WARNING – Do not download the new COVID app

The Victorian government wants you to download the new COVID app and you should not do it!

The previous app was a total failure where the government stated that the source code was given but in reality core components were hidden from the public not making total transparency as you were alluded to.

The app failed in its core advertised function, that being to detect and communicate with regards to people with alleged infections.

This new app is another ‘failure’ that the government wants you to download or purchase ‘purchase’ (with zero dollars exchanged) where data gathering non related to COVID is the sole purpose.

Apps can and do contain malicious code outside of the advertised function that works to your detriment.

DO NOT download this app!

Another useless app, 'money for mates' job that cost Victorian tax payers how much?

Do not pay the $5000 (COVID) fine

The message is very simple.

Do not pay any fine in relation to COVID.

Whether it's $200, $1652 or $4957 that is issued by Victoria Police.

With every single fine you have the right, or rather it is your obligation to have the matter heard in court.

Seek the correct legal advice in order to be prepared.

In short the fines have not been issued lawfully.

After giving your 'details' (name, address and date of birth), ANY further interaction with police must be met with a 'no comment' response.

It is irrespective of what you may think or have been taught prior by some internet 'gurus', or whatever the bait question is, or even however you feel that your seemingly innocuous response of  "I remember being born a free man" is.

MANY people suggest not paying the fine, but also when the reminder notices come, they also suggest a 'no contract' sticker response or something similar, where this does not make the fine go away as suggested by those who have taken this path, but rather the fine progresses to 'sheriff' stage.

While some people have staved off the actions of the sheriff, this is out of reach for all but a few in Victoria.

Who knows, if you don't pay their 'COVID' fine, by the time it gets to court and after a few appeals you may be part of a class action lawsuit against the government.

NOTE:

Remember to always record your interaction with the police, either in their face or with a hidden recorder, as this can make all the difference in court.

The police lie, deceive the court, tamper with evidence and also do commit an illegal activity when issuing a fine.

It is up to you to catch them, get them to admit it, then take action at a point in time in the not too distant future.

Government guilty of manslaughter

The government of Victoria, under the dictatorship of Herr Kommandant Daniel Michael Andrews is guilty of manslaughter, 768 charges of it:

Let's see how the corrupt legal system covers this up!

Trust the police – Interference with jury

‘Trial by jury’ is the way to go as opposed to a star chamber which is still executed on this land, but that topic is for another time.

Some people erroneously believe that trial by jury is to occur in all criminal matters including road traffic offences.

MANY people still say trust the police, where the (NSW) police say people must fear them, hardly signs of a democracy but rather a totalitarian/fascist state.

Why can’t you trust the police?

Because in ANY legal matter, criminal or otherwise the police can interfere with evidence and even people, which they do in many court cases around the land.

Yesterday, 27th of September 2020, the Australian population was informed that in the ‘Trial of the Century’ Lindy Chamberlain was incarcerated as a result of a jury being tampered with by police.

During the television programme it was also very clear that the presiding judge James Muirhead was not ‘fair and impartial’

The case should be called the ‘Mistrial of the Century’.

The police and the ‘justice' business should now sued to hell and back.

It’s that simple.

In today's metadata driven world it is easy to interfere with jury/witnesses etc, by the authorities.

Australia is truly a legal basket case.

Authorities dumbing people down losing the true meaning of words or actions

When you come to this colony you can lose a lot.

It’s like coming to a different version of a communist Chinese state.

You can lose your ’human rights’.

You can lose your right to ‘free’ speech (whatever that really means) where a knock on your door from the thought police, as shown in the Tom Cruise film Minority Report (2002) has happened to Australians.

You lose the ability to separate fact from fiction with falsified occurrences by the authorities on a range of topics.

Last but not least you lost your right to ‘Innocent until proven otherwise’ in allegedly committed criminal offences on the road where at law strict liability or absolute liability applies meaning that you are guilty off the bat.

In real countries, people can have all sorts of icons to look up to, such as philosophers, mathematicians, inventors, explorers and even conquerors and in more modern times ‘humanitarians’.

The ‘culture’ of the people of these nations is that this history of these achievements is not forgotten but rather remembered, taught in public schooling for future generations to honour.

Come to this land that started out as an ‘economic project’ and what is the primary objective of the authorities?

