Department of Justice Victoria - False Advertising

The illustration below is from the current (as of 23rd of March 2015) Department of Justice and Regulation, Victoria website under the address http://www.justice.vic.gov.au/home/justice+system/

The Department of Justice Victoria (ABN: 32 790 228 959) states that:

A. Victoria Police

engages in

1). Preventing,
2). Investigating and
3). Solving

crime.

B). Sheriffs in Victoria 

1). Sheriff's officers take action against people who do not comply with their debt-related court orders.

The blog (Corporate Australia) has underlined in red the words Victoria Police, preventing and crime.

This is false statement as CorpAu has numerous documentation from various sources that police have rejected any actions that prevent crime.

The blog (Corporate Australia) has also added the words "falsely generated" to the Department of Justice's statement:

Sheriff's officers take action against people who do not comply with their falsely generated debt-related court orders.

Victoria Police is a corporation as of 2013 by the unlawfully passed Victoria Police Act (2013) .

The so called sheriff's officers are acting unlawfully as purported 'sheriffs' of Victoria.

The so called court generated debt is not generated lawfully against the estate name of the said person, and can be discharged with relative ease.
