Centrelink referred to federal police for privacy breach but no remedy for victims

If this is not a wake up call for the people of Australia then there is no hope for people 'waking up' to the tyranny of the colonialists.

Centrelink has been committing fraud for a very long time, but only just recently there has been the spotlight on #Centrelinkfail with regards to sending out false and unlawful alleged debt notices to welfare recipients.

The corporate media (deliberately) has not touched on the technicalities of alleged debt, where the person is absolved from repaying any monies to (e.g) Centrelink once the debt collection agency (third party / interloper) has purchased the debt.

The media also have not stated that the debt collection agency cannot lawfully obtain any monies from the person, and only do so through harassment, intimidation and extortion.

The brilliant minds of the lawmakers of Australia have put together laws which do not provide a remedy to the victim, where this is not done so by chance, but rather in accordance to law, that being the inhabitants are still under colonial rule.

Law buffoons will no doubt quote sections from some amended privacy Act where there are fines of six to seven figures.

But who does that cash go to?

Certainly NOT the victim.

You have to beg (apply) for compensation.

MANY people have had their lives ruined where the judiciary lets out criminals back into the streets to re-offend.

The law in Australia is organised in such a way that decisions made by the judiciary are made without impunity and you (the serf / tax paying slave / member of the herd population) cannot hold those people accountable for their actions, i.e. sue them.

Last year the masses were conned into filling out the census to a business (Australian Bureau of Statistics, ABN: 26 331 428 522) that sold the people's information (WITHOUT their knowledge / consent) for profit.

The government went on an advertising binge for people to comply with the threat of heavy punishment if they did not comply to no lawful request to fill in a census form.


This latest action of privacy breach apparently occurred against ONE welfare recipient (or as they call you - a "customer").

We call this absolute false information, where there are no doubt more victims, but they're just not aware of this.

In any event there will not be any compensation to the victim/s.

This is just emphasising the corruption of people in 'power' over the general population of Australia committing criminal actions without imprisonment.

The Australian people are getting screwed over so hard, but still choose not to take any action whatsoever.

The people in government still stay true to their 'word', i.e. they enact the will of the people.

Labor refers Tudge to AFP over Centrelink privacy scandal

The federal opposition has called on the Australian Federal Police to investigate Human Services Minister Alan Tudge after his department released the private welfare details of a Centrelink customer.

Labor MP Linda Burney announced on Thursday she had referred the matter to the AFP, saying it was not something she did lightly.

In a letter to the AFP, Ms Burney said it appeared the "staff in the officer of the Minister for Human Services, or the minister himself, have released without authorisation to journalists private personal information of certain people who are recipients of social security".

The welfare details of blogger Andie Fox were released to a Fairfax journalist last month after she wrote a blog slamming Centrelink for chasing her for a debt she did not owe.

Mr Tudge has claimed the department was within its rights to release the information to "correct factual inaccuracies" in Ms Fox's piece.

However, Ms Burney described Mr Tudge's decision as reckless, immoral and possibly illegal.

"The private information of an individual who went to a government instrumentality appears to have been provided to a media outlet without her permission," she told reporters.

"If this is the case, then how can we can we trust this Government to look after anyone's private information?"

In a statement, Mr Tudge said the government took privacy "very seriously".

"The government takes privacy very seriously and complies with all the requirements of the relevant legislation to ensure that Australians' information is treated, and safeguarded, appropriately," he said.

"However, where a person makes a false public statement about their dealing with the Department of Human Services, whether through the media or otherwise, social security law and family assistance law enables to the department to disclose customer information to the extent that it is necessary to correct factual inaccuracies or potentially misleading information."

Mr Tudge said in the statement the information provided to Fairfax Media was provided "with the approval of the chief legal counsel of the Department of Human Services".

Nokia 3310 relaunch what News Corp is not telling you.

There seems to a bit of hype (by one person on social media at least) about the relaunch of the world famous indestructible Nokia 3310 brick phone.

A Facebook user claims that it's an exact copy of the original while putting up a pic of a probable render which is totally different.

Why the phone even makes it to the technically inept journalists of the News Corp empire to report on, to titillate the Australian slave population into another gimmick.

