Tiger Woods vs Richard Pratt

In a recent Australian TV media circus, a televised apology was given by Tiger Woods.

It was a carefully scripted, non emotional piece of work constructed by the lawyers.

Tiger Woods was crucified by the mass media circus and everything was aired and thrown into the faces of the general populous.

These details are NOT news nor are they really essential to anything really.

ON THE OTHER HAND :

We have someone here in Australia placed VERY HIGH in the SOCIAL TREE, by the name of Richard Pratt, who had a wife AND a MISTRESS, who he had an ILLEGITIMATE child with.

In this society this is unacceptable behaviour and it's called ADULTERY.

BUT

Since Pratt was part of the social ruling elite, there was a blanket ban on reporting any details of his affairs. ALL the people in the immediate social circle were /are aware of his affair.

Pratt was nabbed for a ~ $700,000,000 fraud, BUT only fined 36 million (5%) of the total amount.

Corporate Crime in Australia Pays, PROVIDED you have the correct support, from the business, law or Masonic Brotherhood

Social Welfare Rip off

The recent death of an old person (not named) resulted in the end of a era of their fraudulent claims to Australian Welfare and overseas welfare.

This person had a few identities and continued to 'milk' institutions for illegitimate welfare claims.

Certain people were aware of the fraudulent claims BUT nothing was done.

The reason why this post is 'political' as some people are 'allowed' to get away with these things and some will be charged as criminals.

This also has to do with the fact of which clique you belong to, and if you are supported enough by them.

Price posts dolled-up photo of daughter online

Glamour model (???) Katie Price has infuriated former husband Peter Andre after she posted a photo of their two-year-old daughter wearing makeup on Facebook.

Former singer Andre, 36, is said to be angry over the photo of Princess Tiaamii wearing eyeshadow, lip gloss and what appears to be her mother's fake eyelashes, UK newspaper The Daily Star reports.

What do you think of children wearing makeup? Go to the bottom of the page to have your say

The stunt has also sparked controversy with claims it could attract pedophiles, and will reportedly feature on Price's upcoming reality television show What Katie Did Next.

Do you think Katie Price went too far?

Peter Andre's spokeswoman told the Star he would be angry over the photo, which was posted on Price's sister Sophie's Facebook page.

"Peter totally disagrees with anything like this —: he has said in the past he hates Kate colouring Junior's hair and straightening Princess's," the spokeswoman said.

Price has remained silent on the controversy, despite calls for social workers to intervene.

GP and former director of the Conservative Family Institute Dr Adrian Rogers said he questioned Price's suitability as a parent.

"If you make toddlers look like women with sexual things like long eyelashes and red lipstick, it's hardly surprising there are some sad pedophiles who find this attractive," Dr Rogers told the newspaper.

This IS news ??? !!! ???

Just another example of TRASH BREEDING.

Katie Price (aka Jordan ) nothing more nothing less than an OVERPRICED WHORE.

The politics behind all this is to bring these BRAIN DEAD IDIOTS to the public eye so that they can degrade the next generation.

WHAT AN INSPIRATION TO SOCIETY :- GLAMOUR MODEL.

Escaped rapist arrested in Victoria

The child rapist who escaped a Victorian compound for sex offenders has been apprehended by police.

The man, who cannot be identified, fled the building in the early hours of Wednesday morning despite wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet.

He was arrested without incident by two police officers about 11.05am this morning outside a Landsborough hotel, about 20km from the Ararat compound in Victoria's southwest.

The criminal had been living in the centre since being released from nearby Ararat Jail after serving nine years for the rape of a teenage girl during a home invasion.

The compound housed 23 of the state's worst sex offenders.

A public outcry had earlier swept the state after authorities revealed that he had disappeared because his ankle bracelet did not contain a GPS.

The device alerted police that he had fled the compound at 1.50am on Wednesday morning — but could not provide any details on where he had gone.

There was also a public backlash over a court suppression order that banned name or picture being published — despite being a criminal on the loose.

Laws like this are ONLY supportive of CRIMINALS.

This shows how the government is NOT SERIOUS about the protection of it's TAX PAYERS.

YOU CAN RAPE CHILDREN and NOT EVEN GO TO JAIL.

Truly a CONVICT NATION.

Driver fined $108 for blowing nose

A British man has been fined $108 for blowing his nose while stuck in traffic.

Michael Mancini said he was in disbelief when police pulled him over in October 2009 and alleged he had not been in control of his vehicle when he wiped his nose.

He was subsequently fined $108 and lost three points on his driving licence, Sky News reports.

"I genuinely thought they were joking," Mr Mancini was quoted as saying.

Mr Mancini has refused to pay the penalty, with his solicitors writing to prosecutors earlier this month saying he was in charge of the vehicle because the handbrake was on.

Prosecutors replied saying if the fine was not paid the case would be taken to court.

Mr Mancini said he "intends on taking this all the way to the court".

Another example of testing the boundaries for the creating of a SLAVE NATION.

Anglo (U.K, U.S and Australia) test beds are established and new ways are 'tested' on how the public react and new laws brought in, which ultimately enslave the general public, and NOT the criminal element.