To dumb you down if you’re a member of the serf population, or someone not supported by the system.

They distract you with trivial events, taking focus away from the important aspects of life.

In today’s modern world they glorify useless ‘influencers’ where impressionable children (of the corporate fodder) get shown how degraded women can make a lot of cash (corporate promissory notes) easily.

Sport has long been a tool for distracting the masses where in this colony ‘VFL’ was quickly set up for the plebs to be distracted.

In real countries people can expect calendar days that celebrate freedom from oppression, saying no to tyranny or even homage to harvest.

So what can one expect from a (modern) colony called Australia?

A birthday celebrating its monarch, a different day in almost every state, basically a lie, irrespective of the convenient  excuse.

In Victoria, the plebs in old’ Melbourne Town can take a day away from their menial jobs called St. Horse’s Day or Melbourne Cup, where you get to see people floggin’ a horse for profit.

In recent times the new ‘religion’ that was formed in 1896 is now worthy of a day off from work where its ‘pilgrims’ can  watch how their favourite Neanderthals get richer and richer throwing and kicking an oblong bladder.

Why is it worthy?

Because it generates almost a billion dollars, well not in these ‘virus times’, but the show must still go on, where the people involved are immune from the laws restricting travel the rest of the serfs must endure.

The ‘influencers’ in this colony have long been labelling sports people as ‘heroes’, which in reality they are far from that.

Fire-fighters, ambulance officers who save the lives of people unknown to them while risking their own can be labelled as heroes, even if it is to them ‘just doing their job’.

Humanitarians pulling people out of war torn areas, or even the average Joe who has saved a life or few under extreme conditions can be labelled as a hero.

Sports people are not ‘heros’, irrespective of their death defying feats, they’re not heros in real countries, so why are they in this colony?

So, upon his death to read that Australian cricketer Dean Jones was a ‘hero’ is quite a fallacy, not to take away that merit from the eyes of his 11 year old son.

People in gov to commit criminal offences?

How does that saying go again?

“Nothing to hide, nothing to fear”, right?

Well that applies to the plebs and not those in government, silly.

They have everything to hide, because their actions are not lawful.

How does that other saying go again?

“It’s legal, until you get caught”

That’s pretty much how all those in positions of power operate.

How can you trust any person in government if their objective is to deceive you and deliberately keeping information from you.

You won’t be off to a good start if you’re accused in an alleged criminal action (e.g. travelling faster than an allegedly allowed velocity), and you're up against people who do not provide you with ALL the necessary documentation.

Even worse when they got the magistrate/judge in their pocket.

If any of those people in government have the intention of committing a criminal activity, then they do not deserve their tax payer funded position, as this would be also the case in the ‘real world’, i.e. a job loss in a company/for a private employer.

If Daniel Michael Andrews and his cronies worked in the ‘real world’ they would have been removed from their positions and not being able to get another job, which happens to many serfs when they stuff up.

At the end of the day how do you know these people are lying?

Their lips are moving!

The brotherhood lives long and strong covering up the criminal actions of their brethren.

Just as long as the people are beaten into subservience is all that matters, COVID or no COVID.

NEVER pay a fine!

Do not pay a fine, especially one issued by a dodgy corporation with a name such as  ‘NSW Pollce Force’.

Why should you not pay a fine?

Well, quite simply put a fine is an ‘allegation’ of wrongdoing, which in Australian states and territories is a matter of a question of law.

The authorities will try to extort cash out of you in various ways, and its up to you to expose their lies and deception.

Brave also exposes your internet address, Firefox loses functionality

War on privacy!

The authorities claim that there’s always some sort of war, you know a war on terror, waste, drugs or whatever other topic is befitting for that month.

The ‘war’ that the people are facing is one on their (internet) privacy, where the front is your smart phone.

False companies are setup under the ‘advertising’ banner that obtain your metadata and pass it on to government players, yes including the ‘bad’/rogue governments.

In a previous article we explained how Firefox leaks your internet address, where some people have suggested to use Brave which is based on Google’s Chrome product.

Anything Google based means that there is zero respect for your privacy, meaning that you’re going to get data mined, where the data is going to be on some government server.

A more tech savvy person may say the since Brave is Chrome based you can change the WebRTC settings under link chrome://flags, where you can disable up to 5 setting with reference to WebRTC.

