The lies of the real estate industry: Michael Hutchence’s "home" for sale

One of the biggest industries in Australia, apart from government itself where a constant barrage of lies emanate from, is the real estate industry.

AS we know the government is stakeholder of this real estate industry where the bigger the lies the more profit is generated from those lies which ‘persons’ in government benefit from.

No one, in their right mind would “bite the hand that feeds it” now would they, so it is not in the government’s modus operandi to attend to this multi-generational false advertising (an illegal action) issue.

So, ‘consumers’, customers or whatever other legal jargon the poindexters deep within government annals decide to label the tax slave serfs purchasing a limited lease on the land they have limited dominion over, the government sits idly by profiteering, from the lies spewing out of the mouths of the lowly regarded (by many, up there with with used car salespeople) realtors.

In a recent advertisement, you were led to believe that you are going to purchase Michael Hutchence’s childhood home.

By any stretch of the imagination of a so called ‘normal’ person one would be seeing in one’s mind that one would be purchasing as a piece of land not only containing grass and trees but most importantly the house you know a kitchen, lounge room, laundry and bedroom where a young Michael would be growing up and running around in, because after all that’s what the advertisement states remembering that Optus got financially penalised many time for ‘false advertising’.

WELL, guess what?

You ain't gonna get no house which Mikey resided in!

You are going to get an abomination of a modern home, with zero ties to the original home which was torn down.

So, some internet 'guru' may point out that you were notified that the home you are purchasing is not Mikey's original one, sure that may be true.

BUT, as in the Optus case, the advertisement, on it's physical store that got you through the doors was false, just like the headline that got you into the article.

Once again it's people's ignorance, indifference, and total lack of action that will allow this type of fraud to keep continuing.
