Australia Post offering next level of surveillance to authorities

As we should know, Australia is part of the top tier surveillance nations, that being in the 5eyes.

As such the latest technology is used to surveil the inhabitants of the colony.

Tower triangulation, Assisted GPS and just plain ol' GPS are used to obtain the location of the subject's phone.

The above technologies have limited capacity indoors, depending on the conditions.

So, with the advent of a certain global situation, WiFi and Bluetooth scanning has been implemented to track the serfs.

As time goes on, one of the aims of the authorities is to amass more and more information on the plebs.

As if the introduction of WiFi and Bluetooth scanning was not enough, enter a new era of indoor surveillance via WiFi, called beamforming.

Briefly,

Beamforming will pinpoint your position more accurately, therefore allowing authorities a more precise location of your phone, even if you're on the throne surfing the interwebs.

At the moment, this technology is used within the router for WiFi, but nationwide rollout to towers is also a reality.

This will help authorities tracking people at protests, gatherings or even lawful constituents directing their public servant to 'serve' them they way they are supposed to.

We do not recommend taking mobile phones, either smart or dumb (i.e. feature) to gatherings where one may not want to be tracked or identified at.

Basically, unless 'mandatory' (which may not be out of the question in the police state of Victoria) for your specific conditions, leave your phone at home.
