City Councils are one of the more fraudulent businesses around.
In Victoria, paperwork submitted to the courts in 2018 explicitly shows that the businesses called ‘City Councils’ are not lawfully enacted, as opposed to legally enacted, which they are.
Information from the other side of Melbourne to Melton, has been obtained by credible sources that management at the Melton City Council has gone feral.
Obviously the source requires to be anonymous for fear of retribution, as is always the case, when people expose corruption either from powerful corporations or government.
A while ago Brimbank City Council was exposed to be corrupt and the entire staff was removed, where that should also occur with the Melton council, says the source.
From what is understood, the top level staff are involved in hard hard drugs use, even during business hours, taking time off being unreachable, while rate payers are paying for their time to be on the job.
Managers are also harassing their underlings, but people are too afraid to launch an inquiry as they are certain that they will lose their job, as they are fully dependant on their wages, where some have even moved to Melton in order to be closer to work, even though they have stated that the council is a “shit hole” and one of the worst they have ever worked at.
When it comes to tenders, staff also give work to their mates and ‘cook the books’ in order for their mates/family to defraud ratepayers.
Wage theft is also prevalent across the council, where staff are deliberately put on a lower band instead of the one they should be, example being on a Band 5 instead of Band 6, where if they question the so called ‘authority’ they are met with hostility and gas-lighting.
Managers also deliberately dismiss staff’s medical issues, therefore making unqualified medical assertions/advice, where instead of lodging the necessary paperwork, the staff are bullied into compliance.
