Government contract in a Territory in Australia

The Anglo-Masonic bureaucrats sure do know how to take care of themselves.

The folloing document, from a bygone era, is a 'Term of Engagement' with a Government authority, in a territory of Australia.

Pay particular attention to the Leave and Taxation paragraphs.

Fun fact: Australia has three territories on the mainland, where the other little known one is Jervis Bay.

Can you record in court?

Happy Australia Day, but not for everyone.

The 26th of January is marked as Australia Day, you know, when the British 'pirates' arrived in an 'invasion' format (no prior treaty formed, like with New Zealand?), with ships full of criminals, where first and foremost Martial Law was installed on all 'persons' on the land, which lasted for 40 years until the enactment of the Australian Courts Act (UK) 1828.

That date, Friday the 25th of July 1828, is when the corrupt Anglo-Masonic legal system took a stranglehold on the inhabitants of this land.

When one enters a 'Kangaroo court of Australia', one may/will obtain (deliberately) false information by persons within the court either by spoken word or in writing.

In many Victorian courts, one may be greeted by a sign referring to the Court Security Act 1980 in particular Section 4A, with reference that recording is not allowed.

See reference:

https://classic.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/vic/consol_act/csa1980205/s4a.html

Well, this is a deliberate lie from the Anglo-Masonic legal system.

Putting aside a Section 78B (of the Judiciary Act (1903)), as to whether or not the Act is lawfully in circulation, which it’s not, but that is beyond the scope of this article, what the legal system is deliberately keeping from you is another Victorian law, that being the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006, specifically Section 15, paying special attention to (2)(e):

(2)     Every person has the right to freedom of expression which includes the freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, whether within or outside Victoria and whether—

(e)     in another medium chosen by him or her.

This is where a digital or analogue recording falls into this category, "another medium".

See reference:

http://www7.austlii.edu.au/cgi-bin/viewdoc/au/legis/vic/consol_act/cohrara2006433/s15.html

In any event, the matter has been settled within then Supreme Court of Victoria, where at law ‘you’ ( or in legal terms: a ‘person’) can record all personal affairs in the place of business called a Victorian court.

Another exposé of corruption and deception.

Australia's internet speed still dropping

The place that everyone knows as Australia is actually a colony, and in this colony corruption is rife.

At the end of the [business] day, Australia can be regarded as a crime scene, but that's another story worthy of a few tomes.

So who pays for all this corruption?

Do the politicians pay for it?

Do the 'money for mates' setup corporations pay for it?

NO, it is 'we, the people' who pay for it, and dearly too.

ALL these project blow outs are are rort at the taxpayers expense, where there 'should' be an inquiry where heads are to roll, but that will  never happen in this corrupt land.

The royal commission into the banking and finance industry did not compensate one single applicant, nor did any corporate heads get the axe.

The NBN project was a rort at the taxpayer's expense, where a substandard 'essential service' was provided. but as we see, no inquiry in sight.

In Defense of Demonized Carbon Dioxide

From an op-ed in today’s WSJ titled “In Defense of Carbon Dioxide” by Harrison Schmitt, an adjunct professor of engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an Apollo 17 astronaut, and a former U.S. senator from New Mexico; and William Happer, professor of physics at Princeton University and a former director of the office of energy research at the U.S. Department of Energy:

Of all of the world’s chemical compounds, none has a worse reputation than carbon dioxide. Thanks to the single-minded demonization of this natural and essential atmospheric gas by advocates of government control of energy production, the conventional wisdom about carbon dioxide is that it is a dangerous pollutant. That’s simply not the case. Contrary to what some would have us believe, increased carbon dioxide in the atmosphere will benefit the increasing population on the planet by increasing agricultural productivity.

The cessation of observed global warming for the past decade or so has shown how exaggerated NASA’s and most other computer predictions of human-caused warming have been—and how little correlation warming has with concentrations of atmospheric carbon dioxide. As many scientists have pointed out, variations in global temperature correlate much better with solar activity and with complicated cycles of the oceans and atmosphere. There isn’t the slightest evidence that more carbon dioxide has caused more extreme weather.

We know that carbon dioxide has been a much larger fraction of the earth’s atmosphere than it is today, and the geological record shows that life flourished on land and in the oceans during those times. The incredible list of supposed horrors that increasing carbon dioxide will bring the world is pure belief disguised as science.

Harrison H. Schmitt and William Happer: In Defense of Carbon Dioxide

The demonized chemical compound is a boon to plant life and has little correlation with global temperature.

Of all of the world's chemical compounds, none has a worse reputation than carbon dioxide. Thanks to the single-minded demonization of this natural and essential atmospheric gas by advocates of government control of energy production, the conventional wisdom about carbon dioxide is that it is a dangerous pollutant. That's simply not the case. Contrary to what some would have us believe, increased carbon dioxide in the atmosphere will benefit the increasing population on the planet by increasing agricultural productivity.

