Christmas in Australia is about

Let's start of this little skit with a tune from Australia's favourite children's show host Humphrey B. Bear, with a slight change of the words which go like this:

What a funny ol' colony is Australia,
It gets in all manner of strife
It leads a very colonial life
and Human Rights isn't its favourite fare.

and now a word from our sponsors oops sorry administration:

You see, Christmas in Australia is not about a child being born somewhere in Israel, to an apparent virgin mother with no man officially claiming to seed her (out of wedlock - a huge no-no for the place and time), but rather a non material deity.

Christmas in Australia is not about family unity or values and respecting each other.

Your success, worth or value is judged by what sort or present you put under the Christmas tree.

In this country the administration tells you that you must be a 'better' consumer.

You must purchase more junk the corporations produce and import into this country to satisfy the balance sheet, run by ex bankers in charge of the country like Malcolm Turnbull, who was replaced by the now head of this 'business' called Australia, Mr. Scott Morrison.

You will notice how much emphasis the news media will put on how much people spent during Christmas.

The problem with the people in government wanting the tax slaves to be 'better' consumers is that the people in government are implementing austerity on the serf population.

This is done via a number of methods which take away the tool (cash) needed for people to sustain themselves, and hence less disposable income (whatever that is the tax department defines as) to spend on cheap Chinese junk, or espionage electronics supplied by Huawei or ZTE et al.

This Christmas, think about the last twelve months, how the people in government have locked down Australia's general population with law that restricts the people's movements, communications and so called rights, putting aside any official pretexts.

Say goodbye to those 'privileges' you had in 2018, because most of you chose to ignore the actions of people in government, with the bogan attitude of "she'll be right, mate", where all that matters is beer and footy.

The new year will also bring more oppressive law, where as usual the majority will do nothing about it, as the previous generations have done nothing as well.

Lawyer X or Informer 3838, defence barrister Nicola Gobbo?

(Image: Source supplied)

Crooked cops and lawyers are rife in the colony called Australia, where the judiciary supports their actions.

With the matter of 'Lawyer X' (or Informer 3838), in the public spotlight now, it seems that the bent barrister's actions were documented by the Fairfax publication in 2010, under the subtle headline;
Lawyer 'demanded $20m' in the following article:

https://www.theage.com.au/national/victoria/lawyer-demanded-20m-20100625-z9sw.html

The High Court of Australia lifted suppression orders to reveal the barrister, 'who cannot be identified' represented Mockbel and other underworld figures while informing against her clients between 2005-2009.

Facebook denies UK allegations after Six4Three document dump

Social media giant maintains it has 'never sold people's data'

In context: The Six4Three files are a compilation of Facebook internal emails and memos that were recently released by the UK parliament's Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee. The documents outline various discussion within the company regarding monetizing user data particularly surrounding the 3.0 platform changes in 2015. Facebook denies all allegations made by the committee.
Facebook has seen almost no end to public scrutiny since the Cambridge Analytica scandal. It comes as no surprise that revelations and criticisms leveled at the social media titan in recent weeks have spun the company into turmoil and had the denial machine working overtime.

On Wednesday, a British parliamentary committee made public numerous damaging internal emails and documents showing that the company allowed “special access” to users’ data to partner companies like Lyft and Netflix while denying access to competitors such as Vine.

“Facebook have clearly entered into whitelisting agreements with certain companies, which meant that after the platform changes in 2014/15 they maintained full access to friends’ data [sic],” stated Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee Chairman Damian Collins in his summary of the document dump known as the “Six4Three files.” He adds, “It is not clear that there was any user consent for this, nor how Facebook decided which companies should be whitelisted or not.”

"The documents were selectively leaked to publish some, but not all, of the internal discussions at Facebook at the time of our platform changes. But the facts are clear: we’ve never sold people’s data."

Facebook quickly responded to the Six4Three files with a rebuttal saying they were “cherry-picked” and taken out of “context.”

“We changed our platform policies in 2014/15 to prevent apps from requesting permission to access friends’ private information,” said a Facebook spokesperson referring to the whitelisting allegation. “In some situations, when necessary, we allowed developers to access a list of the users’ friends. This was not friends’ private information but a list of your friends (name and profile pic).”

