With the current situation at hand, in Australia a man or woman is classified as a ‘case’ based on a test invented by Kary Mullis.

The constant lock-up and release of the general population is a ‘cruel and unusual punishment’ inflicted on the general population for not succumbing to a business transaction, the governments have committed to where the product needs to be urgently (i.e. use by date) administered.

It is a strategy used by governments called the demoralisation stage, as described by Yuri Bezmenov, in order to get the subjects to comply with whatever those in power desire.

Even though the NSW government has admitted in a ‘tweet’ that it runs the test at 40, we urge you to tell your ‘slaves’ (you know the people in government, the MPs that YOU elected to act on your behalf) to inform you under whatever instrument (Subpoena, FOI) what the number of cycles is used in their test procedure that gives the ‘case’ scenario, where the lock up occurs as a result.

The people who put together this information have very little comprehension of the topic they are spruiking.

Apparently this week's fad in the legal realm is to obtain a live birth record, to apparently obtain some sort of standing in 'common law'?

Well, apparently this site is the one to go to.

We do not recommend persons to put in their 'private & confidential' information into a 'random' website, where you do not have any clue where your data is going where maybe at some later point in time the data could be used to obtain fraudulently generated documents.

If you genuinely must obtain your live birth record, the appropriate registry in the Australian state or territory can supply you with one for a small administrative fee.

NEVER trust police: Denial of access to documents

Australia's state police forces are subservient to the federal government's authoritarian style ruling with a total lack of transparency.

Each state of this colony is ramping up its police numbers in order to beat the masses into a locked up, martial law state, under the current alleged health excuse.

Forget 'innocent' until proven guilty.

According to the law, in Australia you are guilty until proven otherwise, under strict liability and absolute liability, where your alleged traffic offence is under the criminal banner and not a civil listing.

So, the lawmakers already see you (the serf) as a criminal from the get go.

With this type of governance over the people, the police are not allowing you to obtain information (under FOI or subpoena) that would prove your not guilty status with regards to your alleged criminal action on the colony's highways and byways.

The best part about it for them, is that they'll lie to you in order for you to not obtain the information you require to prove your innocence.

They will lie to you that the information you seek is not relevant to your case, where in reality it is.

They will lie to you that the information you sought under the subpoena is copyrighted, but a subpoena is exempt from copyright.

What is most important but not comprehended by many is that information that you require is technically 'yours'.

You are a stakeholder, a part owner, you have a financial interest in that information.

You (or rather the taxes coming from your wages/salary/ goods and services you participated in) funded that actions of people that created that document, where you have a right, and not 'privilege' to it.

The people in government deceive you in all sorts of ways, and most importantly they're good at it.

Police intimidation: Give us your phone number & IMEI

When you're in captivity in the colony called Australia, the local constabulary may ask for your phone number and IMEI for the purpose of intimidation, as in reality they do not need this from you, as they are more than capable to obtain information WITHOUT warrants or any reasonable grounds whatsoever.

The serfs in Victoria have been given too many freedoms of movement and association with each other, something which is against the policies of the Andrews government which aligns itself with the CCP.

With this in mind on the first day of his return from a recovery period from an injury, Daniel Andrews  put out advertisements to recruit 3000 more police officers.

While that state's Nazi style police force may have your papers and even phone and IMEI numbers you can still communicate with confidence that your communications with the other party are not only secure but NOT logged with the telecommunications corporations where the police have access to the databases.

How to communicate securely from your smartphone.

As 'rocket scientist' Hakan Ayik, would attest you will not communicate securely when someone gives you a smartphone loaded up with an allegedly private communications app in this case AN0M.

Briefly:

The best way would be to use a (mainstream) smartphone that can be 'de-Googled' where there are approximately two dozen manufacturer's phones that can have Google's 'spyware' removed.

Communications apps that are open source should only be used as they are peer reviewed and have a long history of being secure, such as Telegram, Signal, etc.

IF a de-Googled phone cannot be used, your smartphone should be reset, where all non 'factory' apps are removed, and if you must install some apps, then their equivalent ones from an open source store like f-droid.org should be used.

With all this in mind your smartphone's baseband modem can be hacked at carrier level where the player can have unfettered access to your device.

A 'de-Googled' smartphone is a phone where the 'factory' (LG, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung Sony, etc) installed Google modified version of Android is removed and a base version called AOSP is installed.

Therefore naturally, Apple phones cannot be 'de-Googled'.

We do not recommend Apple devices for communication purposes.

A linux personal  computer/laptop can also have some of the secure communications apps, like Signal installed on it, which would offer another mode of communication without involving an IMEI or cell phone tower logging in.

Using another smartphone which does not have a SIM card in it, using only a Wi-Fi connection with the secure open source communications app of your choice is another option to consider, where your old phone number can be used for authentication purposes of the app.

Using a VPN is also strongly recommended.