The real question should be is this product for the Australian consumer?

If not why even bother distracting the herd population from their footy and beer?

Nokia's last few new old style 'candy bar' phones like the 150 (Released December 2016), 230 (Released December 2015) and the 105 (Released June 2015) all rely on the old GSM (2G) technology to communicate with the towers.

Most mobile phone users should be aware that the 2G Network is in the process of being shut down by Optus on 1 April 2017, and Vodafone on 30 September 2017, where Telstra has already shut down the technology from 1 December 2016.

IF the reports by gsmarena are anything to go by, which they usually are accurate, then the new Nokia 3310 (2017) will communicate via GSM technology.

Nokia unveil a new version of the classic 3310 mobile phone

NOKIA has confirmed the highly anticipated return of arguably the most iconic phone ever made — the notoriously indestructible Nokia 3310. 

Not only is the company resurrecting the once beloved device, it is making a major play to re-enter the global smartphone market with the introduction of three new android devices, to be released globally in the second quarter of 2017.

Rumours had been circulating about the return of the Nokia 3310 and the world got its first glimpse of the nostalgia-fuelled device on Sunday at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The small, rounded phone comes with a 2.4-inch colour screen, a microSD slot, and a two megapixel camera. And yes, it has Snake.

It comes in four different colours — black, silver, yellow and red — and will cost just 49 euros, so likely somewhere around $65.

Just like it’s famous predecessor, it promises durability and battery life unlike anything else on the market. According to its makers, it boasts 22 hours of talk time and an incredible one month standby time, per charge.

It may have Snake, but there is not much else you can do on the phone other than makes calls, send texts and maybe surf the web a little bit. It only runs on Nokia’s new Series 30+ software, rather than Android and has slow-speed 2.5G internet — a technology Australian telcos are leaving behind.

It’s certainly not a long term phone choice, but it was an incredibly effective way for HMD Global — the company that has bought the rights to make phones under the Nokia name — to draw attention to its launch of three affordable, mid range android smartphones.

In January the company launched the Nokia 6 in a limited release in China. The online release saw more than a million people register their intent to buy the device and the limited number of phones offered — thought to be somewhere around 100,000 — sold out in just 23 seconds, according to HMD.

Now the company is preparing for a global release of the smartphone in the coming months, along with two other lower-priced devices.

“It’s a big day for fans and consumers,” said HMD Global’s CEO Arto Numella. “Now, finally we have Android in Nokia”.

Here’s what they’ve got coming:

The Nokia 6 and Nokia 6 Arte Black 

The Nokia 6 comes with a 5.5 inch full HD display with 1,920x1,080 pixel resolution covered in Gorilla Glass encased in an all metal body with a sleek, minimalistic design and a front fingerprint scanner.

It has a 16 megapixel autofocusing rear camera and an eight megapixel front-facing camera.

Is uses Android 7.1.1 Nougat equipped with Google’s AI helper, has a 3,000 mAh battery and a microSD card slot which can hold up to 128GB.

But compared to some of the other smartphones available today, the guts of the phone are a little bit underwhelming. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, has 3GB of RAM (4GB for the Arte Black) and 32G of internal storage (64GB for the Arte Black).

The Nokia 6 will retail globally for $315 and the Nokia 6 Arte Black will cost $411.

Nokia 5

The Nokia 5 is slightly cheaper version, coming in at $260.

The phone is carved out of a single piece of aluminium and has a 5.2 inch HD display and finger print scanner next to the home button.

It has a 13 megapixel camera on the back and an 8 megapixel front camera. It also has a microSD card slot which supports 128GB, which might come in handy with only 16GB internal storage.

Nokia 3 

The Nokia 3 is the truly budget option of the company’s new range, and operates on Android 7.0 Nougat.

Coming in at just $191 it offers slightly less battery life, an 8 megapixel camera on the front and back, 16GB of storage and also has room for a microSD card.

The announcement of the new smartphones came after Nokia’s CEO Rajeev Suri heralded the company’s intention to boost its consumer focused products, to add to its already strong network operations. In addition to the new smartphones, Nokia spruiked a range of digital health products such as connected smart scales and watches, as well as a virtual reality camera.