The cessation of observed global warming for the past decade or so has shown how exaggerated NASA's and most other computer predictions of human-caused warming have been—and how little correlation warming has with concentrations of atmospheric carbon dioxide. As many scientists have pointed out, variations in global temperature correlate much better with solar activity and with complicated cycles of the oceans and atmosphere. There isn't the slightest evidence that more carbon dioxide has caused more extreme weather.

The current levels of carbon dioxide in the earth's atmosphere, approaching 400 parts per million, are low by the standards of geological and plant evolutionary history. Levels were 3,000 ppm, or more, until the Paleogene period (beginning about 65 million years ago). For most plants, and for the animals and humans that use them, more carbon dioxide, far from being a "pollutant" in need of reduction, would be a benefit. This is already widely recognized by operators of commercial greenhouses, who artificially increase the carbon dioxide levels to 1,000 ppm or more to improve the growth and quality of their plants.

Using energy from sunlight—together with the catalytic action of an ancient enzyme called rubisco, the most abundant protein on earth—plants convert carbon dioxide from the air into carbohydrates and other useful molecules. Rubisco catalyzes the attachment of a carbon-dioxide molecule to another five-carbon molecule to make two three-carbon molecules, which are subsequently converted into carbohydrates. (Since the useful product from the carbon dioxide capture consists of three-carbon molecules, plants that use this simple process are called C3 plants.) C3 plants, such as wheat, rice, soybeans, cotton and many forage crops, evolved when there was much more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere than today. So these agricultural staples are actually undernourished in carbon dioxide relative to their original design.

At the current low levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide, rubisco in C3 plants can be fooled into substituting oxygen molecules for carbon-dioxide molecules. But this substitution reduces the efficiency of photosynthesis, especially at high temperatures. To get around the problem, a small number of plants have evolved a way to enrich the carbon-dioxide concentration around the rubisco enzyme, and to suppress the oxygen concentration. Called C4 plants because they utilize a molecule with four carbons, plants that use this evolutionary trick include sugar cane, corn and other tropical plants.

Although C4 plants evolved to cope with low levels of carbon dioxide, the workaround comes at a price, since it takes additional chemical energy. With high levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, C4 plants are not as productive as C3 plants, which do not have the overhead costs of the carbon-dioxide enrichment system.

That's hardly all that goes into making the case for the benefits of carbon dioxide. Right now, at our current low levels of carbon dioxide, plants are paying a heavy price in water usage. Whether plants are C3 or C4, the way they get carbon dioxide from the air is the same: The plant leaves have little holes, or stomata, through which carbon dioxide molecules can diffuse into the moist interior for use in the plant's photosynthetic cycles.

The density of water molecules within the leaf is typically 60 times greater than the density of carbon dioxide in the air, and the diffusion rate of the water molecule is greater than that of the carbon-dioxide molecule.

So depending on the relative humidity and temperature, 100 or more water molecules diffuse out of the leaf for every molecule of carbon dioxide that diffuses in. And not every carbon-dioxide molecule that diffuses into a leaf gets incorporated into a carbohydrate. As a result, plants require many hundreds of grams of water to produce one gram of plant biomass, largely carbohydrate.

Driven by the need to conserve water, plants produce fewer stomata openings in their leaves when there is more carbon dioxide in the air. This decreases the amount of water that the plant is forced to transpire and allows the plant to withstand dry conditions better.

Crop yields in recent dry years were less affected by drought than crops of the dust-bowl droughts of the 1930s, when there was less carbon dioxide. Nowadays, in an age of rising population and scarcities of food and water in some regions, it's a wonder that humanitarians aren't clamoring for more atmospheric carbon dioxide. Instead, some are denouncing it.

We know that carbon dioxide has been a much larger fraction of the earth's atmosphere than it is today, and the geological record shows that life flourished on land and in the oceans during those times. The incredible list of supposed horrors that increasing carbon dioxide will bring the world is pure belief disguised as science.

Mr. Schmitt, an adjunct professor of engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, was an Apollo 17 astronaut and a former U.S. senator from New Mexico. Mr. Happer is a professor of physics at Princeton University and a former director of the office of energy research at the U.S. Department of Energy.

P.S.

Therefore 'Cabon Tax' is another global governments fraud.

Privacy law, does it truly protect you?

Since 1788 Australia has become an ‘open range’ prison camp, where surveillance of the inhabitants was always high on the agenda.

As technology progressed so did the surveillance on the population, until the pinnacle of surveillance occurred via tower triangulation of mobile phone users and the advent of the Five Eyes (Anglosphere) global surveillance network.