Collins also points out emails that spelled out the collection of user call and text logs on Android devices. He claims Facebook went to great lengths to keep users from realizing such data was being collected from them.
“Facebook knew that the changes to its policies on the Android mobile phone system, which enabled the Facebook app to collect a record of calls and texts sent by the user would be controversial. To mitigate any bad PR, Facebook planned to make it as hard of possible for users to know that this was one of the underlying features of the upgrade of their app.”
Facebook flatly denied the allegation saying that users had to “opt-in” to share their call and message logs. The company pointed out that it only used this information to improve Facebook Lite and Messenger apps' abilities to make call suggestions and rank contact lists. It says that an audit conducted this year showed that such data is not as useful after it becomes old insinuating that it no longer collects such logs.

“After a thorough review in 2018, it became clear that the information is not as useful after about a year,” the spokesperson said. “You are unlikely to need to call someone who you last called over a year ago compared to a contact you called just last week.”

However, the company stopped short of explicitly saying that it no longer collects this information.

There were four other areas that Collins expressed concerns over ranging from the valuation of friends’ data to increase FB revenues to using data collected from the Onavo VPN app. Facebook had “explanations” for them all and maintains that Six4Three only selected "some, but not all" documents and discussion in these matters.

You can check out the full 250-page document dump including the DCMS’s summary at the UK parliament’s website. Facebook's response is posted in its Newsroom.

Who do the police work for?

MANY people may be of the erroneous belief that the police work for them (the tax payers), or even are members of the 'public service'.

Why even the Victorian Government washed its hands of police, especially when it came to coughing up for compensation.

See article from The Age publication at:

Every state or territory may have its legal peculiarities with regards to its police force.

In Victoria the police have been corporatised since 2013, i.e. (officially) since the Victoria Police Act 2013, where every 'job' has a cost associated with it.

See the current Victoria Police Fees & Charges document within the pdf:

Apparently in Western Australia the police are not even a legal entity:

Let's take a look at a common example of a 'common law' criminal action of theft.

We've obtained information on at least a dozen case files of stolen phones, that will never receive attention, even if the alleged suspect is 'known to police', where the most common excuse given to the serfs is that there is not enough resources.

Let's take a look at the photo at the beginning of this post, which is with regards to an actual case file, where a man was accused of stealing a mobile phone from a telco's retail store.

The accused was cooperative, non aggressive and non-threatening, but it took 4 squad vehicles and 8 uniformed officers to deal with the matter, where most of the time 6 officers where literally doing nothing with regards to the job on hand.

Meanwhile if you (the serf) requires the police to find your $2300 piece of iJunk, then there are no resources, as they are taken up by an 8:1 (police to serf) ratio if the crime is committed against a corporation.

As the masses should be aware the police are part of your 'friendly' government, BUT the 'problem' (for the herd population) is that the people in government see their own population as the primary enemy, as mentioned in numerous lectures by Noam Chomsky.

Therefore you (the serf) are literally the enemy of federal and state police force.

Government to access call logs and SMS

As part of the global nanny state agenda, governments want to access as much of your information as possible, from whatever sources under whatever pretexts.

Telecommunications infrastructure is owned by governments, where the data is able to be siphoned by whatever government agencies have been given access to it, despite the official resistance by whatever seemingly independent telecommunications corporations exist in that country.

The Indian government, under the label of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, has written a "Do Not Disturb' app in order to apparently, help the slave population solve the spam problem in India, which in reality does not need an app as this can be stopped within the telecommunications corporations themselves.

Despite whatever Apple officially states with regards to its data policies, in this case being that an App producer cannot access a user's call logs and SMS,  it is a company that collects, forwards or uses the data provider's (i.e. you, the 'user') information, where it cannot be trusted given the track record it has with deceiving users on how 'their' data is/was used.

We do not support the use of Apple products.

We do not support the use of apps, as the closed and proprietary environment of the app does not allow the end user to see where their data is going.

See article from 30 Nov 2018 from gsmarena.com of the headline:

India’s Do Not Disturb App is finally approved for iOS’ App Store

With spam callers increasingly becoming an issue all over the world, India set out to tackle the problem by implementing a “Do Not Disturb” app that could let users report spam numbers and register to a ‘do not call’ registry so that Indian subscribers can see relief from constant telemarketing calls.

The TRAI DND app works by letting users report phone numbers that make spam calls or SMS, although it eventually depends upon the carriers to take any action on those numbers (which rarely happens).