“We want to create new experiences for consumers,” he said. Nokia will “increasingly move towards the consumer market.”

His enthusiasm to reclaim the area Nokia was once most famous for was echoed by the head of HMD who has now taken up the challenge to restore Nokia to its former mobile glory.

“We are aiming to be one of the top smartphone players in the industry globally,” said Mr Numella.

It should be no secret to the Australian people that the people in power are colonialists.

It should also be no secret that Australia's police force was formed from criminals, where many people on social media have proof that the police are still a criminal entity today.

Surely something is dodgy when a law firm "hides" Black Saturday bills, right?

As a result the Australian television airwaves are currently littered with advertisements from Maurice Blackburn for injured persons to seek compensation (read engage in commerce using 'justice' as the perceived product) through the law business.

Does a lawyer really give a stuff about your 'compensation'?

Do you know what happens when you 'hire' a lawyer for your matter?

For starters, ANY money awarded does NOT go to you but rather the law business, where the remainder (after their fees) is given to you.

When in court you are not allowed to speak as you are seen as incapable of handling your own affairs, a ward of the state, a dunce.

You are being used as a cash cow, to siphon as much money as possible from you to support the law business, the partners and the wages of the staff etc.

You can also be helping the lawyer fund their children's next school holidays trip to France.

Australian government supports the use of illegal drugs

Whoever said the Australian government is not 'liberal' has rocks in their head.

Sports stars who use drugs are labelled 'heros' or 'troubled' and get away without any criminal charges laid by police.

People in the music industry use drugs at awards WITHOUT any police raids.

But wait not all is lost.

The 'commoners' now can use illegal drugs with the support of government backed 'injecting rooms'.

Doctors falsifying cures of approved drugs for other conditions

Doctors are scamming their patients by stating that a drug can help with a condition where there is no medical proof only that the doctor has conjured up a cure for a certain condition.

As if the business called the ATO (Australian Tax Office) not being a lawful entity not enough, it's now going to carry out some unlawful actions against the good people of Australia, and the mainstream media stays silent on this huge issue that would effect tens of thousands of businesses.

Australian Tax Office to bankrupt and destroy 1'000's & 1'000's of Small and Medium Size Businesses in 2017/2018-Every Australian Business is at RISK!

We have been informed that from 1st July 2017, the Australian Tax Office has been granted access by the Federal Government, by an amendment to the Privacy Act, to access Credit Reporting Bureaus client files, to list credit infringements where an alleged tax debt amount is >$10,000 and older than 90 days. This applies to companies and individuals that carry an Australian Business Number (ABN). This will cause calamity for those SME's that are not aware of this situation. It has been kept very quiet in the media.

Many Accounting practices (let alone the Business Owners) are not aware of this piece of legislation  and more importantly the dire effects it will/could have on their Small and Medium size business clientele. The current Credit Reporting process in Australia, where a Credit Infringement is listed, effectively stops a Business from raising any sort of credit facility that maybe necessary to allow the business to expand/grow/expand & most importantly function. Furthermore given the reluctance of the various Credit Reporting Bureau's to remove such entries once an alleged debt has been paid/satisfied/settled/extinguished, and to keep such "infringements" listed for five years (unless they are instructed in this case to remove the infringement by the Australian Tax Office) will prevent (or make exceptionally challenging) these businesses from obtaining any competitive finance facilities for five years. This will also cause the collapsing of Credit Scores which the finance industry is now relying upon more heavily since July 1st 2016 when assessing prospective borrowers applications and assessments!

The further danger that now exists under the so-called "positive credit reporting system" which is now in place (former Prime Minister Gillard responsible for this one), that once an infringement such as this is listed, particularly from the Australian Tax Office, many credit providers will immediately issue a NFD (No Further Drawings) block on Credit Cards and any Lines of Credit Facilities (we know Citibank does this with any type of credit infringement which is listed, automatically) whilst you can pay down the facility you will be prevented from re-drawing out again, those businesses with Overdraft facilities run the risk of having their facilities called up immediately for repayment (Overdrafts are "an at call facility) which if the business fails to comply, then run the risk of having an Administrator being appointed to the Business (no wonder the Insolvency Industry is salivating and frothing at the mouth with all this new impending business they are going to be inundated with) resulting in the business being destroyed in the process.