Well, here’s the unfortunate part for your privacy.

 It doesn’t work.

As a result we do not recommend using Brave if you value your privacy.

Mozilla have also screwed you over with regards to your privacy where they have removed the “about:config” function which allowed you disable WebRTC leaks in its updated version of Firefox for Android.

If you must use apps you should be looking for the ones that are not GSF (Google Services Framework) dependent.

Stay away from them like the plague or you know, COVID.

See article on Firefox at:

https://www.ghacks.net/2020/08/07/three-reasons-not-to-upgrade-to-the-new-firefox-for-android-browser-right-now/

21 September 2020

Android Firefox exposes your address

In today’s modern world the masses are taught that upgrades are supposed to be good, but good for who?

If you bought something from a manufacturer it might be good for you, and also for the manufacturer as they made a profit from you, but if you only bought it just once, then it maybe not so good for the company, so they could hinder the design of a product with the plan for ‘upgrades’ already on the drawing board in order to maximise/extort profits from their customers.

In the automotive industry the upgrade path is a bit more obvious in an example from Model T Ford to a newer vehicle will not only give better ‘creature’ (because that’s what some of your are, just ‘creatures’) comforts like air-conditioning, automatic windows but also safety features like (real) brakes and safety lights.

Since the advent of mobile internet connected devices the so called upgrades are a bit more dubious.

Apple in its first rendition of the iPhone did not have copy and paste enabled in the software, where other companies did so in their archaic PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants), where also hardware inside the iPhone was limited by software switches enabled in the next ‘update’. NOT a very honest company, right?

Today’s I.T. corporations are all about metadata and so called ‘advertising’ (read: government corporation data collection) for a ‘better user experience’ (whatever that means) but in reality that data is harvested to be used against you in the future.

Smart phone apps (or programs) are the worst privacy offenders and that’s why corporations are pushing you the consumer data generator to use them, despite the illusion that you have disabled an access setting via a software toggle switch.

Web browsers on a smart phone provide less access to information than apps can obtain, but those days are coming to an end soon.

An essential element to your internet privacy is something called your IP (Internet Protocol) address, e.g. 216.58.200.101 (in this case Google’s email server).

Device fingerprinting and browser fingerprinting are the two major ways corporations are now using to identify you personally on the internet, irrespective of how they deny this publicly.

In previous versions of Firefox (for Android) you could lessen your footprint or somewhat hide your IP address from sites in a setting where it’s tested under a WebRTC Leak Test, as seen in the screen capture below.

If you ‘upgrade’ to a new version of Mozilla’s Firefox for Android smart phones , your ability to go into that setting is removed by the corporation, therefore making you more vulnerable to online fraud or even doxing.

This also exposes your IPv6 address which also uniquely identifies you and is more dangerous to your online privacy, as seen in the edited screen capture below:

To protect your IP address from leaking within Firefox, in the address bar type about:config and toggle media.peerconnection.enabled to false.

To test if your pissing your IP address all over the internet go to:

https://browserleaks.com/webrtc

We do not recommend updating or even using a version of Firefox, if you cannot disable WebRTC leaks.

So, you think DuckDuckGo (the Android web browsing app) is any better?

It's quackin' your IP address all over the joint:

Police remove inciting post

Trust the police?

Um, never!

Record all of your interactions with police, hidden or in plain sight!

What the peasants get accused of, the police get away with.

More often than not the police deceive the court, falsify or tamper with evidence or act illegally with regards to the accused (i.e. a member of the serf population).

MANY people are of the ill-conceived idea that in this colony, they live in a ‘democracy’ or even have something called ‘free’ speech.

People may be aware that recently the police have been door knocking for a ‘fishing’ expedition with regards to the person (allegedly) posting on social media, their opinions, mainly with regards to gatherings or protests.

It is irrelevant what the police consider inciting or even illegal, where all they are doing is getting that person to incriminate themselves.

If the police come knocking on your door with regards to an alleged post in your name or another person’s name, on social media, you are under zero obligation at law to answer ANY of their questions, where your response should be for them to leave or answered with a ‘no comment’.

If they are hand delivering a so called alleged infringement notice, you should feel very special, where you 'deal' with it, i.e. take the matter to court.

Victoria Police posted an ‘inciting’ post on social media, where they later removed it.
