischievous attempt to draw The Sun into the phone-hacking issue," a News International statement said.

"The allegations made in this claim have been carefully investigated by our lawyers and the evidence shows that they have no foundation whatsoever.

"In particular, the claimant's solicitors have relied on a reference in documentation that they should be well aware has nothing to do with a case against The Sun.

"Also, another article complained of merely reiterated information which was already in the public domain. The claim will be defended vigorously."

Law's lawyers confirmed he was taking action against The Sun, and rejected News International's "ridiculous" arguments.

"We have no comment to make about this claim, which will be considered by the court in due course," said a statement from the actor's lawyers, Atkins Thomson.

"Accusations of cynicism and mischief making by News International are ridiculous.

"By their own admission, News International have misled the police, parliament and the public for nearly five years about the extent of the wrongdoing by their journalists and executives. Their record speaks for itself."

Rupert Murdoch’s phone hacking pinging tabloid

Rupert Murdoch’s fraudulent methods of obtaining stories about celebrities for the tabloid trash newspaper, are known to the editors and journalists alike.

They are urged to make up stories (i.e. false reporting) in order to gain public curiosity, which in turn sell the papers.

In the recent light of the hacking of phones within Murdoch’s News of the World, comes also another criminal offence, in which the police, telecommunications companies, and the (Murdoch’s) business is involved in.

Many mobile (smart) phones have GPS capability built in (for example the iPhone4), whereas others use cell tower triangulation or A-GPS (Asynchronous Global Positioning System) to determine user location.

A method known as pinging is used by the telcos to establish the user’s whereabouts. This method can be used by police, and is authorised at the telco end by a couple of people who have the authority to do so.

In order to obtain information about celebrities, to bring the ‘gossip’ or even falsify events, the paper is involved in an act of fraud in which £300 is paid to ping a celebrities phone in order to obtain their location to get the story the publication requires.

The payoff goes through the police, and eventually o the telco, for pinging the celebrity.

This is known to the celebrities, in order to make it more difficult, the register their phone under other’s names and can have up to 10 phones at once.

This form of fraud is practiced by Murdoch’s news empire, and there is a great deal of police and telco cover up.

Again the courts will show that the world’s ruling elite is untouchable.

Ethical standards inquiry into Australia’s media

After the so called scandal in Rupert Murdoch’s “News of the World”, the public have been swayed into an online vote for whether there should be an inquiry into the ethical standards or journalism.

There is literally a monopoly of news media in Australia, which is in the majority of Murdoch’s hands 70%, including a merger of Murdoch-Packer owned television channel, also the remainder split between Packer and Stokes.

Within the mass media of Australia, there is a deliberate climate of misinformation given to the general populous. In one media article, the media, says one thing and a short while later there is a total opposite of opinion. There are many examples of this kind of false reporting, to mention in this post.

The mass media, also deliberately neglect to mention known facts of a story, for example of a crime, that are known to the general public or people involved. This is a tactic used within the industry to sway the opinion of the masses.

To incite the public into an opinion that is conducive to a political agenda supported by the news print leaders, news stories are crafted in a particular manner that incite an emotional reaction within the masses, giving the desired result or opinion, to their put through a policy or law.

The above method is very well known to politicians, leaders and the upper echelon of the business community, which has also been documented in Noam Chomsky’s:

The rulers of the mass media are at the beckoning call of the various governments that the people so called elect.

One of the roles of the mass media is to keep the populous docile.

This is done in many ways, an one of those ways is to focus is anti-intellectualism. The message is clear, with programs promoting moronic behaviour, mind numbing competitions, and focus on stupid acts in the public arena. The mass media not only promote this behaviour, but also put these people on the pedestal of success.

An official inquiry into a so called lack of ethical standards, or even false reporting will be futile.

The company of media moguls, lawyers and politicians will never act against each other, neither in thought nor actions. One fact deliberately overlooked in any mass media reports is the belonging to any brotherhood organisations. Since the belonging of any members of the brotherhood is confidential, no individuals can be named as being part of the Masonic Lodges they respectively belong to.

The Anglo-Masonic legal system in Australia favours verdicts that benefit their brethren, if against a non member, irrespective of any evidence pertaining to the favourable outcome to the non-member.

Rupert Murdoch’s News of the World Trash Rag

The news media in Australia is mostly controlled by Rupert Murdoch’s media empire. Approximately 70% of the news outlets are controlled by Murdoch, the rest is divided into Packer’s and Stokes’s ownership.

According to Murdoch’s own news network, apparently Australia’s most popular news website is news.com.au.

In recent events it has been revealed that Murdoch’s “News of the World” is responsible for criminal activity. According to the legal system, any illegal activities that occur within an organisation are the responsibilities of its C.E.O. in this case Murdoch.

Naturally, Murdoch’s own papers will not the trumpeting this fact, but rather to the contrary covering up, any realities.

News of the World is a sacrificial lamb, which did not fulfill its task. As a result certain events occurred that will ensure its closure.

As a result a news survey again on news.com.au, asks the general populous whether there needs to be an inquiry into the ethical standards of journalism in Australia. At the time of the survey, there was a 10:1 in favour of an inquiry.