The starvation of credit facilities to allow a business to function normally will be removed and vanish, should the Australian Tax Office be allowed to list any "Credit" infringement. Unless the business has substantial cash reserves (and we know that the majority of small and medium size businesses do not have this luxury) will see a calamity occur.

This is, in our view the worst piece of legislation amendment that Prime Minister Turnbull and Treasurer Morrison could allow and support, for a Government that says it supports small and medium size businesses in Australia, which represents 70% of the Nations economy.

Unless we can get the Turnbull Government to reverse this  damaging arrangement, business owners have until June 30th 2017 to get their affairs in order. Again more time required to complete back-end paperwork rather than concentrating on running their businesses to achieve a profit in what is already a very challenging and difficult business environment.

"Apple the most admired company in the world" - We call it BS

So apparently some "executives", "directors", "analysts and experts" reckon that Apple is the most "admired" company in the world.

So let's do a recap on what Apple does again:

• It didn't give users copy and paste function in the early days of the iPhone, that other phone manufactures had.

• It used crippled bluetooth technology,

• Apple stealthily logged your GPS data and collected it,

• Apple stole your stock market data and used it for their gain,

• Apple promotes slave labour,

• Apple dodges tax worth billions annually,

• Apple deleted posts on the internet,

and plenty more dishonest behaviour, but according to some people it's the most admired company in the world.

For the tenth consecutive year, Apple has been named the most admired company in the world. The honor that was bestowed on the tech titan is based on the opinions of 3,800 executives, directors, analysts and experts. Rounding out the top five are Amazon, Starbucks, Berkshire Hathaway, and Disney. Other tech firms in the top ten include Facebook and Microsoft. Besides being the most admired company on the planet, Apple is also the most valuable company on this rock with a market capitalization (share price multiplied by outstanding shares) close to $700 billion.             

To make the list, a company has to be among the top 1,000 U.S. firms in terms of revenue. To that list, 500 international firms with revenue of $10 billion and more are added. Eventually, the list is cut to 680 firms across 28 countries. The contenders are then ranked on things like innovation, quality and social responsibility.    

Apple's rise to the top of the most admired company list happens to coincide with the 2007 launch of what is arguably its most famous product ever, the Apple iPhone. Apple is expected to celebrate a decade of iPhone by offering a 10th anniversary model that at last report will feature a 5.15-inch OLED screen (breaking new ground for the device). The glass will cover the entire front of the phone.

Samsung, which was number 35 on the top 50 most admired companies last year, rode the Galaxy Note 7 explosion train off the list entirely this year. Samsung probably did not score points for its response to the Galaxy Note 7 debacle, which was sluggish at best

Australia is heading for a 'third-world power system'

The people in 'authority' in this machine called the 'Australian Government' which is a corporation conglomerate, must REALLY hate the Australian salve population so much they they are willing to take electricity away from them, to put the people into a third world category of living.

Renewable energy: Expert Danny Price says nation is heading for a 'third-world power system'

The nation's electricity grid is heading "towards a third-world power system", according to a respected expert in energy economics who helped design Australia's national energy market rules.

Danny Price, the managing director of Frontier Economics, has published an analysis suggesting the "patchwork" of different renewable energy targets from the states and territories will "create widespread power system security problems".


The report said the Federal Government was standing on the shoulders of the states to meet its 2030 carbon emissions target and urged the Coalition to reconsider adopting an emissions intensity scheme, to reduce emissions from the electricity sector.

The Federal Government is using its Direct Action policy, the Emissions Reduction Fund, its Safeguard Mechanism and the Renewable Energy Target to reduce emissions to 26-28 per cent on 2005 levels by 2030.

But Mr Price said the states and territories were doing the heavy lifting.

"If nothing changes in terms of current policy settings, that is that those state targets go ahead, we actually achieve the 28 per cent reduction with no national policy and I figure that the national Government must know this," Mr Price told ABC's AM.

Mr Price said Australia's electricity grid was fit for a first-world country — but not for long.