As time goes on more surveillance occurs on the general population together with data collection.

The general population is deliberately conned/put into a false sense of security, with the term ‘anonymised’ data collection, alluding that data collected about that person from that person’s device does not identify that person.

Australia’s privacy law was never designed to truly protect anyone from the serf pool, where even if it does look good on paper, any court action may seem futile.

Officially, in Victoria, a person has privacy rights under the Privacy and Data Protection Act from 2014, even though we have been connected to the WWW  (World Wide Web) for over 20 years prior.

That's how deliberatly lacking the governmernt is in allegedly protecting the people.

Does the government take 20 years to implement revenue (as opposed to safety) devices such as speed cameras after their inception?

The above mentioned Act does not apply to that person’s health information, or how 'Commonwealth' agencies use the data, meaning the can (and do) misuse it, it's just that 'we' (the people) cannot prove this as the government will not allow us to have access to how they use our data.

Most worrisome, it also does not apply to ‘private organisations’ (i.e. companies and charities), meaning any person that holds an ACN (Austalian Company Number) or registered charity which in fact could serve as a data collection front, even thought these entities are allegedly covered by other privacy law.

Indian rape culture at La Trobe University

A false representation of the people at La Trobe uni.

A huge problem, that is swept under the carpet by staff and campus security and external authorities, e.g. police, is that of harassment and assault of women at La Trobe University.

La Trobe uni is not what it used to be where it was a university for ‘our’ (i.e. Aussies parent’s) students, where now it is corporatised putting priority on overseas intake, as there is more money to be made than from Australian students, as it’s all about ‘the economy’.

La Trobe uni is now overflowing with trash, low (moral) value humans from India, Pakistan and the Middle East, humans that the Australian Government has brought in that society does not need nor actually want.

Information about campus life was provided by a woman on the condition of anonymity, where in a  shocking recollection, she mention an incident where she was encircled and harassed by eight men of Indian appearance where she barely escaped without getting injured.

She explained that occurrences of this calibre are not ‘isolated’ incidents but campus security that is also ‘outsourced’ by people of similar ilk take no action.

A place where one can get assaulted.

Horrendous actions like this have led women to leave their education at La Trobe behind and seek alternative solutions.

“This is not a good look for Australia” she stated, and not a safe place to be.

The mainstream media amplifies domestic violence perpetrated by men against women, yet there is no focus on low quality immigrants that come into Australia, bringing their ‘rape’ culture into the colony.

Keeping in mind that all the government cares about is the economy, but what is good for the economy may not be good for the people.

Will the importation of trash stop?

No, the government will double down, i.e. import more, for the ‘economy’.

Australia – Importing criminals since 1788.

Consumer Warning: Air Purifiers scam revealed!

Are you interested in air purifiers?

  • Did you purchase one based on the reseller's advertising information?
  • Did the reseller point you to specific important information you 'need' to know?
  • Did you obtain all the necessary information from the manufacturer's product manual?

There is one important metric that is 'hidden' from consumers, that being the CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate)

Indian criminals prospering in Australia

The colonialisation of this land has quite sordid beginnings and even tough after some settling down the immigration policies by those in government over the years are quite questionable to say the least.

Years ago, the catch phrase by the authorities was to allegedly stop the “boat people”, a similar scenario for people living here before 1788.

So these boat people were to start off on this land by committing a criminal act, that being entering illegally.

Well that is no longer the case, as times have changed, where ‘we’ (the people) no longer have “boat people”, i.e. criminals entering this nation, but rather we now have “plane people” meaning criminals entering this nation by plane, where there is allegedly more control on who steps foot on this Australia’s soil.

Irrespective of this so called control, immigration policy over the past generation or more has deliberately brought in disproportionately huge criminal elements from places like India the Middle East and Africa.

What’s worse is that when or rather if caught, there is very little the authorities do, and certainly there is no deportation to “go back where you came from”.

Basically these creature are here to stay to cause more dis-ease/harm in the community.

‘Social media’ sites like YouTube, that are owned by advertising corporations, have devoted content creators like
ScammerPaybackScambaiter, Kitboga, Jim Browning, just to name a few, that expose criminals from the Indian region but in reality the local authorities are (deliberately) doing too little, as most of the victims are Westerners.

‘Indian’ (Indian/Bangladeshi/Pakistani/Nepalese, etc) scammers are no longer the stereotypical call centre criminals committing fraud over the internet, where in Australia they have diversified into the building and services, people moving and real estate industries, just to name a few.

The building industry is rife with low quality (Indian/Pakistani/etc) as well as Middle Eastern 'builders', where the word is not to touch any property that is worked on by them.

So what are the authorities doing about it? Pretty much - nothing, or rather handing out more builder's licences to criminal operators.

"Australia, the lucky country", aye?
