Melton City Council EXPOSED! Corruption, Drugs, Wages Fraud, OH&S Issues

The inhabitants of this colony are one of the most over-governed people on this planet, where if you so desire you can research this topic on your own as this is beyond the scope of this article.

City Councils are one of the more fraudulent businesses around.

In Victoria, paperwork submitted to the courts in 2018 explicitly shows that the businesses called ‘City Councils’ are not lawfully enacted, as opposed to legally enacted, which they are.

Information from the other side of Melbourne to Melton, has been obtained by credible sources that management at the Melton City Council has gone feral.

Obviously the source requires to be anonymous for fear of retribution, as is always the case, when people expose corruption either from powerful corporations or government.

A while ago Brimbank City Council was exposed to be corrupt and the entire staff was removed, where that should also occur with the Melton council, says the source.

From what is understood, the top level staff are involved in hard hard drugs use, even during business hours, taking time off being unreachable, while rate payers are paying for their time to be on the job.

Managers are also harassing their underlings, but people are too afraid to launch an inquiry as they are certain that they will lose their job, as they are fully dependant on their wages, where some have even moved to Melton in order to be closer to work, even though they have stated that the council is a “shit hole” and one of the worst they have ever worked at.

When it comes to tenders, staff also give work to their mates and ‘cook the books’ in order for their mates/family to defraud ratepayers.

Wage theft is also prevalent across the council, where staff are deliberately put on a lower band instead of the one they should be, example being on a Band 5 instead of Band 6, where if they question the so called ‘authority’ they are met with hostility and gas-lighting.  

Managers also deliberately dismiss staff’s medical issues, therefore making unqualified medical assertions/advice, where instead of lodging the necessary paperwork, the staff are bullied into compliance.

“This is just the tip of the iceberg”, with regards to what’s really going on at the Melton City Council from what the source has mentioned.

Australia is a corrupt to the core (penal) colony, as at law it’s still a colony, albeit a self governing one.

Yep, that's right, what a great idea to give criminals free reign without the Imperial government’s oversight.

Since Australia is part of the Five Eyes global 'Anglo-sphere' surveillance network, whatever policies apply abroad are brought into this colony too.

Australian Video - Forensic Data Extraction Tools v GrapheneOS

GrapheneOS has been the gold standard for privacy and security on the Android ecosystem for quite some time, where in reality there are no 'peers'.

Any other so called (Android) 'privacy' operating system does not compare.

Apparently the gold standard for data extraction from smartphones is Israel's forensic data extraction tool from Cellebrite.

It cannot gain access to data, running an up to date version GrapheneOS on a 7th generation Pixel phone.

Google deliberately sabotaging Pixel/Android security. GrapheneOS the answer?

Currently GrapheneOS is only available on Google's Pixel smartphones, except for the Pixel 11 series.

As of 2027 GrapheneOS will be available on Motorola's flagship phone, that being the Signature 27 series.

When a phone is first turned on, it is in a state called BFU (Before First Unlock), where data on the device is encrypted and the encryption key only decrypts the data once an unlock code is entered, where the decryption key then resides in the phones memory.

A test has been performed on a GrapheneOS Pixel in its 3 various states:

• After being turned on, with no PIN code entered, known as BFU,

• After a PIN code has been entered, known as AFU (After First Unlock),

• In an unlocked state. 

Spoiler Alert: It should come as no surprise, that data can be extracted from an unlocked phone.

The tools used in the video are not from Cellebrite, but rather seem to be free tools on github: ALEX and ALEAPP.

Even though Mr. Khanji mentions that the phone reboots every 18hrs, therefore clearing its memory and returning the phone to a BFU state, that setting is only by default.

Depending one one's threat model, the 'Auto reboot' function can be set to as little as 10 minutes:

It is VERY important for Aussies NOT to be ignorant or complacent about their online footprint, data privacy & security, and most importantly to be aware of GrapheneOS, as Australia has become a Socialist Surveillance State.