CHILD SEX MOLESTER WALKS FREE

In Victoria, Australia, a CHILD SEX OFFENDER was given an 'ankle bracetlet', as he was on 'home detention' which was only valid for boundaries near the prison.

The offender escaped, and cannot be tracked, as the bracelet is NOT GPS equipped.

The government DELIBERATLEY lets a SEX OFFENDER walk free, whislt fining someone who blows their nose in a car.

Blatant LAWS FOR CRIMINALS.

Father sues Vic govt over bridge death

A father whose son committed suicide by jumping from Melbourne's West Gate Bridge will sue the Victorian government which he says failed to install barriers which could have prevented the death.

Ali Halkic is angry the Victorian government will spend $20 million on colourful lights for the bridge but failed to take heed of recommendations by two coroners to install suicide barriers.

Mr Halkic's son Allem took his life last February after he was allegedly bullied on a social networking website.

His death came just days after the death of four-year-old Darcey Freeman, who was allegedly thrown from the bridge by her father Arthur Phillip Freeman.

Authorities began installing suicide barriers after the deaths.

Mr Halkic said that in 2004 and 2005 separate coroner's rulings recommended suicide barriers be installed but nothing was done.

He said his son would not have died had barriers been installed.

"Why did it take the loss of my son to incorporate immediate action," Mr Halkic said.

"The majority of suicides are impulsive. We are talking about the ones that could have been prevented and the opportunity taken away from them."

He said he was sickened when he heard $20 million would be spent on lights.

"When I heard him (Victorian Premier John Brumby) gloating about it, they don't take families into consideration that have lost family on the West Gate," Mr Halkic said.

"I don't want to see the bridge illuminated to remind me of my son, where he died, every single day of my life."

He wants the state government to acknowledge the barriers are working and offer medical and psychological support to families.

Already two other families are joining the legal action and Mr Halkic hopes more will follow.

Mr Brumby said the government acted on the advice of experts which was to install the barriers when it was doing a major upgrade of the bridge.

"Any suicide, any loss of life is a tragedy and I feel very deeply for the families concerned," he said on Thursday.

"But I think in terms of the steps we're taking ... (the permanent barriers on the West Gate) are positive steps and they are steps that are designed to save lives in the future."

The government could NOT CARE less about the death of an individual. To them it's just another statstic.

What is important is to give money $ to $ mates for unnecessary contract work i.e installation of lights on the Westage bridge.

Once you rely on the government for the welfare of your child, they are earmakred for the position of CANON FODDER.

At one point in time there was one death daily from the top of the Westage Bridge,
BUT there is a general media moratorium on this subject.

Australian houses 'world's least affordable'

Australia has the least affordable houses in the world, according to a ranking of international housing markets.

From a total of 23 Australian regions included in Demographia's Sixth International Housing Affordability Survey, 22 were labelled severely unaffordable and Australia scored the worst housing affordability rating in the world, followed by Canada.

Demographia calculated the ratings by diving median house prices by annual median household income and named Vancouver as the least affordable market in the world.

Sydney was ranked second, with the Sunshine Coast, Darwin and the Gold Coast rounding out the top five.

Melbourne and Wollongong also made the top ten, coming in at eigth and tenth respectively.

In Sydney, nearly 57 percent of the average income is needed to pay the mortgage on the average house, compared to just 13.4 percent in Dallas, Texas, one of the most affordable major city housing markets in the world.

The average dwelling price in Sydney rose 11.6 percent last year to $475,000, just above the national average of $439,000, according to RP Data.

Experts said housing affordability is being eroded by a lack of supply.

"Residential land release in Sydney has been reduced from an historic average of 10,000 lots per year to less than 2,000 in 2007," said Dr Tony Recsei in the preface to Demographia’s report.

"In the face of the scarcity resulting from such a miserly allotment it is unsurprising that the land component of the price of a dwelling has increased from 30 percent to 70 percent. The result has been a cost increase of some three times what it was a mere ten years ago."

Demograophia added that land release and planning issues are making the situation worse.

"In Australia, there is consensus in both the government and the private sector that there is a severe housing crisis, with rampant unaffordability and a housing shortage," the report said.

"It takes from 6.25 to 14.5 years to convert urban fringe land into new houses, which compares to less than 1.5 years before urban consolidation, and which remains the case in the 'demand-driven' (more responsive) markets in the United States."

Demographia urged governments to free up land use rules in order to ease affordability problems without causing a housing market crash.

"The restoration of near historic housing affordability in some markets provides an opportunity to repeal more prescriptive land regulation policies, which would not only minimise the potential for future busts, but would also ensure housing affordability for future generations," the report said.

The financiers take strict control of 'market trends' then regulate banking in such a manner that housing become less affordable for the masses.

Swap Meet - Piracy

The masses are apparently told that copying of software is illegal.

In this form a name has been given called piracy, and criminal acts have been loosely establish to punish individuals who 'pirate' software from large 'multinationals'.

Computer Swap meets are great places for obtaining 'bargains' of all sorts relating to Information Technology.

Another thing that can be obtained from them is
PIRATED SOFTWARE.