Apple and TRAI were in battle earlier this year, with TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) demanding Apple allow its DND app on the App Store. The app required access to the user's call logs and SMS, which is against App Store policies. Apple, thus, declined to have the app on the store, which threw TRAI in a hissy fit and repeatedly threaten to ban sales of iPhones in India. (Google, meanwhile, allowed the app on the Play Store.) This was back in July.

By August, things had settled down a bit, and TRAI said they will be taking advantage of the new feature in iOS 12 that allowed users to report spam calls and messages. TRAI finally released its app this week that uses this feature, without accessing any private data.

iPhone users in India can find the TRAI-DND app now at the App Store. In order to install the app, you must have the latest version of iOS 12.1 installed.

Police officer accused of tricking locksmiths to take possession of houses

Unfortunately this problem is just the tip of the iceberg, where the entire legal system i.e. from the administration to the judges, is responsible for the fraud, causing harm, defrauding the good people of Australia of their homes and livelihood.

Will the victims ever see 'justice'?

Probably not, as it's not on the agenda of the administration of this colony.

IBAC charges police officer over alleged 18-month fraud spree

A senior Victorian police officer has been charged over an alleged 18-month crime spree that included claims of fraudulently obtaining six properties, rorting Centrelink, postal theft, making false claims to bank staff and claiming she was someone else.

Sergeant Rosa Catherine Rossi, 56, has been charged by Victoria's corruption watchdog.

The sergeant from Corio did not face Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday when the extent of her alleged offending investigated by the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission was revealed.

Sergeant Rossi is accused of deceiving locksmiths to fraudulently take possession of houses in Malvern East, Chadstone, Brooklyn and three rural properties in Willaura, about 230 kilometres west of Melbourne.

On January 4, 2017, Sergeant Rossi allegedly wore her police uniform to the offices of Hobson Bay Council, where she allegedly induced a council employee to provide personal details of an alleged victim.

She also allegedly accessed the police database LEAP, without authorisation, to acquire information about the owner of a Malvern East home in October 2016.

A month later, she allegedly obtained the property by deception after telling a locksmith it was a deceased estate and she was the owner, according to charge sheets obtained by The Age.

An IBAC investigation dubbed Operation Salina also charged Sergeant Rossi with stealing items posted to three of the properties, while also fraudulently claiming rent assistance from Centrelink on behalf of another woman.

Sergeant Rossi, will face other charges of fraudulently claiming her private company Sweet Georgia Pty Ltd was a not-for-profit organisation, while also falsely declaring in a statutory declaration that she lived in Endeavour Hills.
She also allegedly provided false information to staff at the Commonwealth Bank on January 19 2017, when she applied for a loan on a property in Willaura.

And on June 15 2017, Sergeant Rossi allegedly signed a statutory declaration in Werribee that stated her name was Dianne Marshall.

Sergeant Rossi will face a committal mention hearing in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on January 14 next year.

Her co-accused, an inspector who lives in Lara, was charged by IBAC with three offences, including perjury, making a false statement and failing to produce a document.
The 73-year-old is due to appear before the Geelong Magistrates Court in February 2019.

Bankers' wars, bankers' migrants

It's been 100 years since what is called today World War I, where the children of the general population were conned into killing people in other countries, to become cannon fodder for a 'cousin's war', purely for the benefit of those in authority.

Since the internet age, much more information can be distributed via the two copper wires that were referred to once upon a time as the telegraph, where now the serfs can access information that points to wars being called 'bankers' wars', describing the bleeding obvious.

Many people may not realise that the actions of the people in government are not for the benefit of the tax slave population, but rather for the benefit to those who have power, authority and control over the general population.

ONE of the reasons for the influx of 'migrants' in 1788 to this land we now call Australia, was to exploit the resources of this land (to the maximum), for the financial benefit of the imperial government.

The Australian Government allowing Adani to conduct what some people may term as vandalism of the environment, is an example of such policy in action.

Today the people in the Australian Government allowed a mass 'migration' into Australia, for the reason that it's "good for the economy", in the mean time creating many problems for the good people of Australia.

A good example of a problem with regards to the sudden onslaught of human flesh on a city was 'documented' in pop culture in an episode of South Park, where the town is inundated with Hollywood 'stars' where the sewerage system could not handle the excrement from the Hollywood herd, giving birth to the character "Mr. Hankey", the Christmas Poo.

Today the migration into Australia, can easily be called the "bankers' migrants", as this action is for the benefit of the banking community, as one must obtain a mortgage (an engagement until one's death - death pledge) within a bank, where the term is literally headed that way in Australia, where it's already there in Japan as an example.

