On the legality of WWII style door knocking in Queensland

In the colony of Australia, Queensland is quite literally an authoritarian state.

Democracy was thrown out to sea in 1922 and the people did NOTHING about it.

The government wanted to get rid of the 'upper house' or the Legislative Council, where this was put to a vote.

Even though 60% of people disagreed, the government went ahead anyway and took down the upper house.

There are also many other actions along the way of those in government that are unlawful, but they're going to be left out as they are outside the scope of this post.

The focus of this post is with regards to 'door knocking'.

Does one have to open the door, if another person knocks on their residence?

  • NO

There is zero, legal obligation to answer a door knock, under any circumstances, emergency or otherwise.

The is no lawfully enacted law that states that one MUST answer the door knock.

In the authoritarian state of Qld, it's basically a plain old fashioned witch hunt, based on false pretences.

Also, no person can lawfully require you to partake in a medical procedure, especially partaking in a ... trial drug.