There are a number of vendors that openly sell pirated software, of which the authorities are no doubt aware of, and 'turn' a blind eye.

No doubt that maybe some of these people may be on government welfare claiming unemployment benefits (i.e. claiming NO INCOME) yet on the weekends sell pirated disks for $10 to $30 a pop.

Goldman Sachs bankers to lead $108bn bonus windfall

Wall Street bankers are set to receive a windfall of $108 billion in pay and bonuses - more than four times Australia's annual military spending.

Goldman Sachs hot shots are expected to land an 81 percent rise in pay and bonuses for 2009, leading Wall Street's biggest banks in rewarding staff with a total of $108 billion (US$100 billion).

Analysts predict that Goldman will hand out up to $22 billion to its 30,000 staff members - a windfall of around $715,780 a head – sparking further public backlash over fat cat pay.

Australia's defence budget for 2009-10 was set at $25 billion in May last year - increased by $1.7 billion to help fund the cost of operations in Afghanistan ($1.4 billion), Iraq ($62.2 million) and East Timor ($213.8 millon).

Goldman, which will round up the US banks reporting season on Thursday, is bracing itself for outrage despite many staff taking bonuses in shares rather than cash, as well as higher-paid executives being forced to donate money to charity.

Rival bank JP Morgan was slammed by politicians across the globe on Friday when it revealed plans to pay up 24,654 traders a vast $10.1 billion in bonuses.

JP Morgan's bankers in London are thought to be in line for an average $409,500, according to UK reports.

The bank was awarded $16.6 billion of US taxpayers' cash amid the global financial crisis last year. It has since repaid the loan, and last week posted a huge jump in profits to almost $13 billion.

Meanwhile, rival Morgan Stanley is rumoured to be planning payouts worth $16 billion, despite being slated to have lost around $922 million this year.

Citigroup is expected to pay out $5.5 billion in bonuses to its investment banking arm, despite preparing to report losses of $9.2 billion this week, according to The Sunday Times.

The bank, which was the last of its peers to repay the US government, is expected to admit to paying staff more than $32.5 billion in bonuses, salaries and benefits overall.

The windfalls come days after the US President Barack Obama unveiled a "Spank the Banks" tax which will net $125 billion over a decade, in a bid to curb the "obscene" bonus culture.

In the UK, the new 50 percent "super-tax" on bonuses above $44,000 should pull around $530 million into the government's coffers.

However, Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling has been urged to match Obama's move.

Liberal Democrat shadow chancellor Vince Cable told The Sun newspaper that continuing to reward reckless bankers was akin to "giving a gambling addict a ticket to Las Vegas".

Brother 'shielded sister' in fatal Melbourne crash

One of the youths killed in yesterday's horror crash in Melbourne helped shield his little sister as the car they were in lost control and slammed into a tree.

Anthony Ianetta, 18, shoved 15-year-old Elissa down as the Ford Falcon XR6 hit a median strip, spun out of control then swerved back onto the road before ploughing into a large tree.

"She remembers that … he shoved her head in between his legs to try and protect her," Elissa's mother Rose Sutera told the Herald Sun.

"As they roared around the corner, he gripped the handle above the back seat door — he must have known what was going to happen."

The crash, described by emergency workers as they worst they had ever seen, left Anthony and four of his mates dead and Elissa in hospital.

Victoria Police Assistant Commissioner Tim Cartwright said the driver of the Falcon sedan carrying six people from a party in Ivanhoe at about 1.50am (AEDT) lost control on Plenty Road, Mill Park, in perfect conditions.

Mr Cartwright estimated the vehicle was travelling at 140km/h in an 80km/h zone when it struck and wrapped itself around the tree, which fell onto the car splitting the vehicle apart.

"As far as we can tell the car's doing about 140km/h, just crazy speeds," he told reporters at the scene.

"There are six young people on board, five of them have died instantly.

"How many times do we have to say to people: `Speed kills'?

"This isn't speed, this is just lunacy."

Others killed included driver Steve Johnstone, 19, and his half-brother Will Te-Whare, 15, both of South Morang.

Ben Hall, 19, and Matt Lister, 17, also of South Morang, were killed.

Elissa Ianetta remains in a serious but stable condition in Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Under probationary driver restrictions, Mr Johnstone should have been carrying only one of the young passengers in his car, police confirmed to AAP.

Deputy Commissioner for road policing Ken Lay told the told Fairfax Radio Network Mr Johnstone had previous form for speeding.

"We believe he had a prior conviction for a high speed in the last year or so," Mr Lay said.

"He shouldn't have had passengers in the car, he had a five-seater car with six passengers it ... and as a result we've got five kids dead, a shocking story of a young girl trapped under broken bodies for a long time while we tried to get her out."

He said there was evidence the car was speeding in Ivanhoe earlier in the night.

"... This car was apparently seen a little earlier in the night at 150km/h with a passenger hanging out the window."

Ambulance paramedic Ron McLeod said rescue workers had to lift three of the dead teenagers off the 15-year-old to free her from the wreckage.

"I've been a paramedic for 30 years and this is the most horrific scene I've ever seen," Mr McLeod told reporters.

He said the 15-year-old was "lucky to be alive"