"We are heading towards a third-world power system very rapidly," he said.

"And it's very hard to arrest a decline in the quality of our power system."

Mr Price is currently advising the South Australian State Government.

He has assisted the development of the Australian electricity market rules and in 2009 helped create an emissions trading scheme policy for then Opposition Leader Malcolm Turnbull and independent senator Nick Xenophon.


'It takes a lot of bad decisions to get to this point'

The Government has stepped up its attack on the states' renewable energy target after the most recent blackout in South Australia.

The Prime Minister accused Labor of putting households, families and business at risk "by their left ideology on energy".

He has argued the uptake in renewable energy has made the electricity grid less stable.

However, Mr Price's report stresses South Australia's reliance on renewable energy is a result of the national target, not the state's.

"All but one wind farm that's gone into South Australia has gone in because of the Commonwealth Government scheme, not because of the state Government," the report said.

"The Prime Minister's particularly critical of the South Australian Government for what he describes as the South Australian Government's scheme, its not the South Australian Government's scheme, it's Mr Turnbull's scheme," Mr Price said.

He does not believe it is too late to fix the system.

"It takes a lot of very bad decisions to get us to this point and it takes some good decisions to get out of it, but given the way politics are panning out right now in Parliament, [it] doesn't look as if we've got any movement towards an improvement," he said.

Matthew Guy MP lies about office being 'trashed'?

So who's this Matthew GUY,  MP fella?

Well according to some sources he's a Leader of the Liberal Party.

He's also a Leader of the Opposition in Victoria.

So, he's a politician, and politicians don't lie right, or do they?

Matthew Guy claims that his room was trashed by a man with links to a far-right organisation.

Matthew Guy stated publicly:-

1). " ... the furious man smashed up the entrance to the office and put his fist through a glass door",

2).  "He then ripped the door off its hinges ..."

So let's have a look at some documents we have received that the Fairfax media did not publish (collusion pushing a far left agenda?) .

From the illustration above called Photograph 6 within the document, the door looks intact, no holes and no smashed window. As you can also see the cushions, sofa and table are very neatly placed.

Let's have a look at another photo shall we?

The illustration above is called Photograph 10, and as you can clearly see no remnants of fist through front door, you know glass shards, blood or flesh hanging from broken glass, etc.

Apparently the law of this land must be subject to a document loosely referred to as "The Constitution" (or rather Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act), where political parties (you know Labour / Liberal, etc) are a BIG no-no.

But sssshhhhh, you won't see that 'law' seeing the light of day from the mainstream media.

Matthew Guy's office 'trashed' amid spate of alleged threats from far-right group

Security at Matthew Guy's electorate office has been beefed up after a man with possible links to a far-right organisation trashed the room.

The incident, which happened in May, was one of several serious threats believed to have been directed at the Opposition Leader.

It is understood the man demanded a meeting with Mr Guy. After being told by shaken staff that he was not there, the furious man smashed up the entrance to the office and put his fist through a glass door.

He then ripped the door off its hinges, before threatening to go on a shooting spree.

Contacted by Fairfax Media about the alleged incident, Mr Guy said he was sad that Australian politics had changed, forcing politicians to take their security more seriously.

"All politicians do their job to the best of their ability to talk to as many of their constituents as possible, and it is a shame that real security threats are changing the way politicians do their jobs," Mr Guy said.


As a result of the incident, the Department of Parliamentary Services is understood to have taken action to improve security for Mr Guy, including installing CCTV cameras and changing the layout of his Bulleen Plaza electorate office to include an alternative exit for emergency escapes.

It is believed the man comes from a far-right group that rails against multiculturalism, among other things. He is understood to have claimed Mr Guy, a vocal supporter of multiculturalism, had betrayed Australia. He is believed to have been arrested and is facing charges in relation to several incidents.

Mr Guy's spokeswoman said: "Security issues are taken seriously by all members of Parliament and are dealt with in conjunction with Department of Parliamentary Services to ensure the safety of staff and members of Parliament."

The incident comes amid growing concern about the security of Australian politicians after the murder of British Labour MP Jo Cox, who was shot and stabbed multiple times by a 52-year-old suspect with alleged links to the far right.