To the people in government it does not matter if you're employed or not.

If you are feeling down because you cannot find employment, as a result of the conditions created by those in government, then you are prescribed drugs to alter your state of mind, creating huge profits for the pharmaceutical industry, instead on focusing on the cause of your anxiety.

If you had a steady job, then outsourcing fixed you up, where any other imported slave could take your position for one third of the cost to the corporation.

To the people in government who cares if you have cancer, even before your use by date, as there may be 500 other 'applicants' willing to take your place for $30,000 per year less than you were payed.

Whatever low moral value migrants are imported into this colony, it's a 'success story', but for who?

'Low quality' imports, keep the court system busy, where even more staff need to be employed, e.g. police, judges, admin etc, to cater for the crimes committed against the 'good' people of Australia.

An allowed high rate of migration in Australia, causes a 'shortage' of houses, therefore increasing rent, and house prices, therefore putting more tax dollars into the coffers of those in government, where this is the "success story".

Slavery 101 in the digital world

When we obtain words or information from corporations we obtain directives that entice us into another action in business / commerce / trade with that corporation in the form of an advertisement.

The advertising world is a very tricky one, meaning it involves trickery.

A simple advertisement would be a brochure, a message on the television, or something as subtle as a price list.

A sneaky advertisement nowadays is when a news reader on the radio is conveying news stories, where without any noticeable pause of differentiation from the previous stories, the reader states that "we have 20% off this year's newest arrivals at (retailer's name)".

The postal service is the ol' tried and trusted way of distributing advertising material, where now it's put on the front of an envelope, as seen in the picture below.

Information today is a much more valuable commodity than good ol' fashioned gold, where any physical product has a 1:1 ratio, compared to 1:Many with regards to this product called (digital) information.

People are being 'enticed' (or rather conned) into providing information in a digitised format, as this is much easier for corporations to distribute than paper.

Australia's previous non compulsory census was done in paper format, where people were enticed to complete it online.

The 'problem' with the census being in paper format was that it had to be scanned, where it was an unnecessary cost to the business, before the information was sold for $41 million (profit) to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABN:26 331 428 522).

In order to lower the 'administration costs' the next census will be solely conducted online, where there is no talk (advertising) of a paper alternative.

If people are not given a choice, they do not live in a democracy, but rather a dictatorship, where in Australia, some may have the view that it's a corporate dictatorship.

Briefly, on the topic of cash, it is such an unnecessary expense to the administration, where going cashless is a much better option for the administration, where the serf population can be monitored and controlled where their movements can later be modified to suit whatever agenda is in stall for them.

Only your actions will determine how your 'person' (the product) will be shuffled from place to place in the digital abyss.

'Rewards' (in the form of cheap snacks) are given to puppies that are obedient to their masters, where "rewards points" are of similar calibre for being an obedient corporate slave.

How much did you sell 'your' data today for?

Maybe $2 per 50 litres of fuel?

Some people on social media may cry that "we need to help others".

The reality is first and foremost what have others done to help themselves?

Rape a heinous crime is just a 'stain' if you're a cop committing it

You know the story quite well.

If you're someone from the general population, a serf or tax slave, then the judiciary or more specifically a jury would consider the criminal action of rape a heinous one.

In the case of a Victoria Police employee, then it's just a 'stain'.

You know something that could be removed either with bleach or with something called time or even a corrupt system that will remove all reference to the criminal action.

But don't forget to pay your (unlawfully issued) fine or they WILL sell the land you live on from right under your feet.

Well, you know that's life in the colony called Australia, the 'lucky' country, well not for its victims of crime anyway.

See article below:

No defence for drink driving public but if you're a cop the whole union defends you

You know the story quite well.

The police will advertise their strong arm policies on drink driving, where the excuse is that if it only saves one life it's worth it.

There is literally no excuse for driving while drunk, right?

Well that may be the case if you're a serf or a tax slave.

The reality is different if you're a member of the government, or even a wife of a politician who's 'off her tits' (Aussie slang for drunk as a skunk), while in charge of a motor vehicle, who caused an accident, but the police deliberately let her off.

The best about part about the matter below is that the tax slaves payed $150,000 defending this drink driver  cop.

Just a reality check of:

- How corrupt the system is,

- What the cops can get away with, the serfs can't.

See article below:
